I told him that we have seen a couple spiders inside our home, a cricket here & there, & a black widow in our porch earlier this year, so it was time to get professional pest control (my spraying wasn't strong enough). I don't want to take any risks. Mike the technician came on time to my appointment. He was very professional & had a great attitude. He went to work right away. He was done pretty quickly & after spraying my garage, front & backyard, he explained to me to give him a call after a few days if I see any bugs, dead or alive, & he'll be happy to double check them. I highly recommend this company to everyone! Fast, efficient & professional. And to be honest, they had the best rates/plan compared to the other companies.

My number was placed on the account so I can be contacted by Michael to allow him to service the yard, something he failed to ever communicate after initial service. My neighbor has been using Accurate since she purchased her home many many years ago. We were impressed with Steve's promptness in response, and honestly in our expectations. Our monthly spray is always on time, and Shane, our technician, always checks in with me on insect activity (or lack there of) to ensure he is spraying in the right areas. One time when I found rat/mice droppings, Steve had someone out the next day, and even was able to look at the feces and determine what rodents we had, and the best course of action. To my surprise, this visit was included in our monthly service fee! A while ago I found a scorpion inside, and while it was dead (as they should be inside), I stilll panicked. Steve answered right away, and was able to have our technician stop by to help. He helped me look for the scorpion (yes I lost it), sprayed inside and outside, and laid down some granules to help. We were having company (pre pandemic) over in a few hours, with small children, therefore this service was beyond appreciated. Since starting with Accurate I have had many pest control companies coming to my door promising me I will NEVER see a bug again if I switch. Well, we live in the desert, you will see bugs. Also, if you have neighbors who do not spray monthly, chances are they will pop over to visit. Although, I can count on one hand how many times I have found a bug in my house. One of those instances is referenced above. Steve gives you the facts and realistic expectations for pest control in the desert. Due to this, we will continue with Accurate, and continue to refer to anyone who has pest control needs.

Most of our neighbors have had difficulty for years with scorpion problems, and some of them live just a few yards away from the perimeter of our home. They try spraying themselves and often spend evenings with special lights trying to find them and rid the problem. For the past 10 years, we have not had ANY problems. The technician sprays inside and out every month and we are scorpion and pest free, and the envy of the street. I keep telling them they should contact Elite, but they choose to tackle the problem themselves and end up killing up to 20 to 30 scorpions per month in their bathroom and even their bed. They actually spend more on chemicals than we pay for the service. What can I say? Over the years, we have had technicians who stay for long periods of time and we developed a trust with them. A few times we had a technician in between that did not want to squeeze between the wall and the air-conditioning unit. One of them lied to us that they sprayed that side of the house. After they left, I checked and it was dry. He didn't want to be bothered. The problem was -- that side of the house covered 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I called Shane and told him I would be changing companies, and he would not accept that. He really wanted to know why I was changing and when I explained, he took care of the problem -- that day!
