Pest control company is a scam. Their services were horrible. I saw pest in between every service and even after canceling they continued to charge me. I never agreed to a set amount of services and they're claiming that I did and they keep sending me bills after I paid my final balance, their services are a waste of time they were never thorough and I am very dissatisfied with my service and all of the money that I wasted on this horrible company. A few things that really got under my skin with this company. One is the people they send out to your community to try to lure you in. I had one guy who came to my house, said we're going to do a FREE tryout to see if you like it and if you do then continue with us. But it wasn't, I was tricked to go under a contract and decided to pay the cancellation fee which is half of what you pay per month till the remaining of the contract. I hope they fix that problem. Second is the people who work in the office. You guys don't need to come every month to spray. I tried to delay my next visit but they insisted on coming a week before or after. They just want your money. The one star is for the few guys who actually came and sprayed. They were nice and respectful although one guy did a sweep of my stairs and there was still a spider web after that so I had to remind me. Could've been a better rating if they approached things differently but as of right now you're better off doing things yourself for fraction of the cost. read more

"No Soliciting" signs do not faze their sales people. They have come knocking on our door a total of five times in two days while we were at work. Asking my neighbors, they say that they have been aggressively canvassing our gated community that has no trespassing and no soliciting signs posted at all entrances. Our video doorbell shows them looking directly at our no soliciting sign and knocking anyway. Some people will consider this an unfair review, and to that I disagree. My review is based on my experience with their company. So far my experience with them has been unwanted and harassing solicitations when I've specifically asked not to be solicited to. read more

I've been with Evolve for over 4 years. I was renting a house that we found had a ton of scorpions. The landlord and property management company refused to take care of it, so we took matters into our own hands. Evolve not only took care of it, but the prices were more than reasonable and every technician I've had has been very mindful of my pets. When I bought a new home and moved into it, my contract came with me at no extra charge. I've been so happy with their service that I continued on a month-to-month service since my 1 year contract expired for the last 3 years. I have had the same 2-3 techinicans for most of those years. They are all competent, friendly, and show up within the estimated hour window of service time that is sent via email. Jeanette in the office has always been kind and very easy to talk with. I've only had scheduling conflicts (my own) and she is very quick to help find a time that works for me. Good price, consistent service, and no issues with billing. Definitely recommend. read more

A few years back we had a representative show up to our house wanting to talk about bugs and business. I was reluctant at first having already had a bug man. You see my former bug man came every month, but it seemed that after a week, the creepy crawlies would be seen on the perimeter at back inside the house. After the pitch, I thought I might give Evolve a shot. Sure happy we did! Despite coming every other month....the chemical barrier they lay down keeps the bugs at bay. There have been times when we have found something with more than four legs but I don't fault Evolve. We live on the periphery of the urban sprawl and sometimes things catch a ride on your bags or pant legs. The company is professional in their manner and communication. Always friendly when they show up and show up early they do. I appreciate the calls letting us know they are en route. The communication has been just as good with the office when I have had to call them. If you looking for a solid pest control company give Evolve Pest Control a shot!! read more

I feel the reviews are a bit unfair as they are rating on solicitation and not their actual service. Although I agree that door-to-door (especially at night) is irritating, the service they provide is actually a high quality product. We were door-to-door solicited in our gated community a few months ago during the afternoon. Normally, I'm NOT a fan of this tactic and immediately turn them away - but Mitch was friendly, informative, and not overly pushy. They come every other month and charge after the service is completed. During the first service, they cleaned the outside of webs, etc., sprayed inside and out, and placed some traps. They will come back out free of charge if you see any pests in between servicing. A bit of history - we moved into the house in April 2017 and I saw a lot of roaches (all in the garage, very rarely in the sink and toilet near the garage, and a ton outside/around the neighborhood). GROSS. But after the first treatment .. there were dead bugs outside everywhere! Having peace of mind that I won't find a cockroach in (or immediate outside area) of our home is well worth the money. It's been about 5 months since then and I've only seen ONE live roach a couple weeks after first treatment - where Evolve did come back and spray free of charge. The technicians they send are professional and friendly. They always ask if we have any pest sightings, and do quick, quality work. We also have a small-medium dog and the natural spray they use makes me feel safer than using strong chemical smelling sprays like Raid around the house. read more

I honestly don't know why there are so many negative reviews regarding this service. If you don't like soliciting, that's fine. But these reviews don't even reflect the actual service this company provides. Which, by the way, has been great. Landon showed up at my door earlier this year. Normally I don't like soliciting either, but we had been having problems with scorpions so it was perfect timing actually. He explained to me the very thorough process of spraying they perform, as well as the organic products they use. Which is very important because we have dogs as well as a baby on the way. They delivered in everything they said they would do. We were bug free and will continue to have them come out and spray in the future. Highly recommended. read more

