I have rented through this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location for years and I want to say I have received the best customer service from two very outstanding employees. I was in a major collision where a young unlicensed and drunk kid ran a red light t-boned my car at 65mph, cutting my brand new Audi nearly in-half. I was still trying to deal with insurance, happy to have survived but sad as I had only put 50 miles on my new Audi. When I was making my reservation for the following day with Ivan Nuwoldi and then picking up the car, my insurance put me in the cheapest economy car. Enterprise employees, Abigail Goo and Store Manager Ivan Nuwoldi were discussing the upcoming rental reservations, had received the information from my insurance and saw they'd only pay for the least expensive car. However, I was surprised the next morning as I picked it up. They discussed it the night before and decided to give me a complimentary upgrade ...to a brand new 2025 Audi A6. What sets off a rent a car place from its competitors ? Well, customer service of course. This place is outstanding in that area. Ivan has always been kind, courteous, and proffesional in all my dealings, which is usually several times per month because of my job. Abigail is OUTSTANDING as well. She goes way above and beyond to help customers and answer questions. She takes time to check the car out and identify features and others items around each individual vehicle. Recently I handed a car in on a Friday evening and woke up Saturday and could not find a small cross body bag that I had. I was really worried as it contained personal items I needed. I was out of the area, but called as soon as they opened. Abigail went and looked for me as the car was still there. Not only " looked" which would have produced nothing ( I am pretty thorough at drop off ) , she dug in and found my bag. Somehow it wedged itself down into the spare tire area and would not have been found if she was not so thorough in trying to help out. I picked up my bag that day and really cannot express my gratitude for people like her who take pride in their jobs and go that extra mile. I can rent from any place I choose to , but will continue to come here as long as their are employees like Abigail and Ivan. read more

If you need to rent a car, I'd not use this location. I rented a car weeks ago for one day, and they told me to just fill up with the same amount of gas as the car had when picked up. So I filled up a little more to be safe. I was still charged a gas fee, so I called and could never get in touch with anyone at this location. They let the phone ring without ever answering. So I called customer service, they said I'd be refunded the gas fee. A week later and I'm still not refunded. I shouldn't have these many issues with a one day rental. Very disappointed. read more

My bf was having a very hard time renting a car after his work truck got rear ended. I had been going back and forth with the insurance company all day and was very frustrated. The insurance company had messed up and put the reservation in their clients name and not my bf but refused to acknowledge it. The enterprise employee working that day was working alone and very busy but he got on the phone with the insurance company and got everything sorted out for us. He also made sure he had truck available that same day once everything was sorted out when other locations told us it would be a week before anything would be available. Ivan, Hannah & Aidan are exceptional. Due to the location of the body shop technically they prefer you rent from a different location. Ivan allowed me to rent from this location because it is closer to my home. One week later needed further repair & once again they provided superb customer service. Took me 15 minutes waiting in the lobby to finally speak to a person who told me my reservation was at a different location. He did not offer to give me a ride over there because he was heading out to pick up a customer from a body shop. In order to do so, he left the place completely unattended. The other location wouldn't send anyone to come get me because they couldn't leave the store unattended! If my insurance didn't use enterprise, I would have gotten a car somewhere else. read more

Rented at first via State Farm - the collision center gave us a two week estimate but only took a week - they continued to rent to us the second week at the state farm rate of 38 dollars a day for a second week for a small suv which they said was a steal umm no - but said the last day of the second week the rates would go up to $200 a day - they also charge per calender day - so no matter when you bring it back a day is a day - needless to say we had to cut our vacation short due to the price hike which was very sad and caused us to missed the last day of the women's college word series - the owner was very unapologetic and said how would he know we were not a flight risk and maybe someone not willing to not return the car - ummm what??? This was a crazy accusation/thought to even say out loud - well I would just say lots of elements made this a strange rental experience but I would definitely steer clear of this unfriendly and inflexible enterprise. read more

Booked at call center, but did not receive email confirmation of location, drove to nearest location in Cedar Park, they found the reservation at 620 location a few miles away, but before I left told me that I could return car here (CP) since it was closer and showed me the late night key return, modified the reservation to give an extra 15 minutes to drive there. Great service so far. Rented from 620 location, returned car on promised date but dropped off at CP location per Enterprise's instruction. Next day the 620 manager called and said I was being charged an extra $200 (more than the total rental) for a one way fee for dropping off at CP per the instructions given by the CP location. I called back and the manager was rude, refused to give his name, was too busy to discuss, promised to call me back which he did not, promised to have the regional support manager call me which he did not. I had to call several times over the next few days and eventually I filed a complaint twice online and by phone ...and was told a regional customer support manager would call me, but have heard nothing in three weeks. Pretty far from their Customer First brand value. Very disappointed for I have used Enterprise for 20 years, will no longer do so. read more

