Horrible experience picking up this rental. I had a reservation at 12p but due to work issues I arrived a bit later. Upon arrival, I was notified that no cars were ready and that they didn't have the type of car I reserved. Considering the reservation was placed well in advance of the pick up date, I'd believe this is something that should have actually been held for the customer RESERVING the vehicle or communicated to the customer before arrival. Furthermore, why aren't the cars cleaned and ready if you know you have people coming in to pick up cars regardless if it's the one they want or not. After receiving the news, I was told they only had large vehicles, okay fine by me. When given the options to choose from, I was only given the make of the car, Toyota or Hundai. This prompted me to ask the model of the cars.... they were minivans. Again, why not be upfront about this as well, don't try to hide the fact of what the car is by just offering the make of it. I immediately refused and then miraculously they also had a Durango available. Had I not rejected the "Toyota or Hundai" would I not have been offered the Durango? I expressed my frustration with the manager on duty AJ and his response was that he thought I'd want to save on gas which is why it was not initially offered. That is not your area to make a decision on. Of course I chose the Durango however, I didn't realize until I drove off that the car wasn't even given to me with a full tank of gas. Of course I called and complained. The explanation was that they do a match on gas so whatever level it is given, that is how it should be returned. Well duh but why is it not on full?. I have NEVER received a rental car without a full tank of gas. Returning the car was a total opposite experience. I believe the gentleman's name was Koolie or Kolby (I can't remember the exact name but I know he specified that it started with a K), asked about my experience and boy he shouldn't have done that! He was very apologetic and calm when receiving my feedback. He even explained to me why such things happened upon picking up the car, something that should have been provided then vs now but I still appreciate the explanation. He arranged a car for me to be dropped off and even carried my bags to the car. Based on this experience, I am not sure I'd rent with this location again. read more

I primarily use this Enterprise location for my short-term corporate car rental and have been consistently receiving outstanding service from every one of their onsite reps. Shout out to Jordan but seriously everyone I've worked with there has been helpful and patient. What I love is the after-hour return option where you can return the car after they have already closed. There is a drop box that is very secured that you can just drop off the rental car key. There's a camera on-site to oversee the lot so rear assure they can tell when you return. They call you the next day to follow up with your experience before they close the return file and send you your receipt. So efficient!! As far as I can tell, I'll keep coming back to this location for my future rentals! read more

We rented a car from 309A N Bell Blvd, Cedar Park, TX 78613, picking it up at 6 PM and returning it the next day around 9 AM at the Dallas International Airport location. A month after, our insurance company notified us that Enterprise charged us thousands of dollars for alleged hail damage. This is completely inaccurate. There was no hail that night in Leander, where the car was parked overnight. We have international ticket that shows we flew from Dallas on the day of returning the car and 214 miles were driven as evidence that the only place we drove to was Dallas in that car. In fact, weather records can easily confirm that there was no hail in and around Austin and Dallas in that ~12hrs period. I am aware that there was a hailstorm in the Austin area weeks earlier, so it appears Enterprise is attempting to pass off pre-existing damage to unsuspecting customers. When we called the local manager to dispute the charge, he simply said he couldn't help. At the time of rental, we inspected the car and saw no visible damage that an ordinary customer could detect. Now, Enterprise is trying to hold us responsible for something outside our control. Unfortunately, after the fact, we discovered that many reviews online complaining about fraudulent practices at this location of Enterprise. We regret not checking them beforehand. It has been a complete waste of our time and energy dealing with this issue, and we want to warn others not to rent from this location--or Enterprise in general. I hope this review helps others avoid the same unpleasant and unfair experience. read more

They don't tell you this when you fill out your paperwork online before even coming. They make it sound easy, but it is NOT easy if you don't regularly use credit cards or carry one on you. I initiated a call to the Enterprise Cedar Park, TX location requesting the on-site manager since I still have not heard any follow-up after 3 escalated calls over 5 days so obviously management is avoiding resolving this conflict. The on-site manager proceeded to tell me a different policy for that particular store that differed from the four previous representatives we previously spoke to and confirmed our travel arrangments. Ironically there was no explanation when I informed the site manager that apparently their policy changes when convenient for them because customer service did update our same reservation arrangments and rented the car to us the following day after our travel plans had been messed-up. I was told my call and concern was being escalated yet again and so I will still wait to speak to another manager to see if this can be resolved. It is just very poor business to not be willing or even acknowledge a miscommunication or error on their part and not even try to make it right for the customer! read more

