I have used this company once before when my mom had some pest issues. They came out right away, did their inspection, treatment and cleanup and did continuous follow up to get everything back to normal for my mom. Fast forward two years later to today, another issue popped up. Joe came out to just do an inspection and found some issues. Being we just called for an inspection he was not able to do treatments right at that moment. Joe left and 45 minutes later Joe returned with another worker and they did an amazing job. Joe and his helper inspected the entire house from top to bottom, wall to wall and did some treatments and set a plan for followup. I cannot say enough about this company, their responsiveness, their thorough inspection, their communication, their total desire to help. Karen in the office is sweet and companionate as can be. This is just an amazing company and group of people. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. We will be using them again. read more

This company has been wonderful! Their treatment process was very deliberate rather than just spraying a bunch of chemicals everywhere. They followed up and we're extremely patient as they helped us. Happy to say the treatment did the job. read more

I would give 10 stars if I could - This company is the best! I just got back from a Disney trip with my girlfriends and and we stayed at a hotel that we had never gone to before but had a great deal and seemed super cute! Wrong! The hotel was not what it appeared to be when we booked it....super sketch and creepy motel vibes! A day after we got back, my friend texted me a photo of a bug she found in her suitcase. As you probably can imagine, I panicked! I hurriedly looked up pest companies nearby and found Guaranteed Pest Solutions. Omg best place ever!! I called and spoke to Karen and she was so amazing. She asked me to text her the photo of the bug and she'd investigate with the techs. She didn't want to charge for a visit if it wasn't even necessary --- I should mention that at this point I had already texted her my address so she definitely could've taken advantage, sent someone out and and charged a fee. But no more than 20 minutes later she got back to me with an answer--no bed bugs! Turns out it was just your standard beetle- LOL I don't hang out outside much. This company saved me so much money and put my worries to rest. I can't say enough good things about Guaranteed Pest Solutions. I would use them every time for any and all pest concerns. Their quick responses, friendly service and integrity made all the difference to me. I am so happy that I found this place! Will recommend to everyone. read more

I was paranoid that I got bed bugs from a hotel I stayed at So I called this service for help! Karen was the person I spoke on the phone with before making my appointment She was understanding, knowledgeable, and calmed me down quite a bit when I explained to her why I thought I had ad bed bugs. She reassured me that what I was describing did not sound like bed bugs, but for piece of mind I went through with making an appointment anyways. When the inspectors came, they asked me what prompted me to make the appointment I relayed y story that I stayed in a mid level hotel and had been paranoid since about bed bugs. I showed him a blanket that I had placed in my garage because I thought it had bed bug stains/markings on it. After listening to my story and looking at the blanket, he confirmed that I did not have bed bugs. When I made the appointment i was quoted $85 for inspection. However because the inspector thought it was clear that I did not have bed bugs, I was only charged $25 for the visit since a full inspection wasn't completed. He took time to educate me what would be actual signs of a bed bug infection and answered all of my questions. This company could have easily taken advantage of my fears and charged me the $85 (believe me....it was a small price to pay to make sure I wasn't headed for an infestation), but the integrity of this company is impressive and appreciated to say the least. Thank you!! read more

Our company contracts out K-9 Sweeps on a very regular basis. I have to say, this dog is amazing! I had my doubts at first but after she swept through a hotel and found 2 tiny bed bug eggs deep in a chair. This kind of spot on detection is a result of the trainer. Joe (Sara's Handler) is probably the most educated bed bug person in Las Vegas and is very serious when working the dog (Sara) through a home, hotel room or business. We (ProChem Pest Solutions) recommend K-9 Sweeps to anyone who thinks they may have bed bugs and just need that peace of mind. We use them to certify our bed bug heat treatments to insure we got all of the bed bugs and the eggs. This is important considering a trained pest professional is only about 33% accurate in finding bed bugs but the dog is about 97%. Sara is the insurance we use to provide our clients with a quality guaranteed service. If we trust them, you can also! read more

