    Although Covid 19 has drawn new safety measure, the wait was not bad at all. This store has x's on the floor and I was waiting outside in line. The line took about 10 minutes. My package was taken care of.

    Well this is unexpected. I've read reviews for this FedEx location from other sites, and the vast majority are negative. I come here to Yelp, and not only is there 1 review. It's not for this location. It's for the Fedex Office down the street. So really, I am the first person to review here! Word of advice, the absolute worst time to drop off a shipment is between 4-5 pm. The worst time to pick up a shipment is after 5 pm. That's when they run a skeleton crew, and you could be in for a sizeable wait. Most people don't realize they can pick up their shipment from one of the 4 FedEx Office(formally Kinko's) locations around town, at your request. Every location will hold your shipment a maximum of 3 days. And for those with a ridiculous schedule, the FXO in Riverpark is open 24/7. So you really have no excuse for not receiving your shipment.

    This is where my package should be, it's blank. Because there's no package.

    Every single order I have placed with this company has been delayed. Why offer 2 day shipping when you know it will be delayed. Scam

    Vicky who works for this company falsified and lied the documents are personally served to my son…read morewhen they were not in fact, everything is on a video and there was actually a witness outside in a car hiding so your little charades of a personal service for $24.80 to get from the county it's going to be costing you a lot more money and yes, I cussed and yelled at you about coming to my residence when im in a certain program child support got reamed they called you and told you not to come back to my residence 911 and Fresno PD got reamed on this program along with kaiser and you blatantly lied knowing that there was cameras but that's OK because child support has document emails every thing and I have letters from them on you to the not come back to my residence the licensing people from the state will be notified of your fraudulent behavior, and your perjury I will be suing you for mental stress just like my son will and when you're advised by child support to not come back to somebody's residence and you still do it because you don't believe there's a program that exist That's your fault not my fault but you're lying which seems like you have a history of lying on previous post that I see it's gonna cost you some money for mental stress by me and my son he was not personal served nor due diligence which affected his case which is getting fixed as I've already filed paperwork to void out your personal service because my door was never open and actually my camera shows you coming with the paper and leaving with the paper she never even left Legal paperwork in the box, but she said that somebody personally served him I have letters, evidence, grievances, appeals, and already filed on child support about your actions that by you lying to the court, but has put child support in jeopardy of being sued, so who do you think side they're going to take mine or yours , because what you don't know is that since the first day you came back on August 26 or 27th they were notified I contacted you when you left the card in the screen door. I told you to not return here I told you my son has two court dates in October and that he moved to another town. Did you file a due diligence form to be able to post anything anywhere , no you only attempt to service once and you came back and left a piece of paper in the mailbox. Did you call child support to verify that they should keep coming back to this address? Nope,then you want to put on the proof of service that I yelled at you cuss at you over a phone on a voicemail, and that you were breaking the law by leaving a piece a paper, you did not not personal service of my son you have jeopardize my safety along with my child which child support got reamed you are gonna pay for it just because you don't think a program exist. It does exist because they've all learned. They don't even have a physical address for me because of a program, but I told you not to come back here because of the program I was in, did you go to any one of his courts in October and serve him know you couldn't hold on another month because you needed your $24 from the county or the city of Fresno well let's see how much it's gonna cost you now and let's see how a judge likes it you're lying. Let's see how your license committee likes it you're lying because it seems like you have other reviews on here that you've lied , on serving people which has messed up my sons case which I have already filed paperwork to have your proof of service denied. You did not serve anybody. The front door did not open you left a piece of paper in the mailbox but see you walked up with the paper and left with the paper so that's on video , and actually a person being outside after you left a paper I told you were breaking the law you did so I suggest you learn with the program is, Child support told you to do not come to somebody's house again i suggested you do not purger or lie that you personally serve somebody again I suggest that you better figure out a way to fix something because I'm coming after you because they are also being held liable for my safety and my child safety being compromised and child support has already had grievances filed on them just like I file paperwork to have your proof of service thrown out so make sure that my cameras show exactly what I'm saying, and there was a witness who saw everything and child support was notified right away that she returned against safety protocols, enforced by the state of California and per child supports prior hearings with the judge about my address being in kept confidential they didn't even have my physical address but good thing is I have letters from them that they told you not to come back but you did you never served anybody personally, you lied on court documents you perjured yourself so have fun fighting this in court fighting type fun fighting this in court as I have proof from child support

