STAY AWAY from Williams Pest & Lawn located at 304 S Jones Blvd, #7270, L.V. as they are extremely dishonest! They came to our door from our neighbors and wanted to charge us an extreme amount of money to clean and put mesh up to keep the pigeons away. We told them no thanks and they came down to a more reasonable price which we paid with a credit card. We thought that was the end of it until we reviewed our credit card statement and saw that they had charged the original amount which we had stated no thanks to. We called the credit card company and had it removed from our bill. We called Williams Pest and we were told it was for pest control which we told them we already have! The owner is relentless and continues to deny what we agreed to even though my husband and I were both present during the discussion. read more

The office manager is not prompted when returning calls and or emails. I can never get a hold of her over the phone as she is always out of the office. She has a hard time following directions since I had time and time and again rescheduled days and times for company to come out while I was home and for some reason would show up on the day she had chosen on her calendar. The reason this place is getting a bad review is because they added on a service charge that I never agreed to. Previous visits have all been arranged when I was home to open my gate. They advised they jump my fence to provide a service even though I have to unlock my unit to get access. When disputing this one charge she declined any resolution and no apology was even given. For this it is truly dishonest. When bringing my concerns to her attention she mentioned they had hundreds of clients so one unhappy client wouldn't hurt there business. These guys did a half ass job putting up Pigeon fencing. They clipped the fencing to the stud rails which still allowed the pigeons to hang out and nest under the solar panel awning. Right before I signed the contract Royce mentions an additional monthly pest service fee which I didn't want. Very shady! They say they'll come by periodically to inspect which they didn't. I work from home and never once heard anyone pull up with a ladder and get on the roof. And he mentions that they're Christian to help reel you in. Jesus wouldn't even trust these scammers. Would have rather thrown my money in the basket at mass! 2 months later I called SOS pigeon control and Martin ended up getting the job done right. I signed up for this company when they coming knocking at my door of my brand new community the moment they said contract I said no thank you. The employee stated that's ok they would do no contract for me and showed me in his tablet where he wrote no contract I even took a picture because I am paranoid and signed my name and wrote no contract 6 months later seeing no improvement regarding the bugs in my home I told them to please cancel and they stated I had a contract I sent them the proof and they charged me $ $247.00 cancellation fee without my permission or informing me! Horrible company. They are unprofessional & deceptive. A nice man & his son's came to the door. We were sold on the fact that they claimed to be a family run company. My husband asked if we could back out if we no longer needed the service & he said yes. We took him at his word. We are relocating & I tried to get hold of someone to cancel & no response. Finally they responded & charged our card for remaining year according to " the contract". No notice whatsoever, just a "you should have read the contract." Turns out the people who signed us up were not the family who runs the business, just hired hands going around signing people up. Total sham, these people should be ashamed. We signed up with them a few months ago they have not come to service our home and have not gotten a response on the phone. They have charged my card twice 427 dollars (my monthly cost was supposed to be 75 as stated on the agreement) and I've had it disputed with the bank because I have no response on the phone. DO NOT order Pigeon removal service from this company. My solar panels created a big issue with pigeons nesting and pooping all over my roof. Spencer said they would clean the roof, remove the pigeons and nests and place netting around the panels. They quoted $100/panel which is insane, he knocked it down to $50/panel if I ordered the pest control year service. I was more excited about they promised to clean all the pigeon poop off the roof. They did a poor job putting up the net as they trapped a pigeon under the panels. They removed 1 or 2 nests from under my solar panel and continued to make excuses about the rest. They continued to make excuses about cleaning my roof, they finally said they completed the job and you can see the photos attached and be the judge for yourself about their cleaning job. Kelly was responsive and committed to ensure me the job was still being worked on. Communications other than that was terrible, I felt if I didn't consistently call nothing would have gotten done. I'm greatly disappointed with this service but at least the netting is there to stop further nesting. read more

