I'm incredibly grateful for Steven, Alexander and the team at Bulwark Extermination. After the last tenants moved out, we were with a situation that needed immediate attention -- and Steven showed up with professionalism, kindness, and urgency. They came out right away, walked me through everything with honesty, and offered a phenomenal price for the level of care they provided. The customer service was exceptional, and Steven made sure the property was fully taken care of so I could move forward with peace of mind. If you need someone who is reliable, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping you protect your home, Steven is the one to call. Truly grateful for the support. read more

I had a sudden ant infestation and Bulwark Exterminating really saved my hide! They were able to come out at the last minute and take care of the problem quickly and professionally. Highly recommend their responsive service. read more

Great service! I found them on Yelp and I am so greatful I called! The service tech that came to the house was fantastic! I've never dealt with cockroaches before and he explained everything thoroughly to me and was very patient & kind! (Obviously) I hope I never have to use them again.... but they offer good follow-up/monthly packages as well. And the service can transfer to a new location (when you move). read more

Great customer service. Called me right away to schedule. Excited to get started on service.

Parker has been service guy the last year & half. Excellent job in explaining some of the situations we have had dealing with rodents.

AI support agent gate keeping from getting help feels terrible. I called to reschedule a service and it was actively thwarting me, asking why I wanted to reschedule and not letting me pick a day. The best part is the only option it gave me was the same day but a 3 hour window instead of a 12 hour window. read more

Unfortunately, I did not have a chance to have Bulwark. My HOA already sprays common areas and I also can't really afford Bulwark. If I had more money, I would have them come over. They have been friendly to me each time I interacted with them. There is no attitude. I had a great conversation with the person who set up the initial appointment. I was offered $99 for the first visit and I think it as $118 every three months. I didn't have enough money for this service though. The last person I spoke to made an effort to retain me. I had to turn them down. I did not get to use their service, but I know they are nice and they guarantee their work. I think that this business would be a good one to give a try if you are looking over your options. read more

The Company is responsive and friendly. Did an excellent job. I only had outside done and the following days all kinds of dead critters shocking how many. I am very happy with Bulwark and the people who work there seem genuinely happy in their work! A+ 5 Star read more

On 5/19, I was contacted by this company after purchasing my new home. They offered a complimentary spray service, which I was entitled to as part of the move-in process. However, because I chose not to sign a contract for ongoing services, I was met with unprofessional and childish behavior from two representatives, Preston and Tyler. Instead of assisting me, they repeatedly hung up the phone when I called and refused to schedule the service. It was clear they were playing games, which is completely unacceptable behavior--especially from adult employees representing a company. This kind of conduct reflects poorly on the business, and I would never recommend their services based on this experience. DR Horton should seriously reconsider advertising or partnering with this company due to the blatant lack of professionalism. read more

there was an immediate response. The price was within range and they were very thorough.

great job jeff. great communication, on time! offering newly available services as well. Thank you!

I have been using Bulwarks exterminating for over ten years now. Max. has been my tech for at east five years. He sprays thoroughly just the way I like my Yard and garage sprayed. He gives great customer service. He is very polite and respectful. Years ago I used to Try to spray on my own. But every since Maxx came along I have not had a problem with bugs at all. Even if I see a dead one he grabs it, because he knows I hate bugs. Thank you Maxx and thank you Bulwarks read more

Austin just serviced our house. We have had a lot of roaches outside and scorpions inside and out. He sprayed a strong scorpion chemical mix in all areas that they typically are found and all entrance points to house. Plus he did the bait boxes to control rats. He is always prompt, courteous and professional read more

Bulwark Exterminating - Bug bite while sleeping - Pest Control Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Bulwark provides exceptional service. The technician called me 30 minutes before his arrival, which I greatly appreciated. He was highly professional and thoroughly treated the front and back yards, side yards, garage, and all common areas inside my home. The pricing, at around $44 a month and $150 for the initial visit, is very reasonable given the quality of the work and the assurance of a pest-free environment. My family and I thank you! read more

I have to come back and update my review - I moved to a new home and after Bulwark failed to cancel my service, continued to charge for service and would not respond to my calls- I was done but I am 10 months in with Terminex and have had to call them back for repeat visits and I'm still killing bugs and spiders. I was with bulwark for more than a decade at 2 homes and never had to call them back or kill bugs myself. Despite the administrative failures, they are very effective at the service that I've hired them for. I have hired them back on that basis alone. read more

I've been a Bullwork customer for years. I appreciate that they will come out as many times as necessary (without additional charge) to take care of pests. Terence even fixed the handle on my gate as he was leaving today. Now that's service above and beyond!! read more
