From the time my insurance company let me know that they would cover my rental car, I received a communication from Enterprise that I could proceed to the store and get my car. From the time of taking my car into the shop for repair to picking up my car, it was all done within a 1-hour period. I was greeted at the Enterprise store by Abby Bazan, the branch manager. She was efficient, professional, personable, and I'd rate her customer service skills to be a 10. When returning the car today, I was greeting by another friendly, personable and professional employee, Tahjae Collins, management trainee. He was fast in expediting my return and took the time to review the additional charges with and sent me on my way as a satisfied customer who will remember this experience. I enjoyed chatting with both Abby and Tahjae and appreciated their willingness to engage.

He then proceeded to transfer me to his "supervisor" who's name apparently was also "Sam" 2nd Sam then recorded my voice stating all my information again (2nd red flag) and tried to get me to download an app on my phone called ANYDESK. For those not aware, this is a legitimate app used by scammers to take control of your device. That's were I ended the call. Please do not fall for this and trust your gut feeling. I overlooked several red flags because I thought I was calling a respectable business.

The driver (Paul, I think) who picked me up from Berli's was great - on time, really nice and friendly - and was the best part of the entire experience. I called the Friday before to reserve the car I wanted (full-size, Altima or Camry) and I was told it wouldn't be a problem, they would have plenty of cars at 9:30am on Tuesday. I made her PROMISE she would have the car on the lot. When I arrived to pick up my car, they ONLY HAD 2 CARS - a Corolla and an SUV. Long story short, I started asking a shitload of questions and made the guy go back and forth showing me both cars, letting me sit inside of them, asked him to tell me about their gas mileage (which he wasn't very knowledgable), etc. until LUCKILY an Altima pulled in (destined for the Ford dealership). I asked if I could have it and they let me. NOTE: the Altima is not great and smells like someone has smoked in it, even though there is a strict no smoking policy. If I had my choice, I would have rented from Enterprise.
