Because I've seen other companies switch things up and everything goes downhill after that. So far, this has been extremely effective and consistent. Also, at this point you'd think the company would offer a credit or do something as an apology for the inconvenience (seriously you stuck your collections agency on me when I had a valid payment on file and you messed up). They haven't done a thing. And for the record. I was a client for almost five years and never missed a payment or had any problems with the company. This is after signing up and Aptiv coming here every three months for a year and then not showing up for 2 years until calling out of the blue years later to schedule an appointment.
