I was so worried we had an infestation. We have an 1,800 sq ft home, and they sprayed every corner, upstairs, downstairs, inside and out. The difference was immediate. The bugs disappeared the next day, and now, a week later, we haven't seen a single one. I feel like we got a great deal, for the coverage and the results. The service was great! Josh was super friendly, quick, and clearly knows his stuff. Highly recommend if you're dealing with unwanted pests and want it handled efficiently.

THIS COMPANY TRESPASSES AND THEN ARGUES ABOUT IT VALUE YOUR SAFETY AND FAMILY SAFETY ALL ALL COST!…read more I called this company to make an appointment after not using their service for over two months. They did not answer, so I left a message with their answering service. I never spoke to anyone. There was no confirmation, no scheduled time, nothing agreed upon. Early in the morning, they just showed up to my house. Unannounced. Uninvited. No conversation. No appointment. This is now the second time this has happened, and with the same technician I already had an issue with before. At this point, this is not a mistake, this is clearly how they operate. Let me make this very clear since they seem confused about basic business practices. Calling a company does not give you permission to show up to someone's home. Leaving a message does not mean "come whenever you feel like it." If we did not speak and agree on a time, there is no appointment. You are not entitled to show up to my home. The technician stood there arguing with me saying he called multiple times, so it was okay to come anyway. No, it is not. That is not professionalism; that is entitlement. It got worse when I called the manager, Donnie. He was rude, dismissive, and actually laughed while I was explaining the situation. I asked for the owner, and his response was "good luck, he's only here once a month." That alone tells you everything about how this company is run. A manager laughing at a customer for feeling uncomfortable and unsafe is completely unacceptable. Then he doubled down and said, "Ma'am, this is what we do, we show up to your house whether you like it or not. If you call us, that means you want us to come, and we bill you." That is not business. That is crossing the line. You do not bill people for services they did not schedule. You do not show up to private residences without permission. You do not decide on your own when you are coming to someone's home. You don't know if someone is home. You don't know what they are doing. You don't know if it's a bad time, a personal situation, or if someone simply does not want anyone there. That boundary matters, and this company completely ignores it. In today's world, this kind of behavior is not just unprofessional; it is concerning. Showing up to someone's home unannounced and then arguing about it is completely out of line. No respect. No communication. No accountability. If you value your privacy and safety, do not use this company.

My neighbor has been using Accurate since she purchased her home many many years ago. We were impressed with Steve's promptness in response, and honestly in our expectations. Our monthly spray is always on time, and Shane, our technician, always checks in with me on insect activity (or lack there of) to ensure he is spraying in the right areas. One time when I found rat/mice droppings, Steve had someone out the next day, and even was able to look at the feces and determine what rodents we had, and the best course of action. To my surprise, this visit was included in our monthly service fee! A while ago I found a scorpion inside, and while it was dead (as they should be inside), I stilll panicked. Steve answered right away, and was able to have our technician stop by to help. He helped me look for the scorpion (yes I lost it), sprayed inside and outside, and laid down some granules to help. We were having company (pre pandemic) over in a few hours, with small children, therefore this service was beyond appreciated. Since starting with Accurate I have had many pest control companies coming to my door promising me I will NEVER see a bug again if I switch. Well, we live in the desert, you will see bugs. Also, if you have neighbors who do not spray monthly, chances are they will pop over to visit. Although, I can count on one hand how many times I have found a bug in my house. One of those instances is referenced above. Steve gives you the facts and realistic expectations for pest control in the desert. Due to this, we will continue with Accurate, and continue to refer to anyone who has pest control needs.
