Even though we didn't receive services from them, my husband said the girl who had answered earlier confirming they had rentals was also nice and helpful. My family rented a van for a planned; The morning of our scheduled pick-up, we arrived and were told to wait. We waited about 25 minutes, and then were told they had no vans available as they were all on recall. They offered a truck. Why weren't we called ahead of time to inform us that the van we had ordered much prior to this day was on recall?? Why was it still available to order online if it was recalled?? This error significantly affected our entire trip as we had to take two cars, spend extra time in traffic, and spent much more having to take two of our own cars. When things are running normally. They are great here. When things are bad, they are astronomically bad. Like worse than the cheapest of the cheap at the airport bad. They give out cars if you raise enough of a fuss and then when the people minutes behind them have a reservation for the same car just minutes behind with a proper reservation there are no cars left. They forget about people in sequence leading to over hour wait times with people long after arriving getting into cars. The business model absolutely fails when it gets to busy and the lack of empathy and care of the management ans employees here is appalling. Avoid this location at all costs. read more

I really liked the mid-sized SUV I was given while my car was in the repair shop after a minor accident, which my insurance paid for, and the technicians at Enterprise were careful to give me a car similar to my own. The process was seamless, quick, and easy in tandem with my insurance agency. Excellent service both on the phone and in person when I arrived at the Enterprise location to pick up and later to drop off the car. Book at car to be picked up on Saturday, May 11, 2025 at 2:00pm. I fot there just about 2:00 and as I went to open the door a man standing there told me they are closed. How could they be closed when I had a reservation for a 16-day rental. On Friday, May 10th when I made the reservation, I received a call from Enterprise confirming my reservation for May 11th. On my way to pick the car I realized I left my phone home. I told my ride to just drop me off no need to wait around. I found an employee in the lot and he told me they were closed. Yes, I lost my cool. How am I getting home and I have no phone? There was another person there who also was supposed to pick up a car. The employee told us he would go inside and talk to his manager to see what they could do. What a lie. As no one ever came out to talk to us or offer me the use of a phone. The other people let me use their phone to call home for a ride. I was outside over 40 minutes yesterday in 100-degree temperature and nobody ever came out of that building to help. This is my third car rental this year from this Enterprise location. I will never use Enterprise again. In this day and age who closes on Saturday at 2pm?? To say I am disappointed in the lack of concern or help goes beyond words. read more

I went in there this morning, I've been running around trying to figure out how to get a rental car without my driver license Because I got my purse stolen, they told me as long as I had gone to the dmv and gotten a temporary license that I could get a rental, so I show up at lake Elsinore location, and they told me the didn't have any reservations til 1pm, and I was really needing a car asap I have 3 kids and I need to pick them up from school, so she said I can call the Temecula location and see what they have, so they ended up having something for me I show up and I give them my temporary id, the worker nazier was helping me and he said they they couldn't take that Becusse I don't have an drivers license, then I explained to him that I got my purse stolen and had nothing else just a photo of my driver's license, so he said let me ask goes and talks to Makayla, and she tell me that they can't do it at all, she then asked me if I had a Costco card or a student Id, I said I got my purse stolen I have nothing else, they started to raise their voice and explain that they can't take it and WE CANNOT HELP YOU, so I wasted time money and energy on going back and forth from lake Elsniore to Temecula and then I can't get help at all? The lady told me as long as I got that temporary id then I was able to rent a car, I think they way makala and nazier handled the situation was insane, Alex in lake Elsinore was able to help me and give me a car and have it ready by 1pm today, I am very thankful for all of her help and support, but that Temecula location absolute rude and disrespectful the way she was talking to me was ridiculous. I reserved a 7 seater cross over SUV. I was able to use points to save on a days rental. Which was a great bonus! We were told my brother in law could be added as an additional driver at any location since he lives in another city. He went and was added. We arrived to pick up our vehicle and were told that our additional drivers license was showing expired and that he needed to be there to show his license. This negated the whole reason why he went to the other location. Apparently the other location looked at his physical license but did not enter in the new expiration date!! Richard our rental agent was calm and did his best to fix the issue. He spoke to another agent who said the additional driver must be there if their license is showing expired. Richard calmly stated he would talk to someone else to see what can be done. Talking to the supervisor/manager they were showing in the system correct info and that the hand held just needed to be updated. He was able to view a picture of the license and update it.. crises averted!! Due to the mishap Richard was able to give us an upgrade from an suv that seats .7 to a premium SUV that seats 7 adults comfortably!! I have rented at this location 3 times previously all great experiences. Kudos to them and their great customer service! read more

After a long wait where I interacted with two separate employees who were both aware of me being from out of state, I was first told I couldn't pay with my debit card because it didn't have my name on it. This was after we went through the whole car walk thru, paperwork, etc. Then after waiting another 15 minutes for my sister to arrive, she was told by the same man who first checked me in that she could not rent a car with an out of state ID unless she had a credit card, which is very confusing considering I was told before that the reason I couldn't use my debit card was because it didn't match my name. If you see that someone is out of state when they check in, you should tell them they need a credit card before letting them wait in your store for an hour, unless that was a policy that was made up on the spot. It's fine, we are taking an Uber now and it is cheaper anyway. Edit: there must be a bot or something that responded because there is no reservation number to email to you, Lisa. The employees botched the entire check in process and then doubled down on their incompetence and didn't apologize. Thanks for absolutely nothing. Not sure what to make about the one star reviews. I've rented twice from this location and both times it was a very pleasant experience. The staff was very professional and accommodating. Both times, the vehicle I needed was available. Vehicles were cleaned and maintained. I know they get busy on Friday's and Monday's due to the rush before the weekend and then Monday returns, so there will be a few extra minutes needed on those days. I know this because one of my rental days was Friday, and they were busy. Everyone was working and taking care of customers. I didn't see anyone in the office "lounging". It was all hands on deck. again, this was my experience and I plan to use this location for my future care rental needs. read more

Came in today, 7/29/2020 to pick up a vehicle. During the first inspection of a vehicle the side back window was completely cracked and had been previously smoked in. The second vehicle was not cleaned and had animal hair all over the seats and floor. Clearly the vehicles are not being inspected or cleaned. With Covid-19 I would have hope more detail was being taken to ensure the vehicles are cleaned. Third vehicle also had animal hair and smelled like animal but the the least bad out of the three and I needed the vehicle. read more
