Had our first service today. We are going to do every 3 months for $19.99. My bins, both recycling and trash, smelled TERRIBLE. It was almost unbearable. The texted me the day before my service to let me know they were coming. It took them about 20 minutes to clean the bins and then they texted me when they were done cleaning. I didn't know how much my bins really needed this! Very happy with the end product!! Would definitely recommend this service for anyone who needs their bins cleaned. read more

This is hands down my greatest ever adulting choice. About 2.5 years ago it was a brutal summer and my groceries made my trash have a smell of their own. Of course, if you think it - the ads will appear. Sure enough I saw ads for Wash-A-Bin and reached out immediately and they responded quickly and set me up to begin receiving services THE NEXT DAY. Yes, you read it - less than 24 hours from my inquiry I was going to have clean cans. Here is how it works. I pay $16.99 to have both my trash can and recycling bin cleaned once a month. They send me a text the day before to remind me to leave my cans out because they come as late as 9pm. This text is such a helpful reminder. They then come when they can and when the bins are empty. Once they are done, they leave the cans lids off to dry and then send a text. It is important to wait for the text because if you think they've been done - your neighbor gets clean bins instead. (I learned my lesson and have never brought them in early again) It is such a great service and the gentlemen that come by are beyond friendly. If you need anything, you can text or call or reach out on social media. They work so hard and do such a great job. I would highly recommend to everyone. read more

Fraud Alert / No Contact / Reported to Attorney General for Deceptive Trade Practices My other arranged service through Wash A Bin's website as a birthday present to me. She paid for it online through its website. On the date of the scheduled cleaning, no service was provided, and no contact was provided. My other attempted to contact and reschedule the service. On the date that she believed the service would be provided, nothing happened. Like the other comments, my mother has not been able to reach anyone in this company. She has no choice but to dispute the charge on her credit card since no service was provided and Wash A Bin refuses to respond. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. AT THIS POINT, WE FEEL LIKE WE HAVE BEEN TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. read more

Wow!!! Why didn't I know about this service before. I am so impressed by how amazing and clean my bins looked and smelled that I had my neighbor come over just to check them out. I swear they smelled like fresh lavender and was completely shocked. Haha!!! Very easy service. Once you sign up you are sent an email reminding you to leave the cans outside on your garbage day. Then, you receive a text the night before reminding you again . I watched the whole process like a creeper from my side gate in the backyard because I was so amazed. They take the bins, wash and sanitize them in there truck. Then, the guy actually gets into the garbage bins and cleans them with a rag!! I couldn't believe it! Once they are all finished you get a text. The moment the guy was done I pretty much rushed outside to inspect them. My bins were absolutely disgusting to begin with. I leave mine out on the side yard so imagine all the gross stuff that has baked inside them over the summer. When I opened the lids you would honestly think they were brand new out of the store except they smelled way better! Absolutely amazing service! I've recommended Wash A Bin to all my neighbors and friends because I've never been so excited over a clean garbage can in my life. Thank you for such an excellent service, it's literally been life changing! Ha! read more

This company doesn't have a license to do business in Clark County and they are in default with the Nevada Secretary of State. They are registered as Versa Steam LLC. They charged my credit card and they never called or confirmed my order. Also, they didn't show up to clean my bin. I have made several attempts to reach out and they don't answer the phone or emails. Worst experience. read more

Another week has passed and another week we have not heard from ANYONE from wash-a-bin. I left 3 more voicemails (no one ever answers the phone) and 2 more emails. This company is a scam. Takes your money, says they performed their service but never showed up at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!! read more

Never thought I'd use such a business until I realized the work involved to wash, scrub, rinse, and dry out 2 tall waste bins for the garbage pick up. I located Wash A Bin on-line, made an appointment, paid for the service in advance, and got a receipt confirming my wash day which was 2 weeks out. I got a reminder text a couple of days before my appointment day. On that day, they came and left me with sparkling clean and sweet smelling bins absent all the crud, dried house paint, and smelly fish fertilizer, etc. You get the picture. I am impressed with their efficient service. No doubt I will be a repeat customer. read more

Have used them several times when tenants vacate leaving disgusting garbage cans. Their service can't be beat.

