After trying several other pest control companies in Las Vegas, we finally found Ranger Pest…read moreControl, and the difference has been incredible. Our biggest concern has always been protecting our two dogs, especially from scorpions and snakes. If you have dogs, you know that's one of the biggest concerns when living in Las Vegas. Other companies we used never seemed to take scorpion and snake prevention seriously enough. Kyle and Germain immediately stood out. They took the time to explain their process, answer all of our questions, and thoroughly treat both the interior and exterior of our home. You can tell they genuinely care about keeping your family and pets safe, not just checking a box and moving on. They're a family owned business, and it truly shows in the level of care and customer service they provide. They are professional, reliable, honest, and always go above and beyond. It's rare to find a company that takes this much pride in their work. If you're looking for a pest control company in Las Vegas that truly cares about protecting your home and your pets, I highly recommend Ranger Pest Control. Thank you, Kyle and Germain, for the outstanding service. You've earned customers for life!

I was recommended by my mother, who used to use them for a house she lived in. She told me to give…read morethem a call and that "Steve, the owner, did an awesome job" but she has not used him for over two years. I called to make an appointment 2 weeks ago. They were good about scheduling an appointment for me the next day, which I thought was quick service on their part. the lady on the phone told me a technician would be there between 8-9am. My girlfriend works graveyard and I work during the day. Therefore I woke my girlfriend up before leaving for work so that she could let the guy in. Anyways, the gentleman who was supposed to come does not show up. So around 9:30am my girlfriend says she's going back to sleep since she worked the night before and worked that night, which I mentioned to the lady beforehand. Not that they cared obviously. She calls me to inform me the guy who was supposed to come had a rough morning, and was on his way about 10 minutes away. I told her that I would have to leave work to let him in and pay since my girlfriend was asleep. Mind you I work about 25 minutes away from my house. She said that was fine and that the guy would wait for me to arrive. First he proceeds to ring the doorbell anyways while I'm still on my way, waking my girlfriend back up and making our dogs go crazy. She told him to wait for me at that point since he was so late. I arrived and the worker did have a black eye, so I believed the rough morning story. So stick with me as it continues to go downhill from this point on. The technician told me that if in 10 days I was still seeing any spiders, bugs, etc. that were alive to give them a call back and they would come out for free as a courtesy. So fast forward the 10 days to a few days ago, and not only have I found a couple fully alive giant spiders in my house this week, I have also not seen a single dead bug anywhere!! Other than a handful of Rollie pollies! As if that's what I was paying to have killed... he had informed me that I should of started to find dead insects.. not a single one. So I called back and let the lady know. So she says she will have someone come out to spray again. This was on Tuesday, she says Friday between 8-11am is the earliest someone can get out there... now that wasn't ideal, because of the SAME situation with me and my gfs work hours. But we really are tired of finding these kinds of insects in our house. So I agreed. I left this morning for work, waking my gf up beforehand to let the guy in. Welp, he never showed. And on top of it, I never received a call telling me he couldn't make it. Instead I called after 11:30, after my gf was really upset, and I am now upset due to the fact that this company isn't very professional. The phone just rang and rang, no answer. So I texted the lady asking for the owners number...Same response, which was no answer. At this time I'm just over then completely, and started to look for a new company. I called my mom to let her know jokingly, yet serious, that that was the last time I took her recommendation. She decided to call them herself since she felt bad, and what do you know, they answered right away. Which means the lady was just ignoring me. She must of said screw it, and just blew me off completely. I mean who runs a a business like that. So anyways she told my mom that things are hectic when the owner "Steve" is out of town. And that they could come tomorrow, on Saturday first thing. Yah no thanks, I think I'll find someone else, or do it myself, since I would incur the same results. SHE also tried to tell my mom well the guy had to wait for me the first time. Yah right!! That is a bold faced lie. He had to wait a few minutes for me to leave work, BECAUSE he was over an hour and a half late to begin with. And still proceeded to ring the doorbell when I specifically told them to just wait for me. Like I said, I would never waste my time normally to call out a business, as I understand myself, that things in business happen. But there's a difference between a casual occurrence, and just straight up atrocious business acumen. This company would qualify as being one of those terribly unprofessional businesses. And lastly, the main reason I am writing this is because I want the owner, STEVE, to know that this is how his employees are running things while he's out of town. Good for you that you've grown so much since my mother used you, to the point you had to go out and hire more employees. But quantity without any sort of quality will only take your business so far. And I'm just besides myself that I could be treated so poorly by a company that should be all about customer service. -Alex

Do you have roaches? I don't. At least not anymore!…read more All you Vegas old timers have kept the roach epidemic a closely guarded secret!! WTH? Being new to Vegas I had no idea how prevalent roaches and scorpions are out here. I live on the mountain's edge so I literally get the worst of them... spiders and crickets too. I saw a deal for these folks on Living Social last fall ($15 for 2,500 sqft.), right about the time I no longer needed pest control, as it was getting cold. However it was valid for 6 months so I scooped it up anyway. I waited until the very last week the deal was valid before calling to schedule service, because it was just starting to warm back up. Jennifer was very kind, and I could tell I was working with a small family owned business, which I love to support. She told me that they only make it out the the Southwest part of town 1 day a month. She said she'd still honor my voucher (even after it was expired) if I could make that day work. A little inconvenient, but not really that big a deal. It happened to be 3 weeks out, but I was glad it would be a little warmer by then (so far I'd only seen one roach, and I figured and I'd need the service more in a few weeks anyway). They called the day before to remind me of the appointment, which I appreciated. But they showed up almost an hour late, I assume that's because they try to fit so many SW appts. into one day. They were in and out in 5-10 mins. kind and friendly service. The spray is dog and kid friendly, not that I have either but GTK. I asked about pricing for future needs and I was told $25 for the size of my home. A good value since I generally pay $40. For only $15 I wondered how good their spray would be. But the very next day I started seeing dead roaches outside my door and in the garage - got them buggers! I noticed they have a Yelp deal you can purchase too. I'll definitely call them again in a month or so, but I'm sure I'll have to wait again to get an appt. in my area.
