We had Nevada Ozone come out to treat our 38-year-old home before putting it on the market. We wanted to get rid of some of the old smells (dogs, kids cooking and life in general ) and make sure the home was thoroughly sanitized and freshened up before listing it. Tom was fantastic to work with. He was very professional, friendly, and thorough. Before getting started, he took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do and what we could expect from the treatment. We really appreciated that and felt confident we were in good hands. The results were exactly what Tom promised, and we were very happy with the outcome. It made a noticeable difference and gave us peace of mind knowing the home had been properly treated before listing. We would definitely recommend Nevada Ozone to anyone looking for this type of service. Great experience from start to finish! read more

We had been struggling for months with the cigarette smell in my late father's home. He was a heavy smoker for 13 years, and despite spending a lot on painting and having the air vents cleaned, nothing worked. The lingering smoke odor was the main complaint from potential buyers and even stopped us from selling the house. As a last resort, we reached out to Nevada Ozone. Thomas was professional, kind, and truly understanding of our situation. The results were incredible, the cigarette smell is completely gone. The difference was so dramatic that the home is now in escrow, which would not have been possible otherwise. Thank you, Thomas, for your help and expertise. If anyone is dealing with tough odors, I can't recommend Nevada Ozone enough read more

I contacted Tom at Nevada Ozone about my home that was put up for sale in Feb 2024. He was very knowledgeable and informed me of how the process would work along with a time frame to complete and approximate cost. The house had been smoked in for over 20 years by my mother-in-law prior to us and by my wife after we moved in. The only complaints from people looking to buy the house were about the heavy smoke smell. Tom came out and did exactly what he said he would do. The process took about 26 hours from start to finish and the cost was exactly what he quoted. I have had friends that do not smoke or work in areas near smoke come to see the house and give it a sniff test and none have noticed any smoke smell! Tom and Nevada Ozone did exactly what they said and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company for odor removal especially due to smoker smell. read more

We bought a slightly used Tesla and ended up the previous owner smoked in it. My husband couldn't tell the smoke smell when he bought it but it really bothered me. I reached out to Tom for the ozone treatment and he was just amazing. He was super easy to work with and very reliable. He treated my car multiple times until I was satisfied (I have a very sensitive nose). He even came when I was traveling and did another treatment for me. He followed up to check in and I am very grateful for him! read more

I called Nevada Ozone to help with a used car I bought recently. Everything seemed great about the car and the only flaw was that it REEKED of cigarette smoke. The whole car smelled like tobacco and running the heater or AC made the car almost uninhabitable. I thought it would be a lost cause and I was trying to find anything to at least make the smell more bearable. I found Nevada Ozone after some quick searching online. I had heard of Ozone treatment before, but I was still skeptical because my situation was so bad. I decided to give it a try because they guaranteed it would help. I made an appointment with Tom, and he arrived on time to my house on the minute. Very professional attitude. Fully explained the process and how the ozone works. He placed 3 Ozone generators in my car and let them run for a total of 2 hours. The last half hour was with the car AC running. The Results: This company/process is a MIRACLE. I could not believe that after running the Ozone generators, the cigarette smell just DISAPPEARED. I seriously thought it was too good to be true. All the smell was gone out of the seats, door panels, headliner, trunk, EVERYTHING. There is a light scent of the Ozone that lingers after. Best I can describe it is like a sterile cleaning smell. This is MUCH PREFERRED to the tobacco. And it dissipates within hours after the treatment. Now, I waited for 5 or 6 days before writing this review because I was still skeptical about this being a permanent solution. It's been almost a week and the tobacco smell has yet to return. I added my favorite air freshener and now it's like the car was never smoked in. No adverse effects to parts of the car either (plastics, leather etc.) Just needed to write a review letting everyone know this process WORKS. No BS. If you are in a similar situation as I was, don't wait to call these guys. They are worth every single penny they charge you. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! read more

