    Email to area manager. No response yet

    Hertz gave me an unsafe vehicle. Got a flat tire within an hour of taking the vehicle. Office stated they would talk to manager to get the vehicle picked up. Vehicle stayed at the location for a few days until they called me to let mw know that vehicle was not picked up. Called office and another employee told me that I needed to take care of the situation. Left messages for Maria Ola manager to call me. No calls received. Asked for Area managers phone and Michael told me they didn't have his number only email. I sent multiple emails to both manager and area manager but no response for a couple days. The area manager Hootan stated that I signed the document an that i needed to take care of the vehicle pick up. I called to get the vehicle picked up and was told there would be fees for the TOW I did explain that I would not pay for it. Area manager emailed back that they would refund the tow, I asked how many rental days they would charge since it should be zero since the car was unsafe to drive BUT he told me he did not know that another department takes care of that. I requested the phone number of who to speak to BUT still waiting on the response... I will update after everything is finalized Update 6/27 Emailed area manager Hootan 6/24 three times to get amount of days charged but stated another department takes care of it. No answer yet! Completed the Hertz survey I'm suppose to have gotten a response but nothing. So far no one has helped me! Very

    If I was looking for an easy transaction through my insurance agency, they came through. If wanted customer service, this was not it.

    Love hertz, this place just lacks the updated airport experience where you go and pick your car. Just factor in 20-30mins waiting in line.

    Customer service is mediocre. If you call, stay on hold and leave your number for them to call back as they do not return calls.

    1 Star - Absolute Waste of Time…read more I reserved a car with a 6:00 PM pickup time, which YOUR system allowed me to select. While driving to the location, I called ahead because I noticed they close at 6. I was then told that 5:50 PM is their "cutoff" and that since I'd be arriving at 6, I couldn't get the car I already reserved. So let me get this straight: If 5:50 is the cutoff, WHY does your system allow a 6:00 PM reservation? This caused me to waste time, money, and completely disrupted my plans I ubered there and had to uber back. No warning, no notification, no accountability--just "too bad." This is either terrible communication or a broken reservation system, and either way it's unacceptable for a company this size. If you can't honor reservations at the time you allow customers to book, don't offer that time. Simple. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience.

The staff are super friendly and fast. We've tried other rental car companies in the area any most are fair to good but Enterprise is Outstanding. I won't mention the name of the company but when we went to go pick up our rental car there was three people in office and no cars to rent on the parking lot! He didn't even have her on speakerphone and I could hear her tone just sitting next to him. If you're having a bad day, I hope your day gets better. But, I pray you never have to be in the situation we have been in which is already a high stress situation and your unkindness and lack of customer service has not helped in any way. My husband is a very laid back and chill guy and for him to say you were not very nice is saying a lot. We did not use your location, we just called for availability and was rudely rushed off the phone and was told you had no rentals available. I booked through Priceline and because it was a low rate they were trying to push their insurance on me. Even the associate told me that this is a very low rate and it usually costs more than $300 for the day rental. So to make up for the low rate they tried to push their insurance on me. I filed a complaint with the corporate office and have everything on recording. Extremely unprofessional stay away from this garbage place. The manager is an absolute incompetent moron who has no idea of customer service and how to handle the clients. Just drive up north about 2 miles. There's another location on Madison Ave and it's much better service. Stay away from this garbage location. Both the associate and manager are incompetent idiots.
