This review is long overdue! We've been using Surefire Pest Control since 2018, and Chad has been our go-to pest control professional ever since. He is always friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his customers. Recently, Chad came out for our regular service, and about a week and a half later we found a small scorpion inside our home. Living in Las Vegas, we know that during the hot summer months pests will sometimes try to make their way indoors looking for cooler places. I reached out to Chad the next morning, and not only did he take the time to answer my questions and provide helpful advice, but he also came back out and sprayed the inside of our home for added peace of mind. I can't begin to tell you how lucky we are to have stumbled across Chris at Surefire Pest Control. We started with wasps, then a bee hive and now bed bugs! Last week, we noticed that we were getting bit.. Chris came by to set up traps around the house and primarily in our room by the bed. After a week, he came back to check traps and sure enough we had bed bugs. He came and inspected and is blasting the room where we were getting bit. He took extra precaution and advised to check dryer filter for bugs, vacuum daily and to wash all clothes in extra hot cycle. He also provided a spray for the cars to ensure that we don't transfer from going in and out of house to our vehicles. Thank you Chris for helping us with this issue with these bed bugs that were eating us alive! I appreciate all your hard work in ensuring we are safe! I would highly recommend Surefire... he has resolved all of our problems for us and even my parents that had a bee hive. Pest control is a must in southern Nevada, and for most of the 20+ years living in Las Vegas, we've had monthly or bi-monthly service. We've used several services, all of which started strong, but after a while, the service degraded. Not so with Surefire Pest Control. When we fired our last pest control for lying about servicing our back yard, Surefire started the VERY NEXT DAY; meaning, with NO notice, with NO interruption of service, to ensure we had coverage. Miranda, whom we LOVE, ALWAYS texts me to confirm our next service date, and provides us with a time window, and she is ALWAYS on time. Miranda is ALWAYS cheerful and professional, and makes us feel as if we were her only customer. Surefire Pest Control, hands down, is our favorite. Ok they sprayed my house with some good chemicals you can't find anywhere I guess. I hope since it was 350$ to spray my sons room with the chemicals for bugs. I included a picture of the room, I had SPRAYED. I was told it would take 4 hours and was a process but it ended up being 1, which was awesome but I have no idea why it still cost that much. Like you see in the picture is the room exactly how it was when Chris came except the drawers on the floor. There was nothing to be seen or found and I still don't see anything afterwards. Maybe a little pricey for spray but that's what Chris said it needed. He did a really good job answering all my questions and letting me talk. He didn't find anything either but my son would get bit so I don't know but like you see in the picture it's a small, clean room read more

Because Chris is pleasant and professional I'm giving this company 1 star, otherwise I'd give it none based on the below. Surefire Pest Control was hired to perform monthly pest control services. Chris only came out twice to which I paid both times. However I called and spoke with his wife who accompanies him on his job, and spoke to Chris wife because I saw a rat running across the divider between my neighbor's home and my home. Because of the urgency, his wife agreed Surefire would provide pest control for the rat I saw during my regular monthly treatment. NO ONE SHOWED UP for the rat and my regular treatment! YES Surefire Pest Control STOOD ME UP when I need pest control the most...Yes during the month of JUNE in Vegas when pests are rampant. No phone call, no apology, nothing. I have nothing but good words to say about Chris. Each and every time the husband would text him, he responds right away and gets us on the books. If you want an experience and knowledgeable pest guy, he is your guy. But I must say, he totally impressed me yesterday after the crazy episode I had yesterday with a huge ass bug in my house. So pretty much I saw this thing crawling across the floor and I freaked out like crazy. I screamed, ran across the room as if I was doing hurdles in a track event. All I can think of is that one time in Guam when we saw a HUGE ASS SPIDER (like as big as my fist...okay I might be over exaggerating but pretty much) crawling on the wall above us while we were sleeping and how much I wish my mil was here to get it. But of course she wasn't so I called the closest person to me which was my 15 year old son LOL Well once he saw it he was like "no way!" Even he got freaked out and this is coming from a boy scout who is used to all sorts of bugs in the woods (well maybe the bugs in WA weren't as crazy as here but still). I immediately called the husband and he contacted Chris right away. Chris responded and came right away. He looked around and couldn't find it at first. I can tell he didn't want to leave til he knew what it was and caught it just in case it was some scary thing that we didn't know of. But after taking a second look he found it and told us what is was. Apparently in the northwest they have these huge ass roaches (YUCK!), which is why my kid and I didn't recognize it at first. I'm just glad that my 15 year old was here to communicate with him cause I was obviously incapable to do so since I was a complete mess. I cannot say this enough, but I am in love with the customer service that we have received so far from him. Any time we notice that there are bugs in between service, he comes out and sprays, no extra charge. I definitely recommend him for all your pest control and preventative needs. Chris and Jeremy are the best. Very