OK so let me start off by saying it's only been one week. I may have to come back later and let you know how it goes. First off, Tom answered my call immediately. He listened to me describe the problem with the house, and told me he could literally be there the next day if I wanted. He was honest with me about pricing, and he was honest with me about not being able to guarantee miracles. But he was very upbeat and positive about the process and his previous successes. We are renting a house. We've only been in it two months. It smelled terrible when we moved in, but we honestly thought we could fix it. We tried everything on our own. But whoever lived here before, must have literally smoked in here for 20+ years. When I say it was "bad," that doesn't come close to describing it. It was making me physically sick. Everything smelled. I washed my clothes and within 24 hours they'd stink. I washed my hair and within two hours, I'D stink. It was oppressive. It was all over the house and in the garage. It was coming out of the vents. It smelled like it was in the walls. The house had been freshly painted, re-carpeted, new laminate flooring put in, and looked immaculate when we moved in. But the smell was HORRENDOUS. Anyway Tom came last week, did the treatment, and we spent the night in a hotel. When we came back the next day, I was in shock. I actually cried. For the first four days it was wonderful. On the fifth day I started to be able to smell a little bit of cigarette in the hallway and the laundry room. But it does not seem to be spreading. It is not all over the house the way it was before. The other rooms don't smell. My clothes don't smell. It is 90% better than it was. Tom told us going in that we might need a second treatment in order to fix it. I anticipated that, because I knew how bad it was to begin with. So again, he was fair and honest about what to expect. I highly recommend this guy. He was professional, personable, and honest. We will likely have to get a second treatment, but I recommend the service wholeheartedly! read more

Tom is professional and knowledgeable. He is thorough and prompt. I highly recommend him.

I have used Nevada Ozone a number of times over the years to successfully address extremely difficult problems which I was unable to resolve through any other means I have been amazed at how effective Tom's ozone treatments are, and I am a very happy repeat customer. I am chemically sensitive and I have asthma; Tom is always very considerate in helping me with working around my vulnerabilities. Tom is very knowledgeable and experienced; he is always extremely helpful and generous with his time in helping me to make strategic evaluations and in helping me to select the exact best course of action for my particular situation. Tom was very professional and works fast! He got that strong cigarette smell out of my bmw in no time. I would highly recommend to Him to anyone who has a car rental business like myself with customers who smoke. Great Job and looking forward to doing business with you in the future read more

I'm so disappointed in this company. The reason is because I had it done for the first time and my house was gutted because I bought it from people who smoked inside. So Nevada Ozone came out and did there treatment for 995 dollars. It masked the smell for awhile and then it was right back as if it never left. I called Tom the owner and he said it may need a couple of more times before it goes away. Ok so I had him come out and treat it a second time for 500 dollars. Masked the smell for awhile again and was back like it never left. So I called him again and he said it may need a couple of more times to get it out. OMG more and more money for nothing. So I decided to have someone else look into why the smell was so bad and it was because no matter what Nevada Ozone tells you if you don't replace the air ducts that smell is never going away and not for any amount of money is it worth using them to treat your smells. Doesn't work period just mask it like a house spray for a few days. Waste of money and time. I called the owner to tell him and he didn't like what I was telling him and because I was going to put my opinion on yelp He said he was taking me to court for defamation of character. Can you imagine that because I was going to expose his business and work. Oh well it is what it is . I have now had to replace all my air ducts that were all black and yellow inside for 6 thousand Dollars. The smell is gone forever and I couldn't be happier that it worked out and I wasn't stupid to keep using Nevada Ozone believing it would solve my problem. No one should have to pay for a bunch of treatments that in the end will give you the same results bottom line. I'm an very very unhappy customer so with that good luck when you learn what I had to go through and you loose you hard earned for nothing in return! As for the owners comment none of it is true there was no dirty sock smell in the wash room. And when the first treatment was done the whole house was gutted. Then after everything new was put in and the heater was turn on a smoke smell was coming from the air ducts. I had a second treatment done and still could smell the smoke smell the Tom claimed he could get rid of. Wasn't the case because the smell was still there and I called Tom a week later and he said I need more treatments! Give me a break that smell was never going away because it was in the air ducts. They were all yellow and nasty.i recently had ever last one removed and replaced and now the smell is gone. So if Tom tells you that that Ozone will get rid of your smells trust me it doesn't work like I stated it will smell ok for a few days but it's just like using a house spray that dissipates after a few days. No sweat off my back if you choose to use him but I know it does not work! My whole house was painted 3x with kilts paint and then painted with fresh paint trough out the house. Windows were redone and the rest of the house was all new on down to everything in it. Counter top light fixtures baseboards etc. The smell was coming from the air ducts which would never have gone away with Ozone. And yes look at the 5 stars reviews a van and a motor home give me a break! It's your choice to believe me over the owner but he is going to say anything to make his business sound good!!!!!!!!! Oh and Tom saying that my washroom smelled like dirty socks is a fat big lie because I live alone and there wasn't any dirty laundry in there and never is the smell was smoke coming from the attic where the air ducts are. Yep it smelled alright but it wasn't gone from your treatment bottom line it never went away! So he can say what he likes but it's not true!!!! And I didn't move into the house for a whole year after the first treatment was done! read more

