The delivery was due last week it didn't come until about Monday or Tuesday of this week. Once the FedEx delivery driver appeared bring the bell and I was able to receive my item. However the item came in two boxes look like somebody opened it and then put it back together so that I was very disappointed about especially with customer service. This location is right next to the airport. It was cool seeing the FedEx and UPS airplanes. This place got us in and out easily. We needed to ship something from Fresno to Stockton and the lady at the counter was super helpful with what size box we needed and we were able to get it shipped next day for a great price. We were helped and in and out within 5 minutes. I would highly recommend it to anyone with last minute shipping needs. read more

Driver never rang bell. security footage shows me 20 feet away from him in audible distance from the him and the door bell. he didn't ring it. he just stuck the sticker on the door with a NON EXISTENT ADDRESS. i pull up and the building is vacant. I see a message on the door stating they moved across the street. I go there. no package. I call fed ex. they tell me the package is in Clovis. they give the pickup address in Clovis. i drive almost 30 minutes to get there. guy tells me it's back at the other location I just left. I call FedEx again to find out where it really is. they promise me it's back at the address I just came from. HOW ABOUT THEY JUST DELIVER AS PROMISED AND RING THE DOORBELL SO I KNOW TO GO ANSWER IT. The driver didn't try to deliver the package. then he sent me to the wrong address for pickup at a vacant building. then I'm told to go across the street. from there I'm told to drive to an adjacent city. from there I'm told to drive back to the location I just drove 30 minutes from. I want this driver's job. or his head. or his balls. then we can start on every person who sent me to a random location apparently just for fun and to torture me. read more

I've been waiting for 3 days for Fed Ex to drop off my medication being delivered from Florida to Fresno, but all I got was texts stating delay. I just got off the phone w FedEx and they stated they came by 3 days in a row and no one was here to receive the package but I was here all day all three days, and one of those days I saw their truck, but they never came to my door I did get texts regarding delays which I assumed it was due to our major rainstorms and flooding. I just want to thank Gaby, Grace, and Tammy for always going above and beyond for me whether it's holding a package, making sure my packages are packed/delivered on a timely manner. I've been here a few times. Shipped/ returned items as well as picked up missed packages and each time I've had a great experience! There was never a time where I had to wait. I was always helped right as I arrived and entered. The works are super friendly and helpful. Currently because of covid they have signs up to remind customers to wear their masks and practice social distancing. Well this is unexpected. I've read reviews for this FedEx location from other sites, and the vast majority are negative. I come here to Yelp, and not only is there 1 review. It's not for this location. It's for the Fedex Office down the street. So really, I am the first person to review here! Word of advice, the absolute worst time to drop off a shipment is between 4-5 pm. The worst time to pick up a shipment is after 5 pm. That's when they run a skeleton crew, and you could be in for a sizeable wait. Most people don't realize they can pick up their shipment from one of the 4 FedEx Office(formally Kinko's) locations around town, at your request. Every location will hold your shipment a maximum of 3 days. And for those with a ridiculous schedule, the FXO in Riverpark is open 24/7. So you really have no excuse for not receiving your shipment. read more

I have purchased three items which the sender has sent with FedEx. One item was purchased on 12/13 and was supposed to be delivered on or before 12/22. I have been following it and it had arrived in Fresno 12/21. It has been on the delivery truck three separate times and then changing to delivery pending and then changing to transit and now it's just pending. This is the worst service ever. My other two deliveries are just pending. They won't even give me a date that they're going to be delivered. It just says late/pending. I really dislike FedEx delivery. Amazon, UPS, USPS all seem to be able to deliver packages but FedEx can't drive from one end of town to the other without losing my package or whatever they've done with my package. I just want my packages. Worst service ever. Either get a new crew or get a new manager. But something in FedEx has to change. read more

ZERO STARS IF I COULD. This place is absolutely TERRIBLE! Paid for EXPRESS SHIPPING. My delivery date was yesterday November 5th and they sent me an email notifying me that it'd be delivered before 8pm... Well... IT NEVER CAME. I use FedEx every week. I have food boxes delivered weekly. I've never had a problem through Covid until the last two weeks. It sits in the Fresno facility for 2 to 3 days before it can even be delivered to my house. I would've gladly gone to pick it up but by the time I get my food it is rotten and has to be thrown away. I live on Texas St. in San Diego. I live in a low income housing high rise. Fed-X has refused to deliver to our door. They make our residence wait in the lobby all day, when all they have to do is use the front door intercom and be let in to deliver. I have been walking by our wealthier neighbors, in there high rises, and Fed-X uses their intercom and delivers to their door. Why not our apartments? It seem to happen more often when the packages are heavy or large. It's like the drivers at the end of the day push it on to the next days driver, so they can get off work on time. Over worked? Ring the bell for service. This shipping center was nice, clean, and cold inside on this hot day! Overnight shipping is super pricy!! The staff was kind and helpful. Tip: bring your own pen seems they don't have a pen to use because everyone steals them. They don't even have pens taped or chained down for use all of them are gone. read more

I had four shipments sent to me via FedEx the past couple months. I have always considered them a good carrier. I don't know what has happened to them, but I can tell you what happened to me. 3 of 4 shipments were delayed because at least twice each shipment, the bar code was destroyed. I would track the delivery, get a date, cancel appts to be here, but there was no delivery. Check tracking, it would have gone back to pending. Orders would sit at a location for days. The one I hope will come tomorow has beeen at the Fresno FedEx terminal for four days. I'm not exaggerating when I say I will think long and hard before buying from a vendor who ships with them. I went to FedEx to get business cards and was told by the young girl to do them on the computer. I told her I am not good doing task on the computer, even business cards. I ask if I have a issue can I ask you for help. Wait for it...she gave me a 800 number for customer service. She said the policy is to not answer any questions, that was the people at the 800 number. I dread when I have any delivery from Fedex. Their tracking system is not reliable. They often have errors when transporting my package from one destination to another often while it is within California which causes a delay. Half of the time their drivers do not see my gate code information in their system and leave my package near the gate instead of my front door. On more than one occasion, my package was supposed to be on the truck and out for delivery and is still not delivered until the next day. UPS is much, much better than Fedex. read more

The drivers lie! Twice this has happened both times on Friday! The driver claims they attempted to deliver the package! If in fact they did, 1) no note sticked on the door, 2) NO text alert SENT (I was set up for text alert) if in fact there was an attempt, i work from home and, not once did I hear the door bell! The package is from Gucci, the other incident was May 2022, pkg from YSL, both times the driver used the same excuse! I requested to speak w their escalation dept and they were useless as their drivers! I made a complaint w GUCCI AND YSL to change delivery carriers since FEDEX is too busy to deliver next day as PROMISED BY GUCCI AND YSL! I was told the pkg will be available after 6pm at the Villa shipping center! So now i have to do my job plus Fedex's job to go pick up my own pkg!! I was also told "sorry for the inconvenience, Its not acceptable" BUT YET IT HAPPENED TWICE! I asked, Where's the District Manager? or CORPORATE needs to get involved! I'm not done with this issue, because it will obviously happen again!! OnTrac seems to be more reliable than FEDEX has nothing but excuses! Time to shut them down if they can't provide a delivery service as it's their job as being hired to do! Have no clue where a package is and provide conflicting information on delivery estimates between customer service representatives and even between their app messages, text messages, and email messages.
