    The Enterprise Rent-A-Car on North Mays is remarkable. Extremely good customer service the vehicle they gave me was clean and they explained the car rental process to me. They even had a car to come pick me up from my house and take me to enterprise when I dropped off the car they gave me a ride home. The staff was spice and friendly, courteous and polite and knowledgeable about the vehicles that I was renting from the inspection when I picked up the car to the inspection when I dropped it off they were very friendly and explained the entire process to me .

    WRITTEN WARNING - WRONG LICENSE PLATE ON RENTAL CAR!

    Summary of My Experience: * It took over an hour to pick up my reserved rental, despite only three customers ahead of me. * The branch manager, Ived, was very rude to another customer who was trying to pick up a replacement vehicle for his original rental, which had broken down. She told him and his family they'd have to wait until closing time (several hours away) before she'd check availability. * I inspected the vehicle, checked the gas, and set off. * While en route to McAllen, TX, I was stopped by law enforcement. * The officer informed me that the registration on the vehicle was expired, and the license plate didn't even match the vehicle! After about 45 minutes, I was given a written warning and advised I might be stopped again if any other officer ran the plates. * I immediately called the rental location in Round Rock, leaving a detailed message with an employee named Alyssa. I emphasized the need for a manager to call me back so I could be transferred into a legally compliant vehicle. I provided an additional contact number to ensure a response. * Upon reaching McAllen, I contacted the local Enterprise office. They were unable to find a replacement vehicle until later in the week, after I was scheduled to leave. The employee, Johnny, tried his best to locate a solution, even calling airport locations, but unfortunately had no luck. * Despite receiving four texts reminding me to return the vehicle, I received no return call from the manager regarding my urgent situation. * When I returned the car, there were over 15 customers waiting, with only one person at the desk (who I later found out was the manager). A woman came by to collect keys, and I handed mine over. * She returned a short time later, asking me to sign the invoice. I explained that I would not sign it until I had spoken with the manager, as I wouldn't be paying for an illegal rental. She tried to usher me outside, and I explained the license plate issue again. She checked the plate and claimed it matched the contract, but I showed her the written warning. Finally, she verified the issue, and they canceled the rental charge, which I appreciated. However, I expressed my frustration at not having received a return call and being left to handle this situation alone. She mentioned her team's lack of experience, which I felt was inappropriate under the circumstances. * I also reached out to the Area Manager, Janelle Arnold, leaving a voicemail almost a month ago. I have received no response. * I posted on social media and tagged Enterprise. They responded quickly, asking for details and promising someone would contact me. Unfortunately, no one followed up. Key Takeaway: Always check that the license plate, color, make, and model match your rental contract. I work for a fairly large company with offices across three states. Enterprise has long been our company's preferred rental provider. However, given this experience, I'll be selecting a different provider for future rentals. I've also shared this experience with our travel team for them to consider other options.

Arrived at this location at this location just after 12 and multiple employees inside helping other customers. Refused to open the door and simply pointed at the closed sign. I was one of two customers outside. 2 Hertz employee - One of two employees behind the counter w a large beard guy behind the counter came out with a customer and asked if he can help me but just said no despite what hertz notes in the app. When taking a picture of the phone number on the door to Hertz he assumed I was taking a picture of him turning around smiling at me behind the locked door and posing with a thumbs up. Feel sad for this individual for Hertz short coming but also his behavior cause he was obviously not in the best of places. Hope this review invokes change to your system @hertz because this does not exude alignment with what cx should be as a presidents circle member and frequent renter. Even as a regular everyday renter this is a poor experience. Asides from the disruption to visit loved ones for the holidays having to spend an additional 80 dollars to uber to the airport to rent a car, uber back and forth from this location to the tune of 30 dollars, it was a poor experience in business standards. Do better and hope the employee here has a better situation to put him in a better mood for the holiday season.

It has been several months since I have rented from this location, and this most recent Rental experience was exceptionally good Having recently rented from a competitor, with a rental experience that was beyond bad. The agent assisting me in the Rental checkout was polite, professional, and made sure the car was safe to leave the lot. She even checked the tread depth on the tires (huge bonus points) My rental Car drove exceptionally well, and they even upgraded me since they didn't have my full-size vehicle available when I arrived to pick my rental. The return experience was a little chaotic because of all of the cars and activity going on in the lot. The same agent checked me in, that checked me out, when I got out of the car, she said, welcome back, Mr. (my last name). - Pretty dang impressive I was happy with my daily Rental rate... Needed the vehicