I went back my next drop off and asked for a receipt for everything I was dropping off. I was told "no, they don't give receipts for drop offs" I politely told the lady that I have had two packages go missing from that location and need a receipt as it's not a problem to get a receipt at ANY OTHER shipping place. She proceeded with they don't give receipts and there was nothing she could do. How is this okay? If they weren't scanned in by you and usps never received it? Now it looks real shady that you don't give receipts, because now I believe that this place takes your dropped off packages and keeps them. I guess to protect myself and my personal business customers I have no other choice than to go somewhere else.

I ordered 50 postcard-sized prints and was charged 50 cents per sheet for cardstock, 60 cents per page for printing (total $27) and then was told it would be another $12 to have them cut!!? I ended up buying my own paper cutter for less than the cutting fee. What upsets me is the price to cut each invitation was included in the online price. I assumed the same would be true for an in store experience... I understand that individual locations are independently owned, but UPS should explicitly state on its website that services and pricing vary by location, or make online print-to-pickup available. The lack of transparency is ridiculous and made this much more expensive and frustrating than it needed to be.

The delivery was due last week it didn't come until about Monday or Tuesday of this week. Once the FedEx delivery driver appeared bring the bell and I was able to receive my item. However the item came in two boxes look like somebody opened it and then put it back together so that I was very disappointed about especially with customer service. At this point I realized that FedEx needs to get better and listen to the customers and how they do service daily.

You get the convenience of choosing a package to send your goods. Maybe they would be cheaper at another store but you don't have to do another run. I wanted to send a valentines Card and a little gift together. So I got an envelope here and it was big enough for my goods. The price was a not bad to send it because I got a tracking number. The gift got to my friend a day before I wanted which is great. They always almost have everything you would need to send something. And they always ask you if you need stamps. Always happy with their service. I should have taken a picture of my envelope but I really forgot. That will be next time.
