when Danny took me to my car, the back windshield was broken on both sides. He upgraded me to a 2026 Toyota Camry. It was a wonderful ride. They also dropped me off, which saved me an Uber ride. kudos to Danny and Greenleaf auto rental. I appreciate the reasonable prices. Phyllis Bell Atlanta, Georgia read more

Conveniently located next to Lake CDJR. I was provided a loaner vehicle while the dealer performed a recall inspection. I had a brand new Toyota Corolla for two days. The vehicle was clean and very nice. The staff was friendly, helpful, and worked well with my service rep at the dealership. read more

Prebooked a car online for 09/04-09/07. Received email stating it was confirmed. When I got there they told me they were not open on the 7th and had no after hours drop box. When I asked why it let me book and why no one called me prior to state that. I was told the marketing team must not of updated the website. So no rental car for the long weekend. First time trying to rent here and it will be the last. I will rent from a chain rental like I have in the past. read more

I was very impressed with Greenleaf! I wasn't expecting to have to leave my van at the Dodge dealership, but they were willing to pay for a rental car for me which I appreciated. So, Danny picked me up from the dealership and he was very nice and helpful, even when I seemed to be confused and disoriented I felt I was in good hands. Then, he made the experience at Greenleaf with the paperwork very simple and easy! Once I returned the car, Nestor was there to help me and the process was just as quick and painless! The next day after I realized I had left my garage door remote in the center console of the car, Makala was able to retrieve the remote from the car for me and keep it safe until I was able to pick it up later in the day. I have never had an easier experience renting a car! And since I didn't have to pay for it myself it made it all the more pleasant. The $100 hold is less than what other places would charge. The charge came off my bank account rather quickly after I returned the vehicle. A+++++ read more

Very friendly customer service reps and great cars. Love the Toyota Corolla I rented :)

I honestly can't stand enough about this company and the employees that . I have had to rent several cars over the past two years because of an issue I've had one of my cars and all I can say is I've always had A+ rating the cars are always extremely clean. I just can't say enough positive things about everybody that works there that I've come across very professional and very, very accommodating I will never rent a car from anywhere else but them thank you Kamryn and the rest of the crew. read more

Greenleaf has such an amazing customer service! The other rental car companies (like Enterprise, Hertz, etc.) couldn't take care of me. I reserved a car days before I pick the car up. Then a day before I pick up the car, I called them and they said that they do not have the car I requested. Mind you... I reserved it for DAYS, and they didn't even care to tell me that the car is not available. I then called their customer service and they said there was one in Murrieta. I called the Murrieta location, and guess what... No car available again! But GREENLEAF RENT-A-CAR was a life saver!!! They had the car I needed despite calling them the day of picking the car up. The associates there were really nice and very accommodating. They all had big smiles on their faces, and they took care of me so, so well! HIGHLY RECOMMEND GREENLEAF! Definitely going to rent with them again. read more

It just felt like family in there!! Not that I want my car to be worked on again, but I definitely know Hyundai puts us in great hands at Greenleaf!! Many thanks to you all! read more

This is the place to go! Victoria made sure we got a vehicle very last minute. Very nice Lady. She promised to call me if a vehicle became available. Which she did. We needed a 7 person suv. I was so unhappy, but thank goodness Green Leaf helped us out! read more

Apparently this is a boutique rental agency, and the greenness of Greenleaf really shows. I'm in town for a few weeks for work, but my car needed to be serviced. The local dealership had us use them for a loaner, and their pickup/drop-off service made a pretty condescending and snide comment about the location being a corporate hotel. I don't know what type of clientele they typically cater to (maybe locals without reliable transportation), but the majority of people who rent vehicles are usually from out-of-town for work or vacation. Regardless, it was really inappropriate and unprofessional behavior. So keep in mind that the cheap rates are coming with unwarranted judgment and behavior. read more

Awesome experience, Greenleaf car rental rates are very reasonable, the associates are very polite and respectful, I've rented vehicles at other car rentals such as enterprise, avid, and other rental places and I had to wait for a long time in the waiting rooms, I was out the door in no time with Greenleaf ,Im absolutely renting vehicles from Greenleaf in the future, Outstanding experience.