professional and flexible with scheduling, always on-time, reasonably priced. For someone whose schedule changes on the weekly basis, they make it easy to have a service done when the time comes. Eight months ago I moved into a new home and was walking my dog outside when I saw a scorpion at my front door. I desperately sent out requests for an estimate and availability via Yelp (it was late at night), and was looking for someone to come the next day. Chris was the only person able to fit me into the schedule and came later that evening. Chris and Jeremy have both serviced my home and are very knowledgeable about all the little critters and sprays they use; by the time the next service rolled around we were only seeing dead scorpions outside. Fast forward to now and I haven't seen any since the first month. That is a huge relief because we have 3 dogs in the house. Also referred these guys to my employer whom I work for on the daily basis. They have also been 100% happy with their service. Excellent customer service started with the first call for an evaluation of my wasp problem. The pleasant young lady got me right on the schedule for the first appointment of the day just two days out. Two clean, uniformed, well spoken professionals hopped out of a nicely marked, well outfitted pick-up truck and greeted me with a friendly smile and got right to work. They sized up the job, eradicated my wasps and packed up their tools in about 30 minutes. To my great surprise, and gratitude, they would only accept the $35 evaluation fee. I got their business card and told them I hoped to never see them again. But if I ever need to call the bug man again, you can bet I'll be calling SureFire Pest Control! Just wanted to leave a nice review for this company. Chris came out and gave me a quote. Which was very reasonable. Him and his wife came out the next day (which was very hot) and did a great job. We had some small birds making nests in our eves outside. They had to put up some spikes so the little birds could no longer nest and pull out the insulation. They were very honest as to telling me there were places in the eves that the birds couldn't nest so they didn't need spikes. Chris says they stand behind there work work. Time will tell. We had another company come out last year. Some spikes came off and we called them to come out and fix. Haven't heard from them. read more

Yes five stars. My mother in law used him and he has always been very responsive to calls. We used him for our new home. He is honest and doesn't add a whole bunch of charges unless you really need special treatment. Very nice and good customer service. He came to our house and sprayed in and out. Several days or more later I notice some ant activity in the backyard. I called him the next day, he answered early morning and said he was in the area. He came to the house about twenty minutes later and pulled out any specific spray. He sprayed wherever I told him I saw a single ant and didn't charge any more for coming back out. I won hundred percent recommend this pass control company. It is husband and wife owned and they are very kind a down to earth people. I was able to get a fair pricing for spraying outside and inside my home. The spray works for scorpions, cockroaches, black widows, all the yucky things here in Vegas. Chris, the exterminator, showed up within the window of time I was given. The spray that they use is safe for children and pets and left no odor. Had them out multiple times and no decrease in issues. We continued to have more and more problems. I eventually hired someone else and took care of it immediately. Had dead bugs the same day! I don't know if their stuff doesn't work or is diluted, but it didn't work on our house. I felt like they were very nice at the beginning and when things got rough they were rude. We hired surefire to spray our house. First time out the exterminator was very knowledgeable and friendly. He also arrived exactly when they said they would which was nice. Everytime i call the staff is so friendly. They have appointment options that work with my crazy schedule. Since they sprayed my house i haven't seen not one creepy crawler. I've been using them for almost 2 years now and every time Chris comes out, he is so friendly and professional. Let me start with how AMAZING this company is!! From the initial contact, they were quick to book me and call to confirm. I just bought a house, so I've been dealing with all kinds of inconsiderate companies that have 0 regard for my time or needs, everything from ac to internet, gas etc. and I honestly was dreading calling yet another company since I've experienced such bad service from a lot of those companies, I was afraid of how it would go with Surefire.. BUT I was pleasantly surprised when Jeremy came to my door on time, with a great attitude -ready to work! He made me feel taken care of from the start. Hi neighbors! We recently moved here from the East coast - the insects/pests out here vary quite a bit from what we were used to..! So, when we found 2 (HUGE) black widow spiders living in our rear yard, we determined we needed someone to come take care of the problem. But, we didn't know anyone in town to recommend one of the million pest control companies around our area, so we were feeling pretty overwhelmed on who to use/trust/etc. So, I just wanted to share my opinion to hopefully help someone else out there from having to do the tedious research. :) Surefire Pest Control ROCKS. So I wanted to wait a bit before posting the review to make sure it worked. Pretty quick responses from owner Christopher. Also they were able to come out the same day which I was so stoked about. It's a family business and Jeremy was great. He explained everything he was doing and was pretty quick. So far so good. No creepy crawlers. The initial price is a little bit higher but they don't require a 12 month contract. Overall, great service and great prices but most of all it was effective.
