The Pigeon Man team was very responsive and I was able to communicate with them via text and email. During The Pigeon Man's initial consultation, he was able to scare off a few pigeons that were already making themselves at home. His rates were very competitive with the other contractors, so I decided to go with him. On the day of the final install, he was running late from another job, but we communicated the time changes via text with no issues. Once on site, he was able to complete the work in about 2 hours (I have 18 panels in a simple rectangular pattern). It's now a couple weeks since the work was done, and I've heard nary a coo from the roof. I'd easily recommend him for any similar jobs. See photos.

Photo is of the netting that was supposed to prevent them from nesting in the corner. They still found their way back in and now are protected.

I reached out for a quote on Yelp concerning some pest control services for my business and Josh was one of the first to respond. Oh, I didn't mention his response was within minutes! I felt like I was in a true crisis and that meant the world to me that he made time to take care of my issues the same day. Julian was dispatched and very communicative about when he would arrive (I didn't do so well on my end I missed all the messages :( ) Julian was polite, patient, and so respectful. It was like he was sent from the lord! He was heaven-sent. I felt calm suddenly. To the pest issue. He made sure to walk the premises even outside the building looking for any signs that needed attention. Thank goodness my issue was minor. He made sure our business was left in great shape and our clients will remain happy and safe. My business is my baby and the public's safety is my number one priority. Julian protected both today!
