I have recently switched from another pest control company to Andy. Andy originally responded to my inquiry very quickly. Part of my original challenge with my previous company was that it was hard for them to accommodate with my schedule. Andy assured me that he can accommodate even due to the fact that he is travels from Boulder City every day. Andy has come to my house at least twice so far in the past few months. He was on time and his service was thorough. His prices are reasonable too. I definitely will continue to support Andy. Thank you! read more

It's difficult to choose from a variety of businesses when they all seem to provide the same service. How do you select the best without compromising your budget? We picked Andy because he was very quick in response and genuinely wanted to answer all our questions. Towards the end of our conversation, he gave us his phone number and said that if we have any questions before he comes in, we're welcome to call or text! That was very kind of him. During his service, he was very personable and even joked about our dogs! Mind you, they were whining the whole time but he didn't seem bothered about it. Before he walked around the house, he covered his shoes as to not get the floor dirty which is highly appreciated because we like to keep our floors clean! He went around spraying the perimeter of our house inside and out for about 10-15 minutes and answered our question about watering plants. Our concern was that the solution would be less effective if water came into contact with it. The answer is no! Overall, great service and customer service! read more

Very night guy. Came promptly. Text me when he arrived so he didn't wake the baby by ringing the doorbell. Was quick, did the job, and left.

Amazing service, unreal prices, called him on a weekend and he fit me in! Unlimited sanity included. No more bug related worries. I'll be only calling him for anything pest control from now on read more

Andy is super knowledgeable and friendly. He messaged me on the yelp app. He answered all my questions and gave me a quote before he gave me a time. What was great is that he was available the very next day. He messaged me when he was on the way. Everything was quick and easy. read more

I've never had to hire a pest control service. I was desperate to find a good place and in a hurry. Andy was super responsive and came out the very next day. Does not charge an arm and leg. Which for my family was well needed. Guaranteed his service and said if we have anything come up he would come out to help. Very friendly and thorough. I've had no issues since he sprayed. I'm allergic to slit of things and have severe asthma. He said I would have no issues and I have not. Very pleased with the service he provides. read more

Andy responded to my inquiry immediately. I had, what I suspected, were carpet beetles. I sent multiple messages to different pest control businesses. Andy was knowledgeable about carpet beetles whilst others weren't. He was extremely accommodating. I contacted him through the Yelp app around 12 AM and he responded immediately. I asked if he can come at 830 AM the same day and he said yes. He came to my condo, sprayed the inside of the condo and entrance of my condo. He informed me that I should treat the carpet and mattress with boric acid ( he informed me that it is safe for humans and pets). The following day of him coming, I followed his instructions. We're pest free now. His prices are unbeatable, and his efficiency is unmatched. Thank you Andy!! read more

I had a completely unrealistic time frame in which I needed my roof cleaned and Andy could not have been more helpful! Highly recommend this company for their professionalism and exceptional customer service. We were in the process of selling our home and needed a pigeon community relocated from our roof. He came out and gave me a reasonable quote and got the work done immediately, as not to delay the sale of our home. Grateful we have small businesses like this in Las Vegas. read more

Andy was very professional and gave speedy service! I haven't seen one bug or any since our house was sprayed. Thanks

Just started month to month service with Andy very recently. I discovered him through a friend of mine on Facebook. He showed up on time and was very thorough when spraying the house. He was polite and personable! Not only that, but the prices in comparison to a lot of people I have contacted are unbelievable! I sure did luck out finding him! I highly recommend his services! read more

Good service! Professional guy who knows his business and accomplished our pest control needs. We use his service monthly! Highly recommend!

We bought a house and moved into it, only to get stung by a scorpion while asleep. Turns out the house was infested by dozens of scorpions, cockroaches, spiders, and crickets. I was very uncomfortable and scared to walk around in what was supposed to be our dream home. I couldn't sleep at night and insisted on having all three of my kids in bed with me so I could protect them from scorpions. Desperate, I contacted numerous pest control companies and Andy's Dead Bug Pest Control was not only prompt in responding, but also clear and detailed in what pest control services he could offer and how he could treat our infestation. His prices were very reasonable. He was also available that same day, which was a massive relief because I was already dreading nightfall. He was thorough, personable, and professional, treating both the interior and exterior of our house. He also offered to set up rodent traps/stations at a one-time additional cost. Thinking rodents weren't an issue, we declined. Of course, an enormous live rat showed up after Andy left. Thankfully, he came back the next day to set up the traps/stations. Andy was so effective that we now have had multiple nights with ZERO scorpions inside the house, and last night we counted only 17 scorpions outside (half of which were dead), down from the 47 we counted just a few nights ago. Thanks to Andy, we can breathe a huge sigh of relief and start enjoying our dream home. I can finally sleep through the night! read more
