Rick promptly answered all my questions respectfully and just showed up. Other companies made me feel like it was no big deal or I was overreacting etc. Rick never made me feel this way and the few times I've had to call or message him because of something that concerned me or freaked me out-he has always showed up and taken care of it. I hate bugs so this is important to me. I get monthly treatments and have been bug free since 2017. I love the products he uses-whatever it is. It's safe for my pups and kid and I love this service. My solar panels had a serious pigeon problem, with a significant amount of accumulated debris underneath them. Malachi arrived punctually and began working at approximately 8:30 in the morning. He then spent hours on my roof in the intense August Las Vegas heat, working carefully and consistently throughout the entire job. After seeing the before-and-after photos, I gained an even greater appreciation for how demanding and detailed this work actually is. Installing mesh around approximately 20 solar panels on a tiled roof is certainly not a matter of simply attaching material around the edges. Because of the raised shape of the roof tiles, the mesh had to be carefully fitted and individually cut in many small areas so that it could conform properly around the panels and roof. It requires patience, precision, and a tremendous amount of hands-on work. Malachi did an excellent job. The installation was neat, detailed, and professional. He was also extremely respectful of my property. The cleaning underneath the panels resulted in a considerable amount of pigeon debris coming down from the roof, and he didn't simply finish the roof and leave. He thoroughly cleaned the areas around my home that had been affected by the falling debris and left everything in very good condition. That level of care meant a great deal to me. A family member was also able to see the work firsthand, and we were both extremely impressed by the amount of effort involved and the quality of the finished job. And most importantly, the solution is working beautifully. The pigeons can no longer get underneath the solar panels. After years of having to clean my patio and courtyard as often as twice a day because of the mess, the difference has been remarkable. A few pigeons may still occasionally return and sit on the roof out of habit, but the overwhelming problem has essentially disappeared. My patio and courtyard are staying clean, and that alone has made an enormous difference in my daily life. I also want to mention something I believe customers should consider. Work like this is physically demanding, especially on a Las Vegas roof in August. After seeing firsthand how much effort, precision, and time Malachi put into the job, I was very happy to give him a tip. Of course, tipping is a personal decision, but I would encourage anyone who is able to do so to recognize the individual doing this kind of difficult work, particularly under such extreme summer conditions. Bugs Beware! In past…read moreyears I've had hundreds of six-legged tenants, who do not pay rent, infiltrating my house, so it was finally time to evict the little buggers. While I used to find minimal joy in playing "catch the bug" with my dog (he enjoyed it more than I did), guests would mildly freak out while several cockroaches scurried across my living room floor throughout the evening. Opening the garage door was like a scene out of Indiana Jones, where you turn on a light and you'd see dozens 'em bolt away back into the cracks. C'mon Vegas, you know what I'm talking about. I used to have resident spiders that hung around so long, I should of named them. Ants that I couldn't get rid of with that Home Defense stuff were finally just accepted around the house as long as they didn't wander off "trail." All that changed this summer when I made the decision to hire a pest control company. With a million choices in companies out there, I made a few calls, checked reviews and weighed financial options. Most companies want you to sign into a yearly contract for service. Since the bugs go away in the winter, I only wanted service in the summer when they come out of the ground and into the house. No company I called was willing to just come out in the summer until I found Williams. They came out to spray the same day I first called them, which was nice. I was thoroughly impressed with the amount of spray laid down all throughout my yard during that initial visit in June. You could see all the roaches and spiders fleeing from their underground caves. If only hunting terrorists were this easy. From then on, the only bugs I saw inside were on their backs with those six lifeless legs in the air. Hardly exciting for a dog wanting to go hunting. But exciting for me to have a pest-free home for the first time. Their prices may be a little more than some of the bargain pest control companies around town, but they are willing to work with your budget, not lock you in a contract, and they get the job done. I am set up on an every other month plan just during the summer. They say if you notice bugs between visits they will come out and spray again for no charge. I haven't had to call, as the only time I found live bugs in my home was actually the night before they came out for my second servicing. A spider and an earwig knew they were coming and sought refuge, until they felt the wrath of the flip flop. While my second treatment didn't seem to offer quite the extensive coverage as the first visit, I'm still confident that the bugs will once again be held at bay and if not, Williams guarantees their work and that's a quality business practice. 4.5 Stars.
