It has been several months since I have rented from this location, and this most recent Rental experience was exceptionally good Having recently rented from a competitor, with a rental experience that was beyond bad. The agent assisting me in the Rental checkout was polite, professional, and made sure the car was safe to leave the lot. She even checked the tread depth on the tires (huge bonus points) My rental Car drove exceptionally well, and they even upgraded me since they didn't have my full-size vehicle available when I arrived to pick my rental. The return experience was a little chaotic because of all of the cars and activity going on in the lot. The same agent checked me in, that checked me out, when I got out of the car, she said, welcome back, Mr. (my last name). - Pretty dang impressive I was happy with my daily Rental rate... Needed the vehicle for just one day, exceeded all my expectations. My last Rental experience about a week ago with a competitor my companion kept reminding me or trying to educate me that I should have gone with Enterprise. She kept saying Enterprise will treat you right and not like this... She was right If you're looking for a short-term a long-term rental, I highly recommend Enterprise I know this location does a lot of insurance rentals, and there may be issues associated with that type of transaction, but for the traditional Rental experience, short or long I think you'll be very happy with this location of Enterprise,k. give them a try. The attendant and I pre inspected the car for any damage, was given the keys and off I go. The only negative here was the smell of the cleaner they used. It as a very strong Lysol smell that remained with the car throughout the rental no matter how many times I rolled all the windows down. The employees were very nice and the key return drawer is very well fortified.

Arrived at this location at this location just after 12 and multiple employees inside helping other customers. Refused to open the door and simply pointed at the closed sign. I was one of two customers outside. 2 Hertz employee - One of two employees behind the counter w a large beard guy behind the counter came out with a customer and asked if he can help me but just said no despite what hertz notes in the app. When taking a picture of the phone number on the door to Hertz he assumed I was taking a picture of him turning around smiling at me behind the locked door and posing with a thumbs up. Feel sad for this individual for Hertz short coming but also his behavior cause he was obviously not in the best of places. Hope this review invokes change to your system @hertz because this does not exude alignment with what cx should be as a presidents circle member and frequent renter. Even as a regular everyday renter this is a poor experience. Asides from the disruption to visit loved ones for the holidays having to spend an additional 80 dollars to uber to the airport to rent a car, uber back and forth from this location to the tune of 30 dollars, it was a poor experience in business standards. Do better and hope the employee here has a better situation to put him in a better mood for the holiday season.

    Horrible experience picking up this rental. I had a reservation at 12p but due to work issues I…read morearrived a bit later. Upon arrival, I was notified that no cars were ready and that they didn't have the type of car I reserved. Considering the reservation was placed well in advance of the pick up date, I'd believe this is something that should have actually been held for the customer RESERVING the vehicle or communicated to the customer before arrival. Furthermore, why aren't the cars cleaned and ready if you know you have people coming in to pick up cars regardless if it's the one they want or not. After receiving the news, I was told they only had large vehicles, okay fine by me. When given the options to choose from, I was only given the make of the car, Toyota or Hundai. This prompted me to ask the model of the cars.... they were minivans. Again, why not be upfront about this as well, don't try to hide the fact of what the car is by just offering the make of it. I immediately refused and then miraculously they also had a Durango available. Had I not rejected the "Toyota or Hundai" would I not have been offered the Durango? I expressed my frustration with the manager on duty AJ and his response was that he thought I'd want to save on gas which is why it was not initially offered. That is not your area to make a decision on. Of course I chose the Durango however, I didn't realize until I drove off that the car wasn't even given to me with a full tank of gas. Of course I called and complained. The explanation was that they do a match on gas so whatever level it is given, that is how it should be returned. Well duh but why is it not on full?. I have NEVER received a rental car without a full tank of gas. Returning the car was a total opposite experience. I believe the gentleman's name was Koolie or Kolby (I can't remember the exact name but I know he specified that it started with a K), asked about my experience and boy he shouldn't have done that! He was very apologetic and calm when receiving my feedback. He even explained to me why such things happened upon picking up the car, something that should have been provided then vs now but I still appreciate the explanation. He arranged a car for me to be dropped off and even carried my bags to the car. Based on this experience, I am not sure I'd rent with this location again.

I swung by after stopping by my collision shop and was greeted by the friendly lady working at the front desk who took all my info, insurance and deposit. And even let me pick a gun standard/midsize vehicle to drive, which ended up being a Tesla! Smart car for dumb people, yes. Lol. Although there was a learning curve and less than 15% left to charge; there were supercharging stations in proximity and we were also able to charge the vehicle at home. It's been a stressful few weeks sorting this out being involved in insurance hell but Hertz helping me not walk in this 100 degree summer and getting me in a vehicle to drive around has been much appreciated! Can't wait for my own vehicle to return, my husband will certainly miss our rental, but now we know they're close by if we ever need a fun weekend ride :)

    The 2 Clowns running this place are a joke…read more I rented 2 trucks from this location for a 1 day rental. I left in a hurry without looking at the rental receipt on my way to the airport. I figured they would have accurate information logged about the vehicles since I've never had this issue with hertz in the past. when I got back from my trip I was shocked at the additional fees they had charge me. They logged both vehicles as having full tank of gas when they were only 1/4 full. they charged me $98 for not returning a child seat even though I returned it. I was charged $300 more than I should have in fuel and child seat charges I did not accumulate. video and photos of the vehicle I rented show less miles on the odometer than were logged on my rental. trying to get any answer from hertz customer service is a joke. the employees know this and push the work load off on corporate even though it is their screw up. I will NEVER rent from this location and probably Hertz ever again.
