We had never sealed our shower and started having some mold growth was starting to get harder and harder to remove. Axel took his time to make sure everything came out right. He communicated exactly what needed to be done and how. He even made sure after removing the moldy grout that the floor below was dry so we would not have any more mold growth. It took an extra couple of days because he wanted to make sure the subfloor was properly dried out before laying any new grout, as there were signs of moisture. That is a sign that someone cares about our health and doing things right. If you need your shower regrouted and sealed Axel at Las Vegas Regrout is who you need. Thank You for everything Axel! After conversing with five companies and receiving their estimates, I'm so grateful that I decided…read moreon Silver State Floor Restoration (SSFR) to clean and seal my home's floor tile and grout. In addition to the main areas, they did my hallways, bathrooms, and laundry rooms. Credit for my selection of SSFR goes to their representative Uri who conducted an onsite visit an estimate. Uri was polite, professional, shared his expert knowledge, and was believable. His estimate was the highest I received, but I felt most accurate given the labor involved, reasonable, and offered the most value in terms of his team's quality of work and SSFR's commitment to customer satisfaction. Because I was having some walls painted in my home, Uri recommended the floor restoration project be conducted afterwards. Three weeks later, Uri and his team of five guys arrived on a Saturday on time, professional in appearance, and focused on getting the job done efficiently and effectively. They carefully moved all my furniture items out of the way and protected them, my walls, and areas with guards and plastic wraps. They were very meticulous and thorough during the several hours of tile and grout cleaning, then sealing. Afterwards, they carefully placed my area rugs and further back into their original position. Amazing!! I have never experienced such a professional team, all skilled at their jobs, treating my home with such care, and working in harmony with Uri's leadership. Plus, all were very polite and well-mannered guys. Amazing!! I am so very pleased, I will be a return customer, and will enthusiastically recommend SSFR to others. Gratitude to Rachel too for her efficient scheduling, follow-ups, and customer friendliness. Sincerely, Ray

Silver Knights Floor Restoration - Bayron and his team - are AMAZING!…read more We purchased a rental property with "good bones" and almost none of the customary upkeep one would expect. The entire home (1900 square feet), except for the primary bathroom, has ceramic tile floors. And this tile looked BAD! Dirt embedded in the textured surfaces, grout that had maybe never been sealed. I've never had floor restoration work done, and didn't know what to expect, price-wise or results-wise. Bayron came for the consultation, measured everything, and explained how they do what they do. I was at first taken aback at the $ amount of the bid, but let me tell you...IT IS WORTH IT!!! And yes, they worked with me to make it a bit more comfortable for me financially. Bayron promised during the consultation that they would make the floors look "90% - 99% like new." Many businesses make empty or inflated promises but NOT Silver Knights - these tile floors look like they were just installed! I was blown away by the quality of the work, and the fact that the crew went over EVERY SQUARE INCH of the nasty old grout and made it a new, pleasing, CLEAN, sealed color. There was one issue that occurred when the crew was trying to remove old paint stains from the wall edges of some of the tile, and Bayron promised to make good on it. He came a couple of days later and did the work himself to make it right. I've got one "before" and a few "after" pictures I"ll share...but they don't really show the stark differences all that well. Suffice to say, I'd recommend Silver Knights Floor Restoration for any job you've got. They will give it to you straight on the estimate, and make good on whatever they promise. Bravo!

After getting three ridiculously expensive quotes from other companies and feeling frustrated, I told Raphael from Brillo Restoration that our budget was a certain amount and that he shouldn't waste his time to come over and do an estimate. He said it was actually possible to meet our budget but he would have to send Markitos over to do an estimate. Markitos gave us a great affordable price to paint our tub and tiles white and he was super nice. It took him 8 hours one day and he came back the second day to do some caulking. Even though he set up a huge industrial fan, the smell was very strong and we had to let it air out for a week before the smell disappeared. The tub and tiles look fabulous and I love the results! Raphael was also very responsive and kept emphasizing to reach out to him for any questions or issues. Highly recommend them for refinishing!
