Wow! This was quite a moment! I RARELY have left YELP reviews. Today I absolutely needed to come on and leave a review and I noticed another review by a Pamela R. Chances of that? Pretty small, right? Yes. I read review and it is mine! I had forgotten I'd left this initial review. Does that not speak volumes about this company?! I feel compelled when dealing with them to do something I so rarely do; leave reviews. They are a fantastic company. As in my last review, it was obvious we were very pleased with our prior technician. I received a courtesy call from Chris the supervisor (great customer service) letting us know we would have a different technician and assured me he was very efficient and knowledgable. I cannot stress ENOUGH how absolutely correct Chris was in his description of Nic. He went above and beyond the call of duty discovering a water leak we had. He took the time to show it to us saving us from a real problem down the road! Many techs out in the business world would have considered it time consuming on his part and our problem, not his and would not have taken the time to show us. Instead he even went the extra mile to help explain what we could do to stop the issue. THANKS NIC!! We had the added benefit and pleasure of meeting Tevin as he was being trained by Nic at this time, and we would now trust his service if ever Nic is on vacation: ...) we would feel confident with him doing our spraying as Tevin was trained by one of the best; along with the fact he was also so pleasant and professional! WOW! WOW! WOW! Love you guys at PPC. Happy customers is an understatement!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND WITHOUT HESITATION. And ... post note ... In conversation, discovered Nic is a veteran. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE TO OUR COUNTRY,Nic. Thank you PPC for hiring a vet. Patriots and excellent business practices. Planning to be loyal customers for many more decades! read more

I am COMPLETELY satisfied and happy with the service I receive from Preventative Pest Control. We live in Henderson and started to have an issue with bark scorpions along with roaches. It wasn't until a scorpion made it's way into the house and my cats were batting it around that we knew we definitely had to get a pest control company as the stuff that is sold in stores wasn't cutting it. A friend of ours recommended Preventative because they had an issue with scorpions too. Our FAVORITE technician is Mr. Scott, he is ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS pleasant, on time, and he does an amazing job. He is so good and such a nice person that we request Mr. Scott everytime! Let me tell you the stuff they put down works!! We've been a customer since October of 2014 and so far we haven't had any roaches, scorpions, or other bugs make their way into the house. Before I never knew how many roaches we had but since they spray we find them dead everywhere and they are all on the outside. For me I really enjoy the fact that they don't even make it inside!! They also put down these sticky traps which have caught SO many scorpions. We will continue to be a customer of Preventative Pest Control and recommend them to anyone who talks to us about their bug issues. read more

I've used PPC for many years, first in my LV house then in my Henderson house. I've been out of the country for a year; now that I'm back, I needed to initiate service for an exterminator in my new domicile. I never considered calling anyone other than PPC, based on past positive experience. Today the young technician's name is Jake. I snapped at him very early on due to a small error on the paperwork but he handled my complaint patiently and professionally. He then treated the house, yard and garage with excellent attention. He knocked down a nest of mud daubers, and left us a stack of sticky papers for the garage. He is an exceptional technician. Over the years, we have been happy with almost all of PPC's technicians; when we weren't, I didn't hesitate to call and complain. But I think Jake might just be the best of the best. I also want to thank Stacy for the consideration she showed us as returning customers. Highly recommend PPC. They do in fact come back between scheduled services, if needed. read more

I would like to give a raving review to, Tevin! We've had Preventative for what seems like forever and never have I ever experienced such kindness and great detail. Usually when the pest tech shows up he's in and out in 15 minutes doing the usual, a spray to the outside perimeter then the inside if I need it for that month. Well today, I met our new tech, Tevin, who not only showed patience while I situated my FurBabies but he took time to answer all my questions (which I had several) and explained what exactly he was doing. The reason why I was intrigued was because I witnessed him do 2 additional steps that I haven't seen any of my other techs do and he took his time doing it carefully, making sure he addressed every part of my home inside and out. This first encounter with, Tevin, is exactly why I've decided to stay with Preventative. I can only hope that other homeowners in my area get him as their tech and receive the same thorough, pleasant experience as me. Job well done! read more

Hello, I recently had a gentleman from this company, stop by my home and knock on my door, and when I answered the door, he was a very polite, well mannered, gentleman. I asked him how could I help him, and he informed me of the mice issue in our neighborhood. he talked to me about the mice issues for about an hour. While speaking with him, my wheel on my wheel chair, broke at the spindle, and I could not move. This nice gentleman, was kind enough to not only get me out of the door and back in my living room, but he spent about an hour an a half fixing my wheel chair. I called Curtis the other day to come by and begin service for me next week. I would like to let this company know, what a kind, honest, true gentleman, they have with Curtis. I retired from a customer service company, and I can tell you, we would have done anything, to have a guy on our team, like him. I just wanted to say thank you Curtis, for your kindness, and generousity. read more