    This business is now ran by Eddings Attorney Support Services. I called the number for Tri Counties…read morebut it was forwarded to Eddings and they advised that Tri Counties Legal Support is now ran by them. I took a gamble by moving forward with them and they ultimately did all three serves in two days (hours apart) then sent me a closing invoice. I called to ask for a resolution but they said that is the service they provide. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

    I had really bad experience yesterday at Postal Express & More. It was two days before Christmas…read moreand I had ordered 2 Brita water filter bottles to be delivered to the mailbox I am renting there. Amazon attempted to deliver to them the day before. However, I got a notification from Amazon notifying that the delivery could not be completed, because the business was not open at 11:05 AM. I found this odd, because their website clearly states they are open from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. I called the store at about 11:15 PM and someone answered the phone. The next day, I spoke to an Amazon customer service representative and gave them special instructions to deliver the packages before 5:30 PM, because Postal Express & More closes at that time. I arrived at 4:30 PM by Uber. My package from Amazon had not arrived yet, but I still wanted to get my mail, and I had another package that I had not picked up yet. When, I entered the building there were no other customers but me. Their were two men working there. One I recognized, and the rude one I had never seen before. The rude one was seated in a chair closest to the entrance, and was leaning back and slumped in it. His demeanor was very unprofessional, and he looked like he was bored, and just wanted to go home. I explained that I was getting a package delivered hopefully before 5:30 PM. The rude one asked me if I had a mailbox there. I said, "Yes." The other man, let's call him the nice man. The nice man asks me what my name is, and I tell him. He verifies my identity in the computer, and goes towards the back to get my package. All find and normal. Right? But when I turned to open my box and get my mail, the rude one asked me if I had a key? I found this to be an unnecessary question to be asked, as previously I had a conversation with the nice one about when my renewal was up for my mailbox rental. Why, on earth would I show up at this point to get my mail out of my mailbox without my key? It made me feel like I was being treated like a crazy person. Like I hadn't paid for my mailbox, and I was pulling one over on them, despite the fact that my identity was verified on the computer. I got my mail, and then explained to them that I would be back before 5:30 to see if my package was delivered. And I also mentioned I would most likely be having dinner at the Japanese restaurant next door in the mean time. I returned at 5:20 PM, and the door was locked, and the lights were dimmed. However, the two men were still inside. I knocked on the door, and the rude one let me in. I said, "You guys were going to close up early, after I said I might get a delivery up until 5:30 PM?" I had even previously let them know that I gave special instructions to Amazon to deliver before 5:30 PM. Subsequently, I expressed to them, that I felt mistreated by the rude one, with his interrogations when I first approached them. "Do you have a mailbox here?" "Do you have a key?" When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the customer service, and the early closing of their business without prior notification, the rude one came towards me and started aggressively arguing with me. I wasn't intimidated by this, but I am a women of small stature. The nice one, was trying to be a mediator to the situation, but the rude one would not let up. When, I pointed out that it was inappropriate for the rude one to be arguing with me in this manner, the rude one shouted, "I have a right to defend myself!" At which point the Amazon truck pulls up, and I left to get my packages from the Amazon delivery person myself. Not only do I feel humiliated and verbally berated by one of Postal Express & More's employees, but had I not shown up right before closing at 5:20 PM, my package would not have been delivered once again. Does this young man's attitude represent how Postal Express & More cares about serving their customers? I seriously hope not. I am a loyal customer to a business that is efficient, and cares about the people who they serve. It is about people, not commerce. It is unfortunate when a business just doesn't care about company efficiency, and good customer service.
