I found this very concerning and unusual, as having proof of drop-off is important when shipping packages, especially valuable items. Refusing to provide any form of receipt leaves customers without documentation that their package was even handed over. I ultimately felt uncomfortable proceeding with the drop-off. I believe customers should be able to receive proof that their packages have been accepted. Based on my experience, I would be hesitant to use this location again.

They were efficient, and even with the Christmas holidays looming, they got the packages there in a few days' time. Everything arrived in perfect condition, along with a check sheet of what was put in each box. Afterwards, I received copies of the signed receipts for when the package was delivered. They will also gift wrap for you, if, like me, you are all thumbs with tape and ribbon.

I learned a lesson today: order through the UPS website instead of going directly to a franchise…read morelocation. I had my design ready online but realized there wasn't a print-to-pickup option, so I figured it would be easier to simply go into the store. I ordered 50 postcard-sized prints and was charged 50 cents per sheet for cardstock, 60 cents per page for printing (total $27) and then was told it would be another $12 to have them cut!!? I ended up buying my own paper cutter for less than the cutting fee. What upsets me is the price to cut each invitation was included in the online price. I assumed the same would be true for an in store experience... I understand that individual locations are independently owned, but UPS should explicitly state on its website that services and pricing vary by location, or make online print-to-pickup available. The lack of transparency is ridiculous and made this much more expensive and frustrating than it needed to be.

Austin avoids me more than anyone else as much as possible. I notice it but I am there to learn not to be friends so being that the other associate is busy I go to Austin and I ask him could he help me with my screen b/c it's not focusing. As he is looking at his camera he says yeh it's your box on your screen and I said ok .. I don't know how to remove it .. he is still looking at his camera and proceeds to walk away and says just move it with your finger.. so I look at him and say I have never done this before can you show me? He still isn't looking at me and says nothing .. So I was hoping that he would come to me after he placed his camera down - just to check to see if I figured it out or anything of the like .. nope. Walked right past me. The other people approach him in the class and he became so attentive and kind to them .. showing them how to use their camera and anything they needed help with. 2026. And here we are.. Don't be an Austin. Treat everyone with respect and dignity. Disgusting behavior like that gets you nowhere fast in life and it all comes back to you. I gain nothing by lying on anyone. This is an awesome looking place .. Austin was very knowledgeable as well.. his character however, towards me as a student wanting to learn photography and super involved with the class was lack luster and allowed a space for me to lose complete interest.