This is my second attempt to use this company. I do not understand why they bother offering a service if they are going to be lazy and not provide the service hired for. The first time I cancelled service is because they said they would clean my trash and did not show up. I decided to contract with them again because I needed the service. Saturday 7/23, they were suppose to service my trash cans. They argued with me after sending video clips and photos that my trash cans were not serviced. They sent me a photo that they were there at 6:06pm to clean my trash cans. My cameras record on motion and there was no motion between 4pm and 8pm that day. Wash a bin is not reliable. Do not use them. Absolutely no customer service either! read more

We were renting our home here in Vegas. I had NO IDEA this service existed! I saw a truck on the road and committed the name to memory. So glad I did. I had no idea they have a "subscription" service, a monthly, weekly, what ever you want type of bin cleaning. I wish I knew prior. We are moving, and I chose to use the service to clean the bins for the next tenants (this was not done for us!!). The bins are literally sparkling clean. They were grubby and nasty before and NOW...NOW they are so clean and even SMELL GOOD. Customer service is top notch. They were quick to respond to my email and my calls with questions! So polite and friendly. Don't think twice about having this service done. 5 stars!!! read more

Same as the other bad reviews, I haven't received any texts, and I was charged for a cleaning that didn't happen 5 days ago. I emailed two nights ago, no response. I called 6x just now and no one picked up the phone. If I don't get a response within the next two days, I'm going to dispute the charges with my credit card, and show them proof I've been trying to reach them read more

Hot Vegas weather can really do a number on those trash cans and cleaning them yourself, well, is not the most pleasant chore! Have been a customer of Wash A Bin for about a year now and look forward to seeing them every few months (just about when the cans remind me its time). They send you a text reminder to leave your cans out, let you know when they are cleaning them and again when they are finished. Best part, no stinky mess left in your yard and all over you! Give 'em a try, you won't regret it. read more

So, yesterday was trash day and I went to bring in my cans and omg...... near death experience. I used the google and this company popped up. I couldn't sign up fast enough. It said that they try their best to expedite your first clean and I figured since it was garbage day that I could expect my first service next week. They texted!! Immediately!! They came later that afternoon while I was gone and my cans literally are so clean and smell so good. Like they are making the whole side of the house smell fresh. To say I'm impressed is an understatement. Who would Have known that this would make me feel like I had my life together?? I almost don't want to put trash in there!!! I love it!!!! Do it!! Give them your money!!! You won't be disappointed!!!! read more

They were cleaning out bins and they charge the service but didn't show up after we contacted them for not doing a good job with the cleaning. It took about 4 weeks for them to contact us after initial complaint. They advised that they will resume service at the beginning of the year because of the service fee they took but didn't do the service, but they never showed up. They owe us one cleaning and just decided to keep the money, bad service and they are scammers. read more

UPDATE: after about 2 weeks I finally got a response via email. The situation was taken care of. The technician accidently went to the wrong house. I was refunded and rescheduled for the following week to have the bins cleaned. This company does do a great job cleaning the bins, and did rectify my situation (just not in a timely manner), but they still lose a star for not responding for 2 weeks. read more

I have been a customer of Wash A Bin for a few months now, and I am so happy with their service. They send a text the day before reminding me to leave my trash bins out the next day after the garbage truck comes. They are usually here within an hour of the trash and recycling trucks picking up. Wash A Bin's service is quick and pretty amazing. Their truck is equipped to wash, then sanitize the trash bins, and within a few minutes they are done. It is really amazing that the bins are so clean and really smell good. read more

I never new this was a service until I saw one of these trucks at our neighbors house. Like most others, our HOA requires that we keep our bins in the garage (Gross). I no longer have to get down in there myself to wash the trash cans & LUV that they are so meticulous with our cans, they smell so good when they are freshly done I could bathe in them, I don't, but I could :) Their reminders & text updates are great, reasonably priced, with versatile plans. I would recommend them a thousand times over. Do NOT hesitate to call Wash A Bin! read more

We just moved into our new place and the previous renters left their trash and recycle bins completely filthy! But after price checking trash can cleaning services around Vegas I came across Wash-A-Bin and I was not disappointed! They do work late, which makes me feel bad for them but I understand because the trash comes late sometimes. Our trash can and recycle bins are sparkling! Thank you guys so much!! read more

I purchase a wash every 2 months and I was told last week my appointment would be Saturday since Saturday is my trash day. I was told I was going to receive a text message but never received it and I've called 4times today and left 4 voicemails but still no response. I've also emailed and still no response. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE! IT'S A SCAM! I will now have to dispute with my bank since services were never done and report this to be investigated further since I'm not the only one being scammed. read more

I have used them for years. They offer a great service for a great price. Our trash cans always look and smell great. Their drivers are always so friendly. I highly recommend this company. read more

Poor customer service, initially paid $60 for the service and waited a couple of days for someone to call and schedule an appointment but never heard anything so I called to set up an appointment and they couldn't locate my account then they finally found it and said they were sending someone out that night and no one ever came so a week later I had to call again and then they sent someone out but they cleaned the neighbor's trash cans so I had to call once again. It was just a bad experience and they didn't want to do anything to fix it just as a courtesy due to their mix ups. Never again! read more

Thank you Kebon & Chris for coming out after hours. We appreciate your hard work. You both deserve a raise!