I requested the services of Nevada ozone and not only were they professional and showed up right on time they also did a fantastic job. So far I have used them twice and both times I had really good results. I used them to get rid of a heavy smoke smell from my aunt's house and it got rid of every trace of cigarettes that was in that place. Thomas was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. He informed me ahead of time of all the requirements of the ozone service. I would wholeheartedly recommend them again. read more

Tom and Nevada Ozone are FANTASTIC!! I'm a local Realtor and I had recently listed a home that had been affected by cigarette smoke and the sellers had the property professionally cleaned. In 3 days, I had 14 showings and no offers and the feedback I received was that there was a strong smell that hit everyone as soon as they opened the door. I called Nevada Ozone and Tom was able to come out early the very next morning, strategically placed ozone machines throughout the property and treated the home for 24 hours. Literally in only 24 hours the home went from smelling like a mixture of "old home with stale cigarettes and cleaning fluid" to smelling like a NEW home!! The feedback that I received afterwards from other agents and prospective buyers was very positive, we quickly went under contract and now we are getting ready to close at a price higher than anticipated!! MANY thanks to Tom, his professionalism, expertise, and dedication to aid us in remedying this situation and his continuous follow up with me!! I will continue to refer Tom and Nevada Ozone to any of my clients or fellow Agents that are in need. If you are someone reading this and looking at reviews trying to decide which company to use (just like I did)...TRUST ME, DO NOT HESITATE TO USE NEVADA OZONE; YOU'LL BE SO VERY HAPPY THAT YOU DID!! read more

I recently bought a new car and shortly after driving it off the lot realized that it had an underlying smoky smell. I was crushed...I love the car, it had everything I had been looking for and very hard to get, so I sought a way to resolve the odor issue before giving up and giving it back. The dealer asked to have their crews treat it, which turned out to be just applying some strong deodorizer, which just made matters worse. I sought out Ozone treatment on my own, having used Ozone in my real estate business in the past to mitigate odor in homes. I contacted Tom and he became our hero. He designed a treatment schedule for the car and tirelessly executed it, which included sacrificing his weekend to make multiple trips to see that we got the outcome we needed in the time allowed. He took a personal caring interest in our plight, and did everything he could to ensure we had the best chance of success. His efforts resulted in us keeping the car. Thanks for all your help and caring Tom, we will definitely call on you for our real estate challenges when we need assistance. I would refer Nevada Ozone to anyone without hesitation! Outstanding! Nevada Ozone has saved my sanity! I am severely allergic to biting mites that i encounter when out running errands, and also biting mites that come from a wilderness area near my house. For years I tried everything under the sun to eradicate the problem, including having my house and yard sprayed by a professional pest-control service monthly, Flea Busters, heat treatment, using every pest control product I read about or found, etc., and nothing worked until Tom treated my house with his ozone machines. Finally, peace at last! Because of my outside environment, I have periodic treatments with the ozone, and clean my house and spray myself as needed with P2 Power Probiotics. The probiotics help, but nothing kills the mites as effectively as the ozone. It has been a godsend! Tom, the owner, is knowledgeable about ozone and only uses machines that do not produce nitric acid. I appreciate how helpful he is. He is punctual and courteous and I feel comfortable having him in my home. He genuinely cares about his customers and is a pleasure to work with. If you are exhausted with battling biting mites, you owe it to yourself to try an ozone treatment. You will be amazed at the difference in your home and your life! read more

I just had the most pleasant experience with a service provider. I called to see if I could get my air filtered because of a mold issue I'm dealing with. We bought a house and the previous owners smoked heavily in the garage. The smell was so thick it would even seep into the house through the door that connects the garage to the laundry room. We needed the smell gone fast so we could move everything in and not have all of our stuff start to smell like smoke. We came across Nevada Ozone when searching for a cure. It was SO Worth It! The cigarette smoke smell is all gone from the garage. Tom even followed up with us to make sure the smell was erradictaed. I would recommend this to anyone dealing with a cigarette smoke smell problem. Would definitely use this service again. Tom was a pleasure to work with and has a pleasant personality. read more