I went in 5/28/24 at 2:00pm and spoke to Collins who was personable but that is the only ok thing about this experience. I was told I would get a mini van the only car they had left, while I waited I saw people come and go who also didn't reserve a car. The phones ringing non stop no one answering them even though there was a man sitting at a computer with headphones on probably not to hear the phone. Then a woman came in complaining about her rental and I over heard Collins say they had a minivan, my mom who was waiting outside said the lady left in it. So then Collins comes up and says change of plans you're getting a Altima. Another hour later they bring around this filthy piece of junk with a quarter tank of gas and was told I could bring it back with a quarter tank. I declined and had him fill it up. Their rules are no pets, smoking, or trips to Mexico or Canada , but there was ashes everywhere and what appears to be dog slobber on the seat ,stains all over the interior, and the outside was disgusting. Collins said it was just detailed. On my way home a emergency icon came on I called of course 20 minutes of waiting no answer. I then emailed the manager Ived Garcia about the light 24 hours later no response. To top it off me and my wife take care of four adults with special needs and since Collins gave the minivan away that I already rented and paid for I was late picking them up from dayhab which could get them removed from the program. Never again iam going to corporate about this. Update: As of 06/17/24 nothing. Not even a apology for the inconvenience. I have emailed multiple times to links I was provided no answer just like this Cedar Park branch. Look at the reviews mostly all are one stars with various issues. There was a previous dent in the bumper and when we returned the car there was some missing plastic fender washers in the inner wheel well that they immediately tried to pin on us saying it wasn't previously on the inspection. As it turned out we didn't need the rental at all so it just sat in our driveway. If you must use them definitely do your own inspection and get lots of photos. 309A N Bell Blvd, Cedar Park Location: I had a rental car reservation scheduled for this morning, along with a pick-up from my home address to the location. I called 30 minutes before my reservation and spoke to the manager, as I had not received the call that the driver was on their way. The manager answered the phone rudely and unintelligently, stating that the pick-up had not been confirmed by him as "I was outside a 5-mile radius" from the dealership, which was their so-called geographic limit. I was also told that the location did not have my reserved car ready and, in fact, did not have enough cars at the dealership at all. The manager said he was having cars cleaned and prepped as they came in on a first-come-first-served basis. He told me he did not know when my vehicle would be ready for pick-up (that it could be 1 hour, 2 hours, or even longer). He told me I could drive to the dealership and wait in the lobby until ready or that he would give me a call when the vehicle was ready. I called customer service and explained this reservation was scheduled over 2 weeks ago, that the car was not ready, and that this manager had behaved extremely unprofessionally. They said the only thing they could do was escalate my need for the nearest location rental car to the Area Manager, who "would give me a call." I waited an hour, no call came in, and I had to call customer service again. A different representative said no notes on my case had been saved, so I had to repeat the story all over again and the issue was once again sent to the Area Manager, who I was again told would give me a call. I said I was concerned I would have to repeat this whole discussion if I called again and the representative said the notes were "this time saved and here is the case confirmation number." An hour went by again and still no call. I talked to a third representative stating my frustration and that this rental was done through my company for a conference in which I had to pick up my colleagues, who were depending on me. I asked how this could be escalated and they said they "couldn't do anything except contact the Area Manager" a third time. I said fine, but if I received no response in an hour, I had to leave for my trip an alternative way and wouldn't be picking up the car. I wanted to make sure I was not charged and was told I wouldn't be. I asked for restitution for the 3 hours of consternation I had endured to my member account. Fast forward to this evening. I was never called back by either the dealership manager or Area Manager. I had to be driven to my conference by my coworker in his own car. Enterprise didn't care enough to honor my reservation or take my case seriously. Avoid this dealership and Enterprise in general at all cost. My husband called the morning