Never got any paperwork you'll don't give paperwork or contact to customers only thing I got was a charge on my credit car that I was not told at the beginning. Awful, dishonest people! They tried to charge me $1300 for hail damage when we were clearly in a drought when I used the car. There was no rain, hail, or any other precipitation. Then they tried to turn the bill over to collections when I refused to pay for something I did not do. If I could give 5 negative stars I would! read more

This location is HORRIBLE!!! They have no cars (literally had one car) and asked if will do? Hahah I had no choice unfortunately as this was a pick up from a location when my car was being repaired. I reached out the the manager - haven't heard back yet, to exchange as they should get more cars in....this car has a BAD odor and the tire light keeps coming on - told the employee who picked me up about it and he just reset the light to turn it off (by his own admission) will update IF they reach out and rectify. Horrible! Horrible. Horrible. I have never run into such a poorly staffed branch of this company. I was told from the beginning that someone would come and pick me up because I couldn't get an Uber because I lived about a half a mile away. They called me 15 minutes before they were supposed to pick me up to let me know they had no one because there was only one person there and that person could not leave. Understandable. As I am an elderly person I decided I needed the exercise so I walked all the way up there to pick up my vehicle. I was assured when it came time for me to drop off the vehicle I would be able to get a ride. I get there again. Only one person is working there and I had to wait for someone to pick me up. Granted that person did come back rather quickly but just the idea that I needed to get back to work within a certain amount of time and I was delayed, after being assured I'd be in and out in 10 minutes, that was not the case. Very unhappy with this branch. I will not use them again. I'll just take Lyft or Uber to the airport and do my rental business there. It's out of the way but when you are an older person and you know no one in the city because you are basically relocated here, that is an issue. There's a good possibility that I may not use I am understanding to a fault but as I told the young guy working at the counter, I am not embracing the suck. Won't use this Branch again. I wish I could leave zero stars. Branch manager, Drew, set me up with a rental car on 2/13 after being in auto accident. He asked if I wanted to upgrade to a SUV for an extra $9/day, to which I declined. Somehow, we got on the topic of me driving a SUV and Drew said USAA should have matched my current vehicle and given me a SUV. He then said he would call USAA to get approval for an upgrade, that he'd even lie and say I have back problems that prevent me from getting in and out of a lower sedan. He said he does that "all the time". I sat there for an hour while he tried contacting USAA. He was unable to get through to anyone, so he said, "it's ok. If they pushback then I'll send this up the ladder and get our corporate involved. We'll get this covered for you." That was the last I heard from him until after I returned the car on 3/4, to which he told me I was now responsible for the upgrade amount of $360+. He never followed up with me in between 2/13 - 3/4 to inform me that the upgrade wasn't approved, otherwise I would have happily gone back with the sedan. He has been zero help in resolving this issue and has been putting it back on me/USAA when this is very clearly an Enterprise issue. When I asked for his Area Manager's information, he refused to give it to me stating he cannot give out "personal information" - he would not even give me the manager's name. This is poor business and not the way to treat & manipulate clients. I'm hoping this review will brought to the attention of his boss and/or corporate. I would like it to be resolved as I don't feel I should be responsible for paying this fee when I was assured, I would not be. read more

OMG. Worst customer service EVER! I was ignored when I walked in the door and when I requested a certain type of vehicle, I was told that I would just get whatever was available when I got there. That didn't sound right to me, and I have never been told that before by any car rental place. So I called the next closest location immediately and was able to lock in the vehicle I needed, no problem. Took my business elsewhere. Happy to travel the 4 extra miles to get good service and a little customer appreciation!!! Word of advice....lose the attitude. read more

O-for-2 with acceptable cars. First vehicle I could not adjust the side mirrors. Controls allowed me to move mirrors up and down, but not left or right. And the AC vent was missing a knob so it was fixed in position to blow directly into my face. I went back inside, explained issues and asked for another vehicle. Second vehicle had a low tire pressure warning on the dash display... I asked for this to be corrected and agent told me to take it to a gas station. So I got out and had her void the entire rental. Bad cars. Poor customer service. Now I'm off to another rental company to get a road worthy vehicle. read more