These people are rude and will not listen when told to leave private property. We live in a private community that is posted no trespassing no soliciting and when myself and another Board member told them to please leave they had an attitude and would not leave. I am the HOA President and at 7pm I had phone calls from neighbors complaining about these guys banging on doors and ringing doorbell 5-6-7 times. They started at 1pm and were still In our small community at 7pm. This is harassment and we called Metro we are also going to our HOA attorney and filing trespass charges against this company. When you are asked nicely by HOA representatives to leave a private community you leave you don't cop an attitude and keep bothering our neighbors. Pretty sure THEY PLACED BUGS AT MY HOUSE in attempt to earn my business. I've always sprayed the perimeter of my home by myself and have NEVER had a pest problem. These guys came knocking recently with their pitch about "we service all your neighbors, etc" I explained that I was not interested in service, but the guy persisted. "Yeah. Many of your neighbors have not seen critters inside their homes yet, but look at this guy here!" --- he pointed out a spider right next to my front door. A few days later, I found another spider by the sliding door to my yard. Then that evening, I had a roach in my bedroom! I've never had bugs upstairs ever! So... for a few years, spraying on my own has worked just fine, then these solicitors show up and all of a sudden, I keep spotting bugs around my home? Hmmm.... They inform me a few days before they are Coming to my home. Everyone has had a willingness to please attitude. I pay $62 for 2 months and they come every other month which breaks down to $31 per month, Which I find to be a fair price for the size of my property. If I should have a problem in between, they come out and re spray and I have had that happen before and they were prompt and kind and solved the issue. I am happy to have Evolve Pest control as my critter gitter company ....I don't like bugs and since I have had them treat my home, I have had no issues with bugs I would highly recommend them. I'm sorry that others have had unsavory experiences, but I am a pleased with their service. This time, they didn't and I was charged the monthly fee. When I called about it, I was met with resistance and "too bad-so sad" attitude - we did the service and you have to pay the $57!! I am very disappointed with Evolve Pest Control. They came by our house knocking on doors to try to convince us to change companies. We decided to change because they touted themselves as a family owned business who prided themselves on customer service. I have to say that their service was mediocre at best. They had to come back twice in the beginning because they did a shotty job. However, was took the cake was the fact that my wife and I are moving out of Las Vegas. They said that we owe them money because we didn't finish our contract. Instead of just waiving it, they decided to charge us even though no services will be delivered. Total ripoff! I only signed up because the sales guy who knock on my door was cute. I know,that's a horrible reason lol. Worst mistake ever! They'll put you in collections if you miss one payment without a phone call! Way over priced! $69 a month with a whole year contract. I've gotten 2 collections from them. The first one, I called the office and paid half of $140 ($70)they told me the following month,they'd put in the other payment of $70. They didn't! here I am today with another collection fucking up my credit. The only good thing about this company is the front office lady over the phone. I just had two salesman come to my door and not a pleasant experience. I first told them that I had a 4 year old vomiting child and one of them continued to talk so I listened and then was told that I have scorpions and black widows and I have never seen any in 11 years I have lived here but he told me it was because I am not out at night looking for them. Long story short when I asked for business card if I decided to change companies he shut me down and walked away. This company needs to train its salesman to be polite even though someone does not want the service at that time because now I will never contact them nor will I refer them. I've never encountered a level of annoyance in a solicitor like I have in this company. They come around and stalk a neighborhood for days. A few months go by and they do it all over again. They've been to my house each of the last two days. One time was after 8pm, which violates Clark County Ordinance 4374. They have been to my house perhaps a dozen times in the last 12-18 months, often multiple times in the same week. I've noticed that the unmarked cars belonging to the solicitors often have Utah license plates, which doesn't make any sense to me for a business claiming to be located in Las Vegas. Nevada law states "if you engage in a trade, profession or occupation or accept gainful employment in Nevada," (source: Nevada DMV) you must register your vehicle in Nevada. If this business is legit, why are its employees driving cars registered in other states? If you have the unfortunate circumstance to interact with these people, you'll see that they are hyper-aggressive in their pitch. One time they told me my neighbor bought their services. The house was vacant. They don't like being told no, nor do they like adhering to no soliciting signs posted in neighborhoods. I just yell for them through the door to go away now. The nuisance has gotten so bad in another neighborhood that KTNV started covering it. There is absolutely no chance I would do business with such a group or let them into my home. read more

They save your address and details on a tablet / smart phone and go back to your door multiple times if you answer the front door they say your neighbor - Mike, John, Mary just signed up for our $ 69 SPECIAL and we have 1 spot left. So this pretty much seems like a scam to me. First off the only wasp nests that were removed were ones that were empty. I was told after my first service that I wouldn't have to worry about any more ants. Well, After 2 services we have now gone from having maybe 1 or 2 ant beds in the back yard to having 10+. I was told that this was because of the recent rain that had washed the ants into my yard. Only problem with that is my property is on a bit of a hill. Told them I wanted to cancel my service and would do it myself and was met with resistance and told that I needed to use the guarantee. Over all there has not be any change in the amount of pests that are on my property this includes the active yellow jacket and red wasp nests that have not been touched by any technician that has come to the house. read more

A few hours later he was at my door soliciting as well and I had to remind him that there is no soliciting in this community and needs to leave unless doing work for a specific client in the neighborhood. The tank sprays very little Chemicals at a time...Therefore very little cover...If I wanted little spry I'd go to home depot and buy the chemicals and spray my own yard... They came by our house and began asking my wife questions like if I was home, what time will I be home, what time am I usually home, does he park in the garage? He also stood very close to the front door. My wife asked him for his card so we have his name, but it seems to me like he was casing the place. As we re drinking our coffee the next morning we see them on channel 13 news as harassing other people in the community and acting a little bit weird. No credentials, no marked vehicles, hard sells. Tried to name drop some neighbors, but didn't get them right. Didn't want to leave, no cards, no identifiers except a logo shirt.