Problem: The salesman didn't even want to show us one of his pre-owned motorhomes on the lot because its previous owner was a heavy smoker. Quote: "the unit reeks of smoke." We insisted because the floorplan was exactly what we wanted and in our price range, and the coach looked great from the outside. The smoke smell was so strong, it was difficult to breath. I knew an ozone treatment would eliminate smoke odors so I considered renting an ozone machine. Then I found that these machines can generate nitric acid -- very corrosive to electronics which, of course, a motorhome has plenty of. So, my problem was how to eliminate and not cover up the very strong smoke odors in this motorhome, which we wanted to buy. Solution: I contacted Nevada Ozone, Inc. (http://www.nevadaozone.com/). The owner, Tom, assured me that his ozone treatment could eliminate all smoke odors in less than 24 hours. His process would penetrate and neutralize the smoke odor in the carpets, drapes, chairs, walls, mattress, and even the duct work. So, we bought the motorhome ... moved it to a nearby RV park ... but didn't sleep in it until Tom treated it. Happy Ending: 24 hours later, after the ozone treatment, absolutely no smoke smell. There was a slight smell of ozone, but that smell was all gone by the end of the day. I cannot say enough good things about Tom and his company Nevada Ozone. He was prompt and was at our new motorhome when he said he would. He was careful in placing his equipment and removing it afterwards. Most of all, he did what he said he would do -- completely remove the smoke odor and make our coach liveable. read more

Just what we needed! Thank you to Tom and the amazing Ozone machines. We own a rental home in which the previous tenant had 10 pets in the home, 6 were cats (some un-fixed male cats who sprayed in many places). We removed all carpet, pads, tried a enzyme cleaner on the concrete foundation, scrubbed the grout of the tile floor, no luck. The urine smell was very strong. We called Tom and needed a fast turn around as we were renovating the home. He came out within a few days, set up several machines in the different rooms of the home (1500 sq ft house), opened up all of the kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets, even opened the inside of the empty refrigerator (unplugged) and ran the units for 24 hours (empty home). He came back the next day and removed the machines, gave me instructions for the HVAC filters. He followed up with me by phone a few days later to see how the odor was. All was great! No more cat urine smell! Hooray! I have recommended Tom to other people and would use again. read more

If you are looking for a non-toxic green option that truly takes care of everything from odor, to pest, to black mold--look no further; this is the company you should hire for the job! Me and my husband are expecting our first baby, and the house we are moving into had been under construction and unoccupied for over a year, as well as, had a lingering vintage/ "old house" smell that remained even after the remodel. We did extensive research on all the different pest and ozone companies out here in Vegas, and came to the conclusion that hiring separate pest, extermination, Ozone etc. followed by a professional cleaning crew for the removal of the chemicals, would have added up to more $ than going with Nevada Ozone from the start. More importantly, they are the most knowledgeable company in their field with hands down the best equipment here in Vegas. And by this, I mean, they not only have the most cutting edge equipment but they will install as many machines needed to cover the space adequately based on the square footage of your house. Our house needed 10 machines to cover a total of 2,700 sft.! Tom is extremely professional and knowledgeable about Ozone treatments and his machines. He not only answered all our questions but also educated us about what Ozone is, how it works, what it does, and the difference it makes to have the proper amount of machines installed to get the job done right. Honestly, all other companies we called didn't even know the name of their equipment and were going to instal 2-3 machines, nor did they really know the full potential of an Ozone treatment besides the removal of order; based on the other companies we spoke to, we would have not opted to an Ozone treatment if it wasn't for Tom taking the time to explain the difference to us. I highly recommend an Ozone treatment for your house, and I highly recommend Nevada Ozone for the job! You truly get what you pay for, however, you still save over hiring separate companies/services, and more importantly you protect your family from the hazardous chemical residues and the possibility of mold in your house. read more

I'm a very pleased customer! It's been exactly one week since Nevada Ozone performed their service on my husband's truck. I can honestly say that this was worth every penny. A relative smoked in my husband's truck for 3 months, much to our surprise, while we were away. We are not smokers and all the cleaning in the world would not help the smoke smell in the fabric of the truck. I had the interior detailed and it did very little to help. I did some research and was even temped to buy an ozone machine on Amazon. I came to the realization that this was probably not something I wanted to tackle on my own. I found Nevada Ozone via Yelp like I do must things. Tom was very nice and arrived right on time for the appointment. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained what he was doing. My husband is very pleased. He thinks that the truck now has a new car smell, which is so much better than the smoke smell. I highly recommend this business! read more
