I met Pete in early 2020 before the pandemic started because the house I moved into had rodent problems. Between then and today, he's come into my home to fix my rodent issue.
I live by myself and this is my first time ever living with "these conditions". Every time he's visited me, he was able to find entrances where "my friends" were coming into. I have been calling him for 2 years.
Every time he visits, he is able to fix the situation only to find out months later that "my friends" have found another way to get inside of my home. Just last week, he told me that I had a broken sewer vent pipe (located inside of the walls). I asked him what that meant, and he honestly told me that this is not something he can fix because it requires construction.
He talked to me and said that this issue that I've been having for years will not stop until the broken pipe is taken care of. On top of that, he also said that it's dangerous for my health to be living in this property due to the amount of "Activity" I am having.
In the last 2 years of subscribing to his service, I've learned so much about "my friends" and their "behaviors". This might be really weird to say but Pete has become almost like my "Vegas dad" (I am from LA). He's become a friend to me too. Just a very very kind person, this also shows in the way he handles the "removal" of rodents.
!!!!!If you are an animal lover, you can also request humane ways to get rid of your problem. He also does not use poison!!!! By default, he tries to get rid of the problem in the most humane ways unless there is no option. He will take "your friends" and bring them somewhere they belong, far far away from the neighborhoods.
He is someone I can call when I am panicking (yes, I don't handle these rodent situations well). He takes his time to talk to me on the phone, calm down my nerves, and helps me.
I am really grossed out about the whole rodent thing. But watching Pete go in action deserves a TV show. You'll never meet anyone who's so knowledgeable AND passionate about their career. You can never hate on someone who loves what they do every single day.
I am FINALLY moving out of this house so Pete if you are reading this, THANK YOU FOR YOUR YEARS OF SERVICE! I am happy to be saying goodbye to this place, but silver lining: I am so happy to have met such a kind and honest person who I can call my friend!
Thank you for going above and beyond! Thank you for always fixing the issues.
As a female that lives alone, I have trust issues when it comes to men coming in and doing "services". Pete NEVER EVER gave me weird or shady vibes. I trust him with my home and never had any feeling that I am getting ripped off. He never took advantage of me. Go Pete! read more