we were due to pick up to confirm they had our USAA reservation information, he was told if we paid the standard rate they had the truck, they would not honor the USAA rate. We were shocked, why would they do that? The person told us they asked the manager, we told them to cancel it. Rented a full size suv maybe 5 months in advance called a week prior to my pickup date and said I was using a debit card they said it was fine. Called 30 min prior to my pickup time to make sure using a debit card was ok and was told by the man on the phone it was ok. Showed up at my time slot they retrieve my reservation the man at the counter takes my debit card about to swipe it and a woman in the back says is that a major credit card? I explain he has told me it was ok and all he says is " oops i forgot" the vibe I was getting from the woman in the office was as if she was trying to talk me out of the rental. I end up waiting for my mom to come and while I'm waiting for her the woman was answering phone calls and after hanging up with the costumers she would make comments such as " how annoying " at one point she was standing right in front of me stating " she's so annoying " and then proceeded to look at me and say " oh not you " and then giggled. I finally ended up just saying I'll take another car. Ended up going with a small suv and only saved about $200 such a rip off. I was so disappointed and uncomfortable with the entire situation. This review is for a stand out employee Teddy Vickers.... on a cold, snowy sleeting day in the Lone Star State everyone was getting a rental car... the office was madness... folks waiting impatiently in line.. when I entered the chaos nobody knew who was next and I told myself to be patient and plan on being there a couple hours.... even though my girls were waiting for me at Happy Hour.... an unhappy man was at the counter and all 3 employees were catering to him... no credit card, no proof of address, no check stub... struggling with references.... come on Frank... I took a seat even though I always choose to stand... but then... an angel walked in from the back.. "who's next?" He asked... after looking around everyone agreed I was the next lucky contestant... Teddy was his name'o... he found my reservation within seconds... got my info and I was all set... he even gave me a 5% discount because my reservation receipt I made online was a little lower than what was pulling up. No biggie but he wanted to make it right! He had my 2019 wheels ready to roll. He got me on my car and on my way! He was extremely efficient and kind. He knows customer service and had me in and out. I do also have to give credit to the young man who came to my rescue and picked me up down the street and brought me to Enterprise! The customer service of this crew is horrendous . I came into this enterprise earlier this week after scheduling a pick up appointment on the phone a few days prior. As I got here the gentleman at the front desk told me that the appointment was never created. He then proceeded to let me know that he will create an appointment so I can be guaranteed a car today. He stated all I need to do is bring a utility bill and a card to put a $50 deposit. He stated a debit card would be sufficient as I told him multiple times I don't have a credit card. With 100% assurance he told me it is fine. Surprisingly I arrived today and am leaving empty handed today. No member seemed to be able to assist me and ended up giving me a business card for the manager. I recommend you look elsewhere to find a rental. read more

I have used this location a number of times with moderate success, but my last visit will absolutely be my last. I called almost immediately about the strong smell of smoke in my car so I wouldn't be penalized. Ultimately, after driving it around for a while my asthma and allergies kicked in and my eyes were burning and turning red from how intense it was. I ask if I could return it for a similar car, as this one had Apple CarPlay, which I'd requested. They didn't have any in the lot, which was fine. Instead of finding somewhere else, they shoved a card with a few numbers on it for me to call around other Enterprise locations. Half of them didn't answer. My phone was dying so I got out to ask if they could call the branches, and the store manager made a big show of how busy they were with 300 customers and that they couldn't just stop what they were doing for me. He was super condescending, and I ended up walking away. The car itself had recent cigarette burns and multiple gross stainable the photos are only of the passenger seat!!! I eventually got ahold of a different branch at less than 20% battery and hopefully will be getting a new car tomorrow. But 10/10 will not be going back to the Cedar Park location and will be telling everyone I know not to either. While they were replacing the cylinders in my car, I need a mode of transportation to get to work. I gave Enterprise a call when I was in the shop with my car. Yes, they have cars available. Yes, they would pick me up but not until the afternoon. So Bobby at the shop drove me over to get the car. There were no other clients in the store so I got undivided attention. They gave me a great deal on an extended weekend rate. This is important because I ended up calling them two more times to change the length I would rent the car. Each time I called to change the dates, they worked to get me the best rates on short notice. It was time to go inspect the car before I drove it off the lot. OMG!! It was a brand new Chevy Impala. This is one way to test drive a new car. It was like flying a plane with all of the buttons and gadgets and lights. Wait, this isn't a review of the car. Their office is a "Get in and Out" place. It was plain Jane but who cares when you are only in there for 15 minutes. Everyone was very friendly. I have rented from them before and will likely use them again when I need a car. Tip of the day, DON"T drive on tolls roads. The toll company will contact Enterprise to get your address then mail you a bill for the tolls directly. When you do get the bill it is past due already. read more