OK let me start by saying that the car rental was not in my name but of that of a friend, who had earlier that day, been in a car accident and we were simply helping her collect a replacement vehicle she had reserved earlier. Unbeknown to the lady at Enterprise, one of our party had previously worked for a car rental company and was familiar with the scams and tactics used to get a customer to purchase add-ons so they increase their own personal bonus payments. Initially the "lady" who served us, lacked any customer skills whatsoever and was verging on being rude and disrespectful throughout. To make matters worse, she blatantly tried to increase the quote we had received by over 40% and insisted this was the best price available. At one point she asked if the car renter was "actually legally married!" Imagine our surprise to learn that there is a new law, that we are not aware of, that in order to rent a car, you have to produce a marriage certificate? Who knew! After much debate, Enterprise all of a sudden managed to find a deal which brought the rental price more in line with the original quote. Why do Enterprise choose to employ such underhand and unethical tactics in order to secure an extra few $? Maybe this is a company wide policy for a morally corrupt organization. Getting in an accidental is an overall, unfortunate situation. From the insurance, to the repair shop -- everything is stressful. While this whole experience has been awful, I am glad to say there was a shining light when working with this Enterprise location. Everyone was sympathetic, quick to respond, honest, and transparent. Due to issues with the length of my repair and going out of town, I have been in three different vehicles. Needless to say, neither of my visits to Enterprise have been a headache. Great service. They were more than willing to upgrade my car rental for no charge and even went to another location to get the car I wanted. The ladies names were Litfa and Chasity. Great customer service from these two women. While I waited for my car to arrive I sat and listen to the store manager Adam try and find out a way to get a woman stranded in the side of the road a car even if he had to go himself. Anyway, my point is they were really nice. I would come here again. Donno why the rating is so low for this location. Seems like just people not liking the actual cars? PEOPLE! Made a reservation on March 20th for a car to be picked up approximately 3 hours later. I did my part - showed up on time And guess what - no cars. I was stranded as I had taken an Uber to get there. I understand this happens, but there is no reason a phone call to the customer was not made by this staff. The best thing was that the employee gave me the unfortunate news after taking my license and putting my info in the computer. This team of employees cost me money and time - what an embarrassment - where is the service? I am a president's circle renter with Hertz and used Enterprise out of what I thought was for convenience. How do they run their business like this? After completing the paperwork, they took the time to show me the basics of the dashboard and instrument controls. The cost was very reasonable and the vehicle was perfect. Terrible customer service. Second time I rented from them. First time they tried to overcharge my insurance company. After I pointed out the incorrect rental amount, they told me not to worry about it because it wasn't costing me anything. I argued about it and they finally relented. The second time, I showed up, they gave me a car with no gas. Then they tried to charge me an extra $250 for insurance and services I specifically said no to. Fortunately, I had my paperwork and they reversed the charges after an hour on the phone with customer service. Very unethical and I will not rent from them again. read more

I recently rented a vehicle from this location after my car ended up in the shop and I needed a rental the same day. I booked the rental on-line and accidentally booked for the next day with a pre-paid transaction. When I realized my mistake, I called the office and they said they would try to get me something even though I had booked for the wrong day. I took an Uber to the office and they put me in a large van that would have rented for a much higher price than the car I had originally reserved. I was on my way within 30 minutes of arriving! Vivienne was extremely helpful and did everything possible to get me back on the road even though it was my mistake that caused all of the issues. Teddy was also very helpful in getting me checked in and on my way. I am very grateful to both of these individuals for helping me out of jam! read more

This location has people that absolutely have amazing customer service! My sister and I were late going go pick up a car reservation when I realized I had left my license at my house 45 miles away. My sister put it in her name and after my two bank cards not swiping, having too go through several CSR at my bank for an authorization code, it all worked out. These two gentleman stayed 45 minutes AFTER they were supposed to close for the day. I am in customer service as well and probably would have done the same thing. Their efforts were very much appreciated. The younger gentleman was named Weston and the one that had to actually troubleshoot all of our issues had been with the compact for 10 years but cannot remember his name. The worst service I ever had in my life by a new cocky manager. Not only did she not believe my job title I had to call my assistant to let her know my job title. I also had to call my condo complex to prove my utilities were paid. Very unprofessional and I will never go back to this location as long as Vivienne Li is Branch manger at that location. She kept claiming it was policy... I guess it was policy to down talk the last branch manger that was last there. If the last manager was so bad why was I picked up an hour late when the last manager always had me picked up a hour early.... read more

This is theeee worst enterprise that is out there. I called for a cargo van and was told that they were out ok. I asked a simple questions as to why does it show online and the guy tells me their manager hasn't sold them out online. I said that's false advertisement and disappointing because your location is nearest me. He said oh ok. I then said what is your name, of course he gave me a fake name and said his name was john, when I asked for a manger he refused and said I can go somewhere else and hung up the phone. When I called back I got a gentlemen by the name of OBI, the very 1st thing I did was ask for all names who are working. Obi, Lou and Issac, I'm pretty sure it was issac. My point is this is what enterprise customer service looks like. If so I don't want anything to do with them. The way I was handled and mistreated is unfair. I simply just wanted to move my things to my new home and now it's been made even more frustrating and difficult. I would like someone to rectify this issue.
