It's difficult to choose from a variety of businesses when they all seem to provide the same service. How do you select the best without compromising your budget? We picked Andy because he was very quick in response and genuinely wanted to answer all our questions. Towards the end of our conversation, he gave us his phone number and said that if we have any questions before he comes in, we're welcome to call or text! That was very kind of him. During his service, he was very personable and even joked about our dogs! Mind you, they were whining the whole time but he didn't seem bothered about it. Before he walked around the house, he covered his shoes as to not get the floor dirty which is highly appreciated because we like to keep our floors clean! He went around spraying the perimeter of our house inside and out for about 10-15 minutes and answered our question about watering plants. Andy was knowledgeable about carpet beetles whilst others weren't. He was extremely accommodating. I contacted him through the Yelp app around 12 AM and he responded immediately. We bought a house and moved into it, only to get stung by a scorpion while asleep. Turns out the house was infested by dozens of scorpions, cockroaches, spiders, and crickets. I was very uncomfortable and scared to walk around in what was supposed to be our dream home. I couldn't sleep at night and insisted on having all three of my kids in bed with me so I could protect them from scorpions. Desperate, I contacted numerous pest control companies and Andy's Dead Bug Pest Control was not only prompt in responding, but also clear and detailed in what pest control services he could offer and how he could treat our infestation. His prices were very reasonable. He was also available that same day, which was a massive relief because I was already dreading nightfall. He was thorough, personable, and professional, treating both the interior and exterior of our house. He also offered to set up rodent traps/stations at a one-time additional cost. Thinking rodents weren't an issue, we declined. Of course, an enormous live rat showed up after Andy left. Thankfully, he came back the next day to set up the traps/stations. Andy was so effective that we now have had multiple nights with ZERO scorpions inside the house, and last night we counted only 17 scorpions outside (half of which were dead), down from the 47 we counted just a few nights ago.
