I am surprised they even called as my last appointment was for 7-28-22 between 3-4 and no one bothered to show up! Nor did I get a call saying sorry this happened to you! Another reason to never go to anyone for business other than R&C: Mr. KC Wade!! We were out of town, when there had clearly been some windy days, before KC came out to spray. And this gem of a human being noticed our pool people hadn't done their job at all! KC called to tell me that our pool skimmer was making an awful noise, so after he sprayed, he cleaned out our skimmer and removed the blockage causing the problem by getting the nasty clog out, and he also removed the debris from our pool. He treated us like family. I even had to call the owner to let them know how above and beyond he went. He didn't have to care, but he did. His kindness will not go unnoticed. They were amazing when KC was working for them , he understood good customer service. That being said he stole my yearly renewed cash that I gave to him because since 2021 he gave a cash discount and then came every month and half and I between. This past time he took and asked if I ever call the office and I told him no I usually just wait for a reminder text from him or reach out directly. He apparently quit without notice and the owner has been nothing but in helpful. I sent him screen shots of texts and and everything and the owner refuses to give good customer service. I live where the only way to get to my side yard is through my house and therefor I have to be home to let them through. The own who never actually answers his phone didn't return my phone call until I called back 2 weeks later and then without even giving me a chance flat out said the tech will be there on Monday. I'm guessing the owner doesn't understand having a job because how does he expect me to be home on a random Monday? Then through text because the owner refuses to talk on the phone wouldn't give me a time so I could take unpaid time off to wait for him and he said the tech would let me know. I ended up texting him at almost 6pm on Sunday asking when again and he gave a time. Basically the owner stole my money and I already found a mom and pop and basically have to pay the same amount to a new person. If I had the time to call BBB I would but I wanted to warn all the people looking to use this peat company. Even though KC is the one who created this mess he was still the best that this company had and I wouldn't be surprised if he just walked out do to the unprofessional nature of this own and "his" tech which I'm pretty sure is the same person. read more

I noticed a lot of bees around my pool all of a sudden. Called a few places that were super expensive and weeks out before they could come evaluate the problem. I spoke with K.C. in the afternoon and he was at my house the next day. He showed up at the time he promised and even gave me a call to let me know he was 15 minutes away from my house. He was very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me several options for getting rid of the bees. It's hard to find customer service like that these days. read more

Half assed inspection, really made us feel like they didn't know what they were doing and they didn't care for our situation. We had them come check for bed bugs. They found them in the master bedroom in the box spring. They asked us if any other reports of bed bugs in the house happened. We said no, but we know its common that these things spread like wildfire and cling on to clothes and travel through carpet, so we asked them to check the living room and other bedrooms. They checked the living room, but skipped the bedroom with someone sleeping it, and didn't even bother with the other one. RIDICULOUS. If you want to win someone's business - at least make them feel like you care just a little bit! NEVER doing business with this company. I do not recommend them to ANYONE. read more

Have nothing but great things to say about this company. They did an amazing job getting rid of my bed bugs. So through in coming for three straight weeks after initial treatment to make sure they were gone. Bed bugs can be very tricky and they did an amazing job.. I've been receiving service from R&C for a little over 2 years now. RJ has been my service tech for the entire time I've had R&C and he's been very professional, provides quality work, and prompt everytime! The treatment they use is safe for pets because our is still alive. Also, RJ always calls me 1-3 days prior to visiting which I am grateful of. Payment process is simple so no issues there and visitation is bi-monthly. So far, I never had to call them back to my house for another treatment because since I started with them, I've had no major issues. I appreciate how I don't have to be home in order for them to provide treatment, and I especially like how they leave me with extra bug traps when they're done. NOTE: My initial bug problems consisted of (my personal naming convention - I'm not a bug expert) pincher bugs, silverfish, roaches, wolf spiders, other non-poisonous spiders, black widow spiders, and ants). Since the treatments, they haven't come around except for some wolf spiders which travel around my neighborhood a lot, but they die before trying to enter my house.
