Location: The UPS store Date: July 29, 2026 Service: Pick up Located in the North Fresno area is the UPS store off of Champlain and Perrin. This location is a popular area as it has blue moon yoga there namikaze sushi and other stores in the shopping area. Due to the UPS delivery person not able to deliver my package to my residence and have access I had to get it re delivered to the UPS store at a cost. This way I was able to pick up my package and it was there when I needed it. Once I arrive they checked my ID they got my package and I was out and under 5 minutes due to there was no long line but there's usually a line depending on the time of day. read more

I absolutely love this location!! I recently moved to the other side of town regardless I drive out of my way to use this location because the gals who work here are just the sweetest and most efficient UPS employees. I rarely ever have to wait in line and if I do it's always the customers fault for not having their label prepared. Sorry I've never used your other services but for drop off I love it!! read more

This location has been my new go to dropoff location (have been going to the store on First/Nees for years). Don't you just hate it that you don't have the time after work to drop off your UPS parcel, and when you do, everyone else after work is there as well? I know I do. You know what makes this location unique versus the other surrounding UPS stores??? They're open 7 days a week !!! (as of this review of course). Come in on Sat/Sun to drop off your packages then head on out to your other errands. Store hours are limited on the weekends so please check their website or call for specifics. Staffing seems to be appropriate depending on the time and day. Also, as the location is nestled in the same parking lot of popular establishments like Sequoia Brewery, Five to name the least, it can be challenging. With parking however they have around 3-4 green curb marked parking spots for UPS customers. read more

UPS Stores can get very busy as most of us know. Great location. It's tucked in though. You can't see it from the street. read more

New store and a great location, close to where I live. The parking lot is really tight, don't come here at lunchtime, it is a disaster. Other than the normal high shipping prices these days, the service was great and friendly. I was glad there were two employees so I didn't have to wait too long. read more

UPS is supposed to take Amazon returns for free. When I approached the counter with an unopened sealed boxed item to return the girl at the counter told me they would charge me $1.50 to print a label (that is usually digitally scanned) and then told me they would charge me a $5.00 reboxing fee. This is not correct so BEWARE of this policy. Went to another UPS location they scanned my label and took it for free . DO NOT PATRONIZE this location for Amazon returns , they don't want them! read more

I went to drop off Amazon returns. There were 4 employees. One of them helping another customer. 3 other employees spent 10 Minutes wrapping up a package and made zero effort to hurry or recognize:that we're people in line waiting for service. The one person helping the other customer at least recognized me, which is more than the 3 who were slowly wrapping up a package. How many people does it take to wrap up a box? It's not rocket science. I was thrilled that this location opened because it's super convenient, but if this is how they treat their customers, they're not going to have customers for long. Just terrible customer service. I walked out and will ho to another UPs store and probably won't be back to this one. read more

Clean building & great location but the customer service was terrible. The girl working would sigh very loudly if I asked a question and not only did it make me feel awkward but I'm sure everyone else in the store felt awkward too. Go to another location if you can! :( read more

This place is the best. They make mailing packages probably the least stressful errand I have to run. Staff is always pleasant, helpful. They acknowledge you when you walk in when they're helping others. So grateful to have this place in our neighborhood. read more

Fantastic service! I went in for Notary service after being turned away at the UPS store in Clovis. Amber was awesome! She was very professional and friendly. She notarized my documents, made copies for my records and assisted in getting my documents mailed. Great job! read more

Nice clean new store. Staff was very helpful. It is interesting if you put the address in google map, it takes you to CVS across street. I had to be redirected by CVS staff to the new UPS store. read more
