I walked in to rent a car I was moving from Phoenix to a different state. The employee asked what car was I looking for? I said economic he said it's 36 dollars a day plus 200 deposit.i agreed he said total is 307. With insurance coverage. I said oh that's great it's a one way and for this price is awesome. He said yes no problem. On bank statement there is a charge 307 and one hundred and something second charge. I asked he said oh I accidentally charge you twice but I will fix it. Than he said he didn't have a economic car but he can give me the other car a dollar more he said almost the same price. I said no economic is fine because I'm on budget. I'm moving to another state. He said ok cool. We asked to look at the car. He said oh I don't even have the economy car. When he already had another car keys in he's hands he said I just noticed. He opened up the car has tags of no smoking but it smelled like weed. I told him and he said oh and it has a problem to with the ace it doesn't work well not only that when I was driving out the freeway already there was a lot of noise under the car. I told him he said it will get fixed after you drop it off at your location. He said just add the insurance if you have no coverage. I did. It was very uncomfortable to drive around in the car without ace working and all the extra charge. I'm confused I have to wait until Monday to get an answer he smelled like weed and he's words weren't coordinating whith what he was doing. I have been renting cars from this enterprise location since 2006. I have always had an amazing experience. Every time I have rented a car here. It seems like whenever there is the tiniest of question or issue it is taken care of, explained, and or addressed immediately. The manager, Roberto Garcia was very helpful and very friendly, and made my experience easy and very positive. The Nissan Pathfinder, that I rented was very clean and drove very well. They accepted the reservation but called us on the 13th that they don't have an available vehicle and will probably have none when we go there for p/u.... Took you two days to let us know regarding this issue. Have made no attempt to help or fix it. If you don't have the availability call your customers right away. I rented a car to drive while my car is in the shop getting repairs and Enterprise has been wonderful! I have had a hard time getting all of this scheduled and my reservation with Hertz and Enterprise didn't get set up initially. I had to cancel my car repairs and we scheduled this again. I called to verify that I had a car this time and they told me it could be two hours of waiting on a Monday morning. I explained that I am a teacher and this this would make life really hard because I would have to take a half day off and get a substitute to cover my classroom. They offered me no guarantees, but the man I spoke with was very kind and said that they would do the best that they could. Their best was awesome! I was picked up by an enterprise employee within 10 minutes of enterprise being open. The person who picked me up checked me in and gave me my car immediately. I was able to get to my classroom before school started. I am so thankful for your kindness and helpfulness. I am horrible with names but I will try to update the names of the awesome folks at Enterprise who helped me out today. read more

*Rate that was booked was not honored, wouldn't accept the legitimate corporate discount code we've used for years. My husband travels for work and gives them a good amount of business. *Wouldn't honor an online rate we pulled up that was less expensive than what they were charging us after not honoring the discount code (cost us twice as much). *Told us they were giving us a "free upgrade" for the trouble (free upgrade when you charged us double?). The vehicle had 53K miles on it, no floor mats and multiple rock dings in the windshield. *We quickly realized once on the road (now the office is closed and we are on a tight schedule to make it to a wedding in Colorado 10 hours away) that this "free upgrade" is completely out of alignment and the car shakes uncontrollably and jerks to the right when going over 50mph. *Alignment issue causes a slow leak and we wake up to a flat tire. *Customer service solution is for US to go out of our way and drive (unsafe) vehicle 45 min the opposite direction of our event to a location in Montrose CO to exchange vehicle. *Upon arriving at said location, we are told they have no replacement vehicle and their solution is for US to go out of our way and take the car ourselves to a tire place (the issue here is not the tire so much as the alignment, remember). Tire place has a 3 hour wait, and we will now miss said wedding. So we are now out our entire day, no service, no solution, no new car, no repair. *We repair ourselves with fix a flat, constantly stopping to fill the tire, traveling with a borrowed compressor that I now have to pay to ship back to a family member. *We gave them yet another opportunity to right the situation by going out of our way AGAIN, on our way home by driving out of our way AGAIN to an airport location in Durango, CO to exchange the vehicle to have a safe ride home. They told us they could get us a car but we would have to wait 3 hours (and then drive another 8). I asked about the row of 25 cars I counted in their lot and was told "some of them need service." *We can't return the vehicle today because it's a holiday so we will see if anyone cares tomorrow, history tells me not to hold my breath. "Enterprise, we'll pick you up" .... More accurately, "we'll tell you good luck" Never ever again. Hope the extra $200 in the CEO's pocket was worth it, Enterprise. read more