We had several pigeons using our solar panels to make themselves a new home. When we contacted Royce he was very responsive and said he would love to help us with our issue. He and his son Spencer showed up to complete the job and they were both very friendly and professional. We did receive a lower bid from another company but Royce matched their price so we decided to go with him due to how comfortable he made us feel and the knowledge and experience he presented. I hardly every review but this was a must. I signed up with them because a nice young salesman come to my door and gave me a great deal. That was the last pleasant experience I had with them. I ended up canceling service due to the recent incident of employee negligence and the lack of service I received. On my ring, the service man who came didn't do anything that was promised would be done. Nor do I feel comfortable having anyone come to my home, especially when I am not home because of my animals. I tried to contact this company for two months after canceling service after they tried to automatically run my card for $400. With no email or phone response after 2 months and many messages I finally got someone to contact me. The women who called me not only was very rude, she said what do you want me to do. I explained to her I was never presented a contract or told I would be binded for a year. The salesman simply said sign here to authorize service for us to come. Then I explained I was not comfortable with any technician coming to my home. She responded with, well we are not comfortable coming out due to you canceling your contract and that's why I haven't reached back out to you because there's nothing I can do. So she acknowledged she received my many many messages and never contacted me. Then she scoffed at me and said she would talk to the owner and call me back. Never called and me and my husband called and left messages, no answer. I work in customer service and my husband owns a business. Let me start by saying yes, I saw the incident on kicking the cat... I love animals and realize that what we saw was part of the incident... not at all defending it but one employee doesn't mean the service from all employees is the same. Royce has done an amazing job keeping the pigeons out of my solar panels and cleaning up their mess. Royce is more than responsive... I heard pigeons in my fireplace... he was out there 20 minutes after the text! He text me pictures etc and made sure to replace the garbage cans next to my gate (due to winds, wanted to make sure my dogs didn't get out) as I asked. I get idiots from other pest control agencies who solicit my home... let me tell you, they are pushy and obnoxious and won't take no for an answer! One, just 2 weeks ago, told me I was stupid to use Williams because of the cat incident! Stupid? Not at all... everyone deserves a second chance. And guess what? Bugs Beware! In past years I've had hundreds of six-legged tenants, who do not pay rent, infiltrating my house, so it was finally time to evict the little buggers. While I used to find minimal joy in playing "catch the bug" with my dog (he enjoyed it more than I did), guests would mildly freak out while several cockroaches scurried across my living room floor throughout the evening. Opening the garage door was like a scene out of Indiana Jones, where you turn on a light and you'd see dozens 'em bolt away back into the cracks. C'mon Vegas, you know what I'm talking about. I used to have resident spiders that hung around so long, I should of named them. Ants that I couldn't get rid of with that Home Defense stuff were finally just accepted around the house as long as they didn't wander off "trail." All that changed this summer when I made the decision to hire a pest control company. With a million choices in companies out there, I made a few calls, checked reviews and weighed financial options. Most companies want you to sign into a yearly contract for service. Since the bugs go away in the winter, I only wanted service in the summer when they come out of the ground and into the house. No company I called was willing to just come out in the summer until I found Williams. They came out to spray the same day I first called them, which was nice. I was thoroughly impressed with the amount of spray laid down all throughout my yard during that initial visit in June. You could see all the roaches and spiders fleeing from their underground caves. If only hunting terrorists were this easy. From then on, the only bugs I saw inside were on their backs with those six lifeless legs in the air. Hardly exciting for a dog wanting to go hunting. But exciting for me to have a pest-free home for the first time. Their prices may be a little more than some of the bargain pest control companies around town, but they are willing to work with your budget, not lock you in a contract, and they get the job done. I am set up on an every other month plan just during the summer. They say if you notice bugs between visits they will come out and spray again for no charge. I haven't had to call, as the only time I found live bugs in my home was actually the night before they came out for my second servicing. A spider and an earwig knew they were coming and sought refuge, until they felt the wrath of the flip flop. While my second treatment didn't seem to offer quite the extensive coverage as the first visit, I'm still confident that the bugs will once again be held at bay and if not, Williams guarantees their work and that's a quality business practice. 4.5 Stars. read more

For the past two years, I have had the worst invasion of ants. It made my last two summers hellish. I called Williams Pest Control and they were the ONLY company willing to accomodate me. I can't afford to be locked in a contract. They understood my circumstances and were willing to work with me. They sent out a technician who listened well and did a very thorough job. I called for service and they quoted me a good price. Then stated they would have a technician call me to schedule the work the next day. I never heard from them. I called and left another message and they never called back. Do not just blow off calls if you are too busy, at least call back and say you cannot make it. It has been 5 days and I still have not heard from Williams Pest Control. I called SWAT Bug Killers yesterday and they said they would be here in the afternoon. I did not hear from them so I just called and they stated they will be here at 4:30 to 5:00. We will see if they show up but at least they called me back. read more

Williams Pest Control is unprofessional and does medicore work. When I called for a quote for pigeon removal and screening, Ian (who told me he's one of the owners) was very nice and helpful. But that all changed when the work began. The tech, Josh (who is need of a lot of training) was an hour and a half late. I called when he was 45 minutes but got voicemail. When I asked Josh why he was late without calling his excuse was "Uhh, It's Monday." I should have cancelled the job then but was so tired of the pigeons and wanted them removed. Halfway through the job, Josh leaves with all the equipment in our yard. I assumed he went to lunch until he was gone for 3 hours! I called and spoke to Ian who said Josh left to get more supplies. Josh came back while I was on the phone and said "the owner" called him to another job. I asked Ian point blank if he was lying. He said Josh must be confused and there were 2 owners. The project took 7 hours to complete (I was told it would take no more than 4) and the screens look OK. But less than 48 hours later, pigeons had gotten behind one of the screens. I called Williams and surprise got voicemail. Josh returned my call 5 hours later and said it would take up to 2 weeks for the pigeons to leave our roof - obviously very confused because he couldn't understand why I was upset. He did come to the house and saw the pigeons behind the screening. He said he was going to double screen the area to prevent this in the future. I asked why he didn't do it in the first place when he replied "I was out late the night before and was really tired." At least he's honest unlike Ian. I had to prompt Josh to double screen the rest of the areas. It's been a week and we haven't had any problems. Save yourself time and heaches - avoid. I don't know who's been more difficult to deal with; the pigeons or Williams Pest Control. read more
