I recently moved out of a property we were renting and had to find a company on short-notice to clean the carpets, 3 bedroom plus a den and stairs. AAA were directly recommended by our property management company as doing quality work for a fair price. I called them and got through to someone right away. Normally companies want to come out and see the property before giving a quote but they asked a few questions and gave be a quote over the phone. They showed up the same day, got the job done for the exact price they quoted. I'm not an expert when it comes to carpets, but I've done them myself a few times with a RugDoctor rental, this is the first time getting the professionally steam cleaned. It's a night and day difference. Even with the somewhat ugly beige color carpets, they still came out looking, feeling and smelling like brand new carpets. We are very impressed with Shannon and Tanner's service. They were able to come on a moment's notice to address the pet urine stain/order on our Crate & Barrel couch. Shannon was very communicative and I appreciated the accurate heads up on when they would be arriving. Shannon went above and beyond to ensure that our couch was treated properly - tailoring the treatment to the color of the fabric of our couch to prevent any fading. I was impressed with his knowledge and work ethic. After the initial treatment, I noticed a small patch that needed re-treating and the team came back out to make it right. Female puked in my car. On herself, the seat belt, the window, the door, into the window frame, interior wheel well - it was a nightmare. And then for good measure, she peed the seat! I drive for Lyft/Uber so I was out of business until it could get cleaned up. Happened on Saturday night a little after midnight. Called AAA CC at around 11:30 a.m. on Sunday. I am a co-owner for a local plumbing company and have trusted AAA Carpet Cleaning to assist with water restoration and carpet cleaning. We recently had a main line burst in an apartment unit and we called AAA to assist with the clean up. Shannon and his team managed to remove stains that were over 12 years old, which I was already resigned to the idea that they were never coming out. We had previously used other carpet cleaning services that are cheaper, but we were never happy with the result, and they couldn't get out any of these stains. We even tried buying our own carpet shampooer to just do it ourselves, without results being any better. AAA Carpet Cleaners may have been a bit more costly, but it was well worth it! He was punctual and after months of stains due to puppy training, my carpets look like new! He thoroughly explained what type of treatment my carpet needed and why. Shannon is very professional and honest about cleaner ng carpet. It's obvious he is interested in working hard to make sure you are a well taken care of customer and your carpets are cleaned thoroughly. He did more than he said he would do because we have a small dog. He still power cleaned the family room carpet because he wanted to remove the allergens and take care of possible dog spots that we know didn't exist. That's is an excellent attention to detail that most companies lack. He didn't charge me for the extra work. Our whole house smells very clean and the sneezing stopped. OK so in my living room I had Plato stuck I think it was Plato it may have been even something slimier then Plato My young nephews we're playing behind my couch with this bright green Plato and it took permanent residence and was stuck there for a very long time and I tried everything to get it up.