I had a really bad experience here, in terms of the honesty of the folks working here. During my recent rental, while going over the condition of the car, I had noticed a scratch that I pointed out to the rep, but was told that it was OK and not to worry about that. I was in a hurry so did not bother to take pictures etc. No spoilers, but upon returning the car, all of a sudden the preexisting scratch now becomes my responsibility. I know it is my word against theirs and therefore they will surely get the damage amount that they may claim, but it just speaks to their abysmal level of business ethics, not mention just being dishonest. For what it matters, their service interactions are exceptional - everyone was super courteous and polite. However, their blatant dishonesty negates all of this, for me - I wont be returning in a hurry, if ever, here. Do yourself a favor, go to Hertz or another Enterprise location because you can't form a relationship with anyone here. The employees come and go, and it's impossible to get ANY good customer service here, I miss when Jay and Jeremy were at this location because they were AMAZING. Ever since they left this place has gone downhill. Yet, I don't know why I still go to this location, maybe convenience? First of all, I booked a reservation at 2:30pm on a Sunday for a small sedan (they close at 3pm). I get a call, they tell me all they have left is a Dodge minivan. Mind you this is just for me to get to Illinois to meet up with my fiancé. Eh, I assumed if that's really all they had left I could deal. So I agree and opt to take the van. I get to the place around 2:45, and I crap you not they have FIVE small sedan vehicles in the back lot all ready to go. I asked about those, and the guy told me those are all reserved. So me, being the confused person I am asked, "All for today? Because y'all are about to close at 3pm." The guy says, "Yeah, people make earlier reservations for 3pm." *Confused face.... What?* So I insisted that I could just wait until one of them probably cancels, the guy then says, "No, I'm sorry we can't do that." (Well why the heck not Ryan?) I had asked why and I was VERY frustrated because he never responded nor did he give me a straight answer. (Rude) All he said was that I got a free upgrade. How is this an upgrade when it's just myself, driving from point A to point B?! I guess me, myself, and I, but still, we could all fit into a sedan! The service is terrible and I feel that no one is knowledgeable or even remotely knows what they are doing at this location. I ended up taking the vehicle and I waited those extra 15 or so minutes to see if anyone else would come for their "reserved vehicle at 3pm" and guess what y'all.... NO ONE ELSE SHOWED UP. Haha so not only was I not given answers, but I was also lied to. Way to go Ryan and THIS Enterprise!!!! *claps* I ended up with my happy ending though because I exchanged it at the Austin airport Enterprise and they were more than accommodating. WOW! I will never rent from Enterprise again. Had an appointment that I scheduled over the phone. Apparently when you call the local office and they don't pick up you are transferred to a call center someplace else that knows absolutely nothing. My whole reason for booking Enterprise was to catch a ride first thing in the AM after dropping off my car for repairs. The woman assured me it would not be an issue that I just needed to give 2 hours heads up the day I needed the ride/car otherwise I wouldn't have booked it. I called at 7:30am and was rudely interrupted and told they cannot pick up from my location because it was closer to another store and it was 11 miles away. I asked her for the number to the other location and she condescendingly replies with "good luck". I called the "closer" location and booked it with someone over the phone who I thought was at the local level, only to get a call back 5 minutes later from the local shop telling me they didn't have a vehicle for me. Huh? I called back the first location in Cedar Park and asked if they still had my initial vehicle available and he asks if he can put me on hold...only he forgot to actually put the call on hold. He jokes with his co-workers and says "Should I tell her it's not available? Or make her wait until 5pm tonight?" (It's 7:45am mind you and I was upset but NEVER rude to the folks on the phone.) I see two issues. One, your local stores are not on the same page with the call center and two, your employees need a major reality check when it comes to customer service. Cutting off a customer, the condescending tone, mocking your customers, etc. is probably not the way you need to handle interactions. Will not be using Enterprise again. read more