Very clean bins! Took some doing to get it scheduled and have them done, but the final product is beautifully clean. Thank you.

I don't recommend this company. They have several times not cleaned my bins correctly. They ofter still smell after a cleaning. I forgot to take my bins out on cleaning day and they never reached out to reschedule just charged me for the service. They reported they were at my home but I didn't even get a courtesy knock to be given a chance to take the bins out. Horrible customer service. read more

****Do not use *** Our neighbor used this service yesterday & afterwards the trick speed down to the end of the culdsac sloshing out the disgustingly dirty, smelly water and trash. He then drove quickly up the street, seemingly aware of the debris and water left behind. Our street now has the trash and the stains from the dirty water. Can't speak to the service they provide but if this is how they operate absolutely NOT! read more

A++!! 1st day of service for this much needed concept in Las Vegas. Owner personally came out and washed my bins. :-) He did a very thorough job and now they smell so fresh!! Highly recommended for everyone. I personally signed for the monthly cleaning. read more

This companies customer service is horrible. Yesterday was an extremely windy day, our trash bins were flying all over the place so when it hit 5pm we moved the bins in the garage. They didn't bother knocking at the door for the bins but extremely quick to take the payment. Then I requested them to come back out and was told they charge $15 for no show. I get charged $15 for them not cleaning my trash bins. So I requested to cancel service and was sent a link saying they're going to charge a cancellation fee. Horrible customer service! I advise use some else that focuses on customers! read more

I've had their service for a year and a half and they used to be amazing. I moved 2 months ago and it took multiple voicemails and emails finally saying I was going go cancel my service before they finally responded and changed my address. Follow-up: Amazing. Not sure how, but they were successfully able to get all negative reviews removed from their Facebook page. Fortunately, they can't affect that outcome on Yelp. So, to summarize: Posted a reply to a negative review on their Facebook page, looking to see how the business owners would respond to those complaints, and gauge their customer service, before considering them for business. Action of business: No response to their criticts, and somehow got the negative commentary deleted. Conclusion: The first post only called into question their dubious handling of customer service criticism, but was not an indictment of their honesty. This second post leaves that question to the reader. Draw your own conclusion. read more

I use to love this company. I'm not sure if they sold the company or what's going on. I am so impressed. First, it was easy to sign up for service. I signed up on a Sunday and my trash day is Tuesday. I wasn't expecting service to start on Tuesday since it was only a few days lead time, but I received a text message confirming my service was scheduled for the upcoming Tuesday. When I came home on Tuesday afternoon, about 4:30pm, both my bins were moved up to the sidewalk to stand out which indicated to me they had been cleaned. I checked and they were indeed serviced and cleaned. I don't expect service to be that quick always, as they say they work as late as 9pm, but all I can say is Wow! It was a professional and seamless process from start to finish. I'm beyond impressed. Thank you! read more

Seriously a great investment!! Even though I got the summer special, this service is worth having at regular price! My two cans were sparkly clean and smelled amazing! Which is the best part since we have to keep our cans in the garage. Can't thank y'all enough!! read more

We just signed up a little over a week ago and got our first cleaning yesterday. We have a dog and an HOA that forces us to keep our trash cans inside our tiny one car garage. We've cleaned the cans ourself numerous times with just a hose and a bottle of dish soap, but without the proper tools it didn't make much of a difference. Since Wash A Bin did our first cleaning, our trash cans look PRISTINE and don't have any odors coming from them at all! So happy we did the monthly service, and won't have to worry about the summer heat making things worse for the smell in our garage. read more

I never would've thought I'd need a trash can washing service?! But with lots of cooking, 5 dogs and hot weather it was a given. At least one time! Mine were so dirty I figured they needed a few washes. After the first cleaning they were spotless. It was so easy to set up an affordable and reliable service by wash a bin. They've been on time and very responsive each time I've reached out. The service is quickly done and I couldn't be happier with the result every time. Not only did they look brand new they smelled good! Highly recommend. read more
