Eric was quick to respond during the quoting process and his price was considerably lower than other 3 companies that came by to give me an estimate to fix my pigeon problem. Well... it's been a day so far and I have seen zero pigeons today and I normally get 5-8 hanging out here. He removed old degraded solar mesh guards and replaced them with superior material that protects the area a lot better. He cleaned up the existing mess on the roof as well as on the ground and sprayed disinfectant where it was needed. So far I'm very happy with the service he provided! I sent around a few quote requests for an issue I was having with some mystery flying bee/wasp/fly bugs as well as a large population of ants taking over my backyard. I contacted Tri-X Pest Management to assess our property for a possible termite problem based on another company telling us we needed termite treatment. Eric was able to come out the next day and examine our property for free. He did not find any sign of termites, and helped us save a couple thousand dollars in treatment we did not need. He even took a sample of the supposed "termite" so he could more closely examine it and let us know the exact species of insect. I reached out to Eric regarding pest control services and he was quick to reply and let me know when he could stop by. As most in Las Vegas I had some roaches that would make there way around our property and occasionally make their way inside. The major reason I called Eric was because of a large Black Widow Spider we saw in our backyard and feared with our dog that she may get bit.