The worker are Racist. My roommate and I reserved a rental asked for everything we needed to pick the vehicle up. When we got the the agent told us we we're at the wrong location. We asked if we could reserve a rental at his location he told us no hr wax not accepting any new renters. We call the reservation line and was informed the agent was nog being honest and they were indeed accepting new renters. The Reservationist call the location book the rental for us. She informed me the agent said he never told us that. When we went back to pick up the vehicle that same agent refused to rent to my roommate he said something about her address not being correct or tag. Anybody that used chime to book a reservation through Enterprise please comment because I knos thats not true Ivd used my card serval time through this company. While my car was in the shop, I had to rent a car fast to have a way to get to work. Alexis and Nick were so awesome and patient with me. When I went to return the car the next day, but still needed one longer, Jaime was just as wonderful! (She normally works at the Bill Luke location, and was able to find me what I needed at that location! I also had to had to get customer service over the phone a couple of days later, and Giovanni was very helpful. I picked up a rental car from this office due to an insurance claim that made my car go into the body shop. I ended up with a problem that involved me possibly having to take my car in for a cheaper one. I called and spoke with Ruby who was able to recap my pricing with me and give me my options and I was ready to turn my car in after the weekend was over. A couple of hours later Ruby called me back and told me she looked deeper into how she could help me (which was all on her own initiative) and said she got her manager, whom I believe is Courtney, involved to see how they could help me. At the end of the day I was able to keep the car I currently had and was able to avoid exchanging it for a different vehicle. If I could give them 100 stars I could. They don't support business owners Acquiring vehicles because I don't have a "paystub" he told us that a bank statement was not enough proof. Then he referred us to another business called "hertz" . We came here and for about half of the asking price of enterprise we were able to leave with a vehicle with 15 minutes of us being there . Thanks for recommendation. I am an executive assistant and I needed to book four (4) extra vehicles for our executives and Alfredo was AWFUL -he did not address my needs or ask about my concerns -He just simply said, no I cannot help you. Convenient place to rent a van for moving! I rented a large conversion van here to move between apartments. I had no troubles at all with the reservation or picking up/ dropping off the van. The van was a perfect size for any couch, mattress, or any other large items you might have to move between locations. This was a very affordable and convenient choice. The staff is fantastic. The establishment is clean. Easy location to find. We did have an issue with a flat tire while on the road. We rented a SUV (Nissan Rogue 2015) so we could avoid any issues with my small car while driving on some dirt roads...but forgot to check the Rogues tires before we left the lot. Needless to say, that blew up in our faces (pun intended). Not too long after we got on that dirt road, the tire blew. I totally understand that this has nothing to do with the guys that rent out the cars.. Just want people to know from my mistakes: CHECK YOUR TIRES BEFORE YOU LEAVE!! horrible service. called to reserve a car around 8am and they said they would have a car ready for us, we had to drive out 45min cause all the other locations didn't have any cars available. We have a free upgrade that we were going to use also. We get to the location at 11am and they tell us that they don't have a car for our reservation. One of the workers mentions it's not his fault, it happens cause they go through a third party. So they stick us with what they can clean out quick and get us in which is a Dart. So much for the upgrade! Then we go check out and they need all these proof of paper for using a debit. Tried using credit and that has to be under the person renting the cars name , even though I'm right there to give permission to use my credit card. They were no help and didn't seem to care.
