Horrible experience. I booked a consultation because of positive reviews but my result is the polar…read moreopposite. Carlos, the owner, did an incomplete consultation because he didn't have a two story ladder, then proceeded to pressure us with a crazy $4800 for exclusion and cleanup. Note he said our case was "minor". The estimate was twice that of other companies. He blew up my phone at 5 am pressuring us then texted me after I said please no calls before 8am. Red flag. Non professional hours. Then when we finally agreed on a reasonable rate, he assured me my worries were over. He said he would fix our problems permanently. NOT! Before the job even started, soon after he completely bailed. Said his schedule became "unavailable". He texted me. Not even professional enough to call. Note we have post flood reconstruction demo going on and needed only 1-2 more business days to completely wrap things up, so he could fully have access which made common basic sense to us. He kept talking about needing to borrow a ladder and wanting to get the job done in ONE day! In what world is the extermination job complete in one day!? Also how can you claim to handle rats and not own your own ladder which is needed to seal roofs!? Give me a break. Then he texted he was "unavailable". Do not hire him. He wasted my time and energy. His "stay positive" motto is total BS! He brought a lot of added stress and negativity to my life during a difficult time. Ridiculous and unprofessional. No excuse in the world for his conduct. Period.

After trying several other pest control companies in Las Vegas, we finally found Ranger Pest…read moreControl, and the difference has been incredible. Our biggest concern has always been protecting our two dogs, especially from scorpions and snakes. If you have dogs, you know that's one of the biggest concerns when living in Las Vegas. Other companies we used never seemed to take scorpion and snake prevention seriously enough. Kyle and Germain immediately stood out. They took the time to explain their process, answer all of our questions, and thoroughly treat both the interior and exterior of our home. You can tell they genuinely care about keeping your family and pets safe, not just checking a box and moving on. They're a family owned business, and it truly shows in the level of care and customer service they provide. They are professional, reliable, honest, and always go above and beyond. It's rare to find a company that takes this much pride in their work. If you're looking for a pest control company in Las Vegas that truly cares about protecting your home and your pets, I highly recommend Ranger Pest Control. Thank you, Kyle and Germain, for the outstanding service. You've earned customers for life!

Their prices were reasonable and they were able to come back in a few hours to do the install that same day! Our roof was pressure washed and optical gel treatment was done. The staff was friendly and did a good job cleaning up before leaving. For those who don't know, optical gel is a deterrent using sight and smell. It apparently looks like fire to the birds. Very impressive, as it definitely does a great job of keeping the birds away! Since their service was excellent, I called them again a few months ago to see what they could do for our solar panels. We noticed that birds were starting to come around after we got them installed. Again, they quoted a reasonable price and they came back to screen off our solar panels a few days later. I'm happy to report that our roof is bird free! Overall the team was awesome and took the time to do the job right!