When we decided to move to Henderson from the East Coast, I never took pests into account. That is so unlike me because I am a bug-phobe. I realized shortly after moving here that my AC guy and my exterminator needed to be my best friends. I haven't found my dream AC guy yet but I have found my dream exterminator...Nic of Preventive Pest Control. He is friendly, approachable, and a professional who takes pride in a job well done. It's been almost two years now and Nic has made sure my concerns are addressed and I can feel safe and secure in my home. Who could ask for more? It's good to know he is always only a phone call away but we really don't need to bug him (pun intended) between service visits. He does an excellent job each and every visit. I am recommending Preventive Pest Control to my sister who is relocating here very soon from Ca. If I can recommend Preventive Pest Control to family, you know they must be good! read more

We would like others to know how pleased we are with Preventative Pest Control. Especially with the service of one Nick Brown. We had good success with P.P.C. since we started, but continuously had an issue with ants and tiny spiders getting into our Granddaughter's room. Two other techs came out but never found a resolve. On our last call to P.P.C., our desperation was heard and Nick was sent out. He paid close attention to what my wife had to say. He understood the importance of the matter. He stated what he needed to do (including drilling through drywall) and asked for the OK to go forward. He was super in all aspects! Very courteous, polite and straightforward with the details of what would take care of the issue. All the problems with the ants and tiny spiders have been resolved! Thank you very much to P.P.C. for being a professional company and for hiring such a great tech as Nick Brown. read more

This company has been wonderful in their services and their employees that I have worked with on my property. I have used many companies in the past but Preventive truly takes the time to listen and complete the tasks at hand when ridding your house of pests/insects. Art is my technician that comes out to my house every time. Art is always courteous and polite when coming to the door and always nice to my dog as he services my property. Art is always willing to go above and beyond in customer service. His knowledge and expertise is greatly appreciated when you ask him to explain anything and then he takes the time to listen to your issues at hand with any pest/insect. I can't thank Art enough for his wonderful customer service and work ethic. This is a company everyone should consider using for getting rid of their pest/insect problem and make sure to ask for Art. read more

Preventive Pest Control is a Veteran Friendly company which is something hard to come by these days, also the company offers a very generous discount to Military Members! I've had many technicians come to spray my home but the one technician that stood out above all of them was Kurt Shoemaker, his level of professionalism and knowledge was outstanding to say the least. I've read many bad reviews, but decided to try them for myself. Great company, great service, and most of all NO BUGS IN MY HOME! I highly advise when you find a good technician, call the company and request that person keeps spraying your home! Highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a Preventive Pest Control done at your home! read more

It has been over 6 years since using Preventative Pest Control. I thought I would try and use a different company to come out, give the other guys a chance.... but something told me to call PPC back and to tell you the truth in these last 6 years I have not seen 1 bug or rodent in or around my house. The reason I had to cancel my service in the first place was due to finances. The office gal's are so nice. They always answer the phones right away and what was even a PLUS is that Robert has serviced my house a couple times and will from now on! Robert provides thorough work and is so nice. Robert has great work ethic and is definitely an asset to PPC. If you get scheduled with Robert you will be Happy! read more

We've been with Preventive Pest Control for 5 years. I am pleased that Alex was assigned to our neighborhood. We gave Alex five stars for his exceptional service he does for our home. I believe he treats our home as he would his own. He is thorough in his work, on time, pleasant and at the end of my service he assures me that he will be back immediately if I find anything irregular (which I never had, thank goodness). Preventive is priced affordably and I like the many options for your needs. I also commend the front office staff who provide warm and friendly service. After each call I am thanked for being a valuable customer. Now that's customer service. read more

Wow! Horrible company! Got a call from preventive telling me Dustin was fired. First what kind of employer does that to an ex employee. Second I gave Dustin a call and he told me he quit to go on to bigger and better Things. He told me it was a great company and that I should stay with them because they do a great service. Aren't ex employees supposed to be doing the bad mouthing? Shows what kind of person he is. Anyways I will no longer be with preventive because they treat there employees like garbage and the only reason I stayed with them is because of Dustin. Way to go preventive! If anyone wants a great bug guy call Dustin he is the best 702 409 0300 read more