Great customer service! I called them Friday night and a friendly woman named Karen answered the phone. We chatted and she asked for a picture of the offending animal. I told her I didn't see evidence of bed bugs but was getting bitten like crazy at night. I sent her several pictures and a video of what I had caught in my bathroom and she said they were carpet beetles which cause allergic reactions. She advised me how to deal with the problem free of charge even when I offered to pay! I asked for an inspection and she said it wasn't necessary if I see no evidence of bed bugs, but to call if the problem persists. I'm very grateful as today (Sunday) is my wedding anniversary and I'm able to rest easy knowing that my problem is fixable. As someone who does Airbnb and hosts clients from all over the world we do our best to clean the house thoroughly and would hate for someone to bring a problem like that in! We also have an indoor outdoor cat and pet sliding doors so we have a lot of potential sources of infection. We are vacuuming daily for the next several weeks and laundering our sheets more regularly in hopes of completely eliminating the problem in the near future. read more

Guaranteed Pest Solutions - Pest Control Near Me

Absolutely awesome!!! I love working with companies that treat you like a person and not a number. Thank you Joe and Karen!

I highly recommend Guaranteed Pest Solutions in Las Vegas! My elderly aunt had an extreme case of bed bugs and was one a tight timeline since she was moving within the month. I live on the east coast and needed help in getting the bug situation rectified prior to their move. Karen and Joe were AMAZING! Karen was so gracious and spent a lot of time on the phone with me, gathering information, determining the right treatment (she wanted to make sure we weren't spending more than absolutely needed), and getting everything set up. Her correspondence was always prompt, informative, and friendly. Joe was very kind and attentive and worked directly with my aunt to ensure she understood the process and requirements to get the job done on time. Thank you, Karen and Joe, for your honesty, diligence, and willingness to go above and beyond! God bless you! read more

Amazing group of people here. Joe came out the morning after I called in for an inspection for bed bugs, very prompt by the way. Determined the problem wasn't as bad as I thought gave me a quote in how much it would cost and walked me through how I could do it myself. Very thorough and very patient in answering all my questions, never once made me feel like they needed to rush off to another job like most companies do. Since they came I have not been bitten and my bed bug problem is gone. Thank you so much guys!! I will definitely recommend to everyone. read more

I signed up for regular/preventative services a year ago and have been super pleased. The team is responsive, quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. Awesome professional service. Patiently answered all my questions and resolved the bug problem in a quick and timely manner!

K-9 Sweeps is absolutely the BEST! Bed bugs were introduced to our condo in 2015. Once we determined what they were we tried to remedy the situation ourselves to no avail. I called Karen at K-9 sweeps to inquire about heat treatment as I understood this was the best option. An appointment was set up with Joe to investigate the situation. Joe immediately put my mind at ease. I insisted on having the whole condo treated despite Joe's encouragement to do otherwise. Everything was done exactly as they instructed and the treatment was successful. Fast forward to 2017, a friend of mine thought they may have bed bugs. I called Karen and asked her what she should do. She asked me to forward a picture of the bug. Within minutes she and Joe confirmed it was not in fact a bed bug. Such great people, caring and compassionate with exceptional service! read more

Karen and Joe are so amazing to work with because they honestly care and understand your problem. They have great 24 hr. customer service, and were extremely efficient in answering all of the 100 questions I had. Guaranteed Pest Solutions was exactly what we needed. They didn't oversell us for our bed bug problem and they genuinely cared about our situation. Some other companies that came out for an inspection wanted to charge us $1,500-$2,500 for treatment, but Joe actually took the time to find the root of the problem, and coordinate his treatment accordingly. They followed up several times and made sure to stay on top of things. Karen and Joe are both great at what they do and I highly recommend them. read more

After doing so she immediately called me back and assured me 100% it was not. We confirmed with our regular bug guy that is was not. I appreciated the fast response time and superior customer service to email me info on what our problem was. Thank you!! read more
