This is a long overdue review…read more I had Michael from Air Pure come out to do a duct cleaning of my house. Michael arrived on time, was professional, courteous, friendly and detailed. He checked and serviced our air handlers, AC condensers, cleaned 20 vents including our dryer vent. I was completely satisfied and would recommend their services. About 1 month later, one of the fans and capacitors went out on one of the AC condensers. Fortunately, it was later in the evening when I noticed it so I didn't have to suffer too much. I called the service number and they told me that all remaining appointments for that evening had been booked for the day but they could come 1st part of the morning the following day. Ed called and showed up 1st thing in the morning at about 8:30 am to do a diagnostic and make the necessary repairs. He was professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. He explained to me that my fan had seized. To get everything running again I needed a new condenser motor, contactor and capacitor. He carried all the parts on his van so there was no waiting for parts. A little more than 1 hour my AC was back up, running and my house was cool again. Just in time for the afternoon heat. I would recommend their services and was completely satisfied with the work of both technicians. I will be using them for all my heating and cooling needs.

My mom has several lung issues. We hired this company and…read morethey cleaned and sanitized her vents. They charged her $731 for the best possible service! The basic service was $400. The evening that her vents were cleaned, she ended up in the hospital for a month with severe pneumonia! When I called and spoke to the manager about warning people to stay away from their home should they have compromised lungs, she got defensive and said it had nothing to do with the cleaning! There was no apology or acknowledgment that this was their doing! They never offered the minimum of an apology! They should refund my mom for the additional $400 for the sanitizing because if they did use sanitizer, she would not have to spend a month in the hospital and have a ton of hospital bills! So unbelievable!

DO NOT USE. I gave…read morethis business every opportunity to make this right, because a bad review hurts a small business - especially in these times. But I had to I write this review, because this was such a ridiculous experience. The job simply wasn't done right. As you can see from the pictures, the "finished product" is shoddy work. There's still stains on the grout and blue stains where the toilet leaked. When we did the initial walk through I took the service technician to the bathroom, and I told him that the blue stains were a major concern. He said, "Yes, ma'am we'll take care of that for you." At the end of the service, I went directly back to the blue stains, and he said, "No ma'am we won't be able to get that out. I'll have my wife message you with the name of a product that will fix that up for you." How absurd. I hired them to do the job so I didn't have to. I didn't hire them to give recommendations on how to do the job myself. (By the by, no one ever followed up with me to provide this recommendation). Even so, I paid them because they assured me that "there's no way to get the stains out without another treatment." The service was on Saturday. On Sunday, I realize just how bad of a job they did, as I was able to get the stain up myself using vinegar. This certainly pissed me off. I had to work, so when I got a chance on Monday to message them - I did. I wanted to give them an opportunity to fix. They refused because (1) I paid despite being dissatisfied - (well, what would you have me do? They're in my house assuring me no better job could have been done.); (2) I waited too long to message them about the problem (I told them during the walkthrough that they had failed to deliver the promised result, and I again messaged them a whole 48 hours later); (3) they said they did a larger area than anticipated (as if that somehow explains why they did a terrible job). Also, I expect a professional would adjust the pricing if the area was - in fact larger than original anticipated. I gave them the square footage and they gave me a quote. No one said anything before the service started; (4) They also said that because I hadn't gotten my grout cleaned for years that it couldn't get more clean than it was. As noted, I let vinegar sit and I got the stain up myself. I cannot believe how unreasonable this business was. Please review the pictures. These are the same pictures I showed the business when I asked them to make it right. Somehow they weren't embarrassed by this result and stood by their shoddy work. So be it. Here's your review.

I would recommend them without hesitation. I also had them clean out my dryer vent. After doing thorough research I decided they would meet my expectations so I booked an appointment for the royal package. They showed up on the day of the schedule appointment, reviewed my square footage estimates I had given and was given an acceptable agreed amount. He went right to work starting with pre treatment and working from the top down. I was told he could do all services requested in about two hours. I have four cats and are in door cats so I sat on door duty watching 'just in case' one or more might be curious enough to dart out the door. It remained open while he worked allowing for the hoses he needed to complete the job. I watched him work hard and fast, his attention to detail and his diligence in the job he was doing was outstanding. I knew some stains would not disappear but might improve and I was impressed with the results. When he got through, my carpets looked like new! I was happy with the job and would gladly have them back for future jobs. ( they do tile and grout cleaning as well as upholstery). They accept cash, plastic or check. For the amount of square footage he covered and the types of pre and post treatment that was provided I feel it was well worth the price. Noble carpet cleaners is a good company, veteran own, reliable and professional. I will definitely use them again!

Yes, you read it - less than 24 hours from my inquiry I was going to have clean cans. Here is how it works. I pay $16.99 to have both my trash can and recycling bin cleaned once a month. They send me a text the day before to remind me to leave my cans out because they come as late as 9pm. This text is such a helpful reminder. They then come when they can and when the bins are empty. Once they are done, they leave the cans lids off to dry and then send a text. It is important to wait for the text because if you think they've been done - your neighbor gets clean bins instead.
