My realtor referred me to them when we bought our house & discovered when replacing carpet there was evidence of a past major cricket infestation. It was hard to tell what it was because it looked like it was dead termites at first. It was surprising because our house was built in Mid 2019, but obviously that won't stop bugs. I love the texting access because sometimes it is difficult to talk on the phone. Ryan is patient, professional, & doesn't make you feel like you're asking stupid questions. There had been many instances where I texted in a panic to show new bugs I discovered. He was very informative in explaining how certain bugs are more prevalent in certain times of year & in different areas in the valley. When this happened, he was kind to come earlier than the next quarter visit and put additional traps in our garage. Even when researching these said bugs, it matched what Ryan informed us. With the texting access, it is awesome to receive same day response. I say this in case people might expect a rapid answer just because they may be busy working on another client's property. They accept credit card, debit card and cash. When I was looking for other local companies it was annoying that they would only accept cash & gave attitude. Bug Evictors never lost composure.
