Unfortunately, I did not have a chance to have Bulwark. My HOA already sprays common areas and I also can't really afford Bulwark. If I had more money, I would have them come over. They have been friendly to me each time I interacted with them. There is no attitude. I had a great conversation with the person who set up the initial appointment. I was offered $99 for the first visit and I think it as $118 every three months. I didn't have enough money for this service though. The last person I spoke to made an effort to retain me. I had to turn them down. I did not get to use their service, but I know they are nice and they guarantee their work. I think that this business would be a good one to give a try if you are looking over your options. read more

On 5/19, I was contacted by this company after purchasing my new home. They offered a complimentary spray service, which I was entitled to as part of the move-in process. However, because I chose not to sign a contract for ongoing services, I was met with unprofessional and childish behavior from two representatives, Preston and Tyler. Instead of assisting me, they repeatedly hung up the phone when I called and refused to schedule the service. It was clear they were playing games, which is completely unacceptable behavior--especially from adult employees representing a company. This kind of conduct reflects poorly on the business, and I would never recommend their services based on this experience. DR Horton should seriously reconsider advertising or partnering with this company due to the blatant lack of professionalism. read more

I have to come back and update my review - I moved to a new home and after Bulwark failed to cancel my service, continued to charge for service and would not respond to my calls- I was done but I am 10 months in with Terminex and have had to call them back for repeat visits and I'm still killing bugs and spiders. I was with bulwark for more than a decade at 2 homes and never had to call them back or kill bugs myself. Despite the administrative failures, they are very effective at the service that I've hired them for. I have hired them back on that basis alone. read more
