We had two cats that died of old age within a few months of each other, and shortly thereafter my wife started a year of treatments and it was all we could do to keep the house afloat. Needless to say, getting the carpets cleaned was beyond us. We bought a new house and figured we would just replace the carpets. A friend said, "Wouldn't it be worth a couple hundred bucks to see if a good carpet cleaner could get the stains out?" Of course it would! I took to Facebook and asked for recommendations. A great friend of mine recommended Glenn and tagged him on my thread. He quickly responded and was friendly, courteous and professional. He gave me great, relevant information in a timely manner and just asked that I give him a 3 day notice, since I was having some painting done beforehand. He made good on his 3 day promise, showed up on time and went right to work. He is a great guy and I felt comfortable leaving him in my house while I went and ran some errands. His quote was not the cheapest in town; it was $230 for 3 bedrooms, a hallway and 2 tall staircases. But it was worth every penny. The beige carpets were quite tarnished from years of neglect, and they came out looking clean and fresh, much better than I expected. Pet stains were gone. I had such an amazing experience with them! They were able to fit me in at the last second, let themselves in and out respectfully when I couldn't be at home when they came by, did all this crazy maneuvering to get their hose to the top floor of our three-story townhome, gave us feedback about the installation of our carpet and how to improve it, and left the place looking better than it did when we first moved in! To top it all off, it's only Glenn and his son - I'm still amazed that only two people were able to do such a great job all around. Glenn really went out of his way to help us out and give us a great experience. In a battle against time and the disaster that two dogs and my three male housemates have wrought, these guys came out on top. The day before the 4th of July I brought my dog to the office. Little did I know she was really sick and managed to "lose her bowels" on the lobby carpet and on the carpet back in our resource room. What really sucked was that our carpets had just been professionally cleaned about two weeks earlier. I got on the horn and called a few companies. Enviro Green was probably the 3rd company I called because they had a location near our office. Given that it was later in the afternoon before a holiday weekend, I didn't expect them to respond. Glenn answered the call right away. He was on his way back to the Bellevue office and offered to turn around and help me out. He showed up about 30 minutes later and cleaned both areas. Glenn was incredibly helpful! I sent a message out late in the night because the washer had overflowed in the basement of one of our rental properties. He responded right away and squeezed us into his busy pre-holiday schedule. He was able to give us a quote over the phone and was very fair and honest about the price. These guys got my carpets and couches cleaner than i ever thought possible. I have three cats. They shed. A lot. Despite somewhat regular vacuuming, the cat-ness built up to the point that my very allergic stepdad couldn't step foot in my house without literally dying.
