We found around ten to fifteen winged bugs in our bathroom that had flown down after opening our attic. They looked like termites after reviewing similar pictures on the internet. We were nervous and called Magic Wand to order an inspection. Paul told us the NV Dept. of Agriculture offers a free identification service if we would bring them in. They would identify the bugs within a couple of weeks and we would know if we had a problem. Then he spent a couple of minutes explaining the different types of termites and how they function so we had a quick idea of some of the things to be aware of. I was using another pest control company, on a reoccurring basis, to manage ants and german roaches for an apartment building by UNLV. When a long term tenant moved out, I discovered a major infestation of german roaches Frustrated with the lack of results, I called Paul. He visited the building and told me the methods of treatment being used by my former pest company were wrong and actually making the problems spread. Paul knows the pests and the most effective way to treat each type of pest.
