I have used this company once before when my mom had some pest issues. They came out right away, did their inspection, treatment and cleanup and did continuous follow up to get everything back to normal for my mom. Fast forward two years later to today, another issue popped up. Joe came out to just do an inspection and found some issues. Being we just called for an inspection he was not able to do treatments right at that moment. Joe left and 45 minutes later Joe returned with another worker and they did an amazing job. Joe and his helper inspected the entire house from top to bottom, wall to wall and did some treatments and set a plan for followup. I cannot say enough about this company, their responsiveness, their thorough inspection, their communication, their total desire to help. Karen in the office is sweet and companionate as can be. I would give 10 stars if I could - This company is the best! I just got back from a Disney trip with my girlfriends and and we stayed at a hotel that we had never gone to before but had a great deal and seemed super cute! Wrong! The hotel was not what it appeared to be when we booked it....super sketch and creepy motel vibes! A day after we got back, my friend texted me a photo of a bug she found in her suitcase. As you probably can imagine, I panicked! I hurriedly looked up pest companies nearby and found Guaranteed Pest Solutions. Omg best place ever!! I called and spoke to Karen and she was so amazing. She asked me to text her the photo of the bug and she'd investigate with the techs. She didn't want to charge for a visit if it wasn't even necessary --- I should mention that at this point I had already texted her my address so she definitely could've taken advantage, sent someone out and and charged a fee. But no more than 20 minutes later she got back to me with an answer--no bed bugs! Turns out it was just your standard beetle- LOL I don't hang out outside much. I was paranoid that I got bed bugs from a hotel I stayed at So I called this service for help! Karen was the person I spoke on the phone with before making my appointment She was understanding, knowledgeable, and calmed me down quite a bit when I explained to her why I thought I had ad bed bugs. She reassured me that what I was describing did not sound like bed bugs, but for piece of mind I went through with making an appointment anyways. When the inspectors came, they asked me what prompted me to make the appointment I relayed y story that I stayed in a mid level hotel and had been paranoid since about bed bugs. I showed him a blanket that I had placed in my garage because I thought it had bed bug stains/markings on it. After listening to my story and looking at the blanket, he confirmed that I did not have bed bugs. When I made the appointment i was quoted $85 for inspection. However because the inspector thought it was clear that I did not have bed bugs, I was only charged $25 for the visit since a full inspection wasn't completed. He took time to educate me what would be actual signs of a bed bug infection and answered all of my questions. This company could have easily taken advantage of my fears and charged me the $85 (believe me....it was a small price to pay to make sure I wasn't headed for an infestation), but the integrity of this company is impressive and appreciated to say the least. Great customer service! I called them Friday night and a friendly woman named Karen answered the phone. We chatted and she asked for a picture of the offending animal. I told her I didn't see evidence of bed bugs but was getting bitten like crazy at night. I sent her several pictures and a video of what I had caught in my bathroom and she said they were carpet beetles which cause allergic reactions. She advised me how to deal with the problem free of charge even when I offered to pay! I asked for an inspection and she said it wasn't necessary if I see no evidence of bed bugs, but to call if the problem persists. I'm very grateful as today (Sunday) is my wedding anniversary and I'm able to rest easy knowing that my problem is fixable. As someone who does Airbnb and hosts clients from all over the world we do our best to clean the house thoroughly and would hate for someone to bring a problem like that in! We also have an indoor outdoor cat and pet sliding doors so we have a lot of potential sources of infection. We are vacuuming daily for the next several weeks and laundering our sheets more regularly in hopes of completely eliminating the problem in the near future. read more

K-9 Sweeps is absolutely the BEST! Bed bugs were introduced to our condo in 2015. Once we determined what they were we tried to remedy the situation ourselves to no avail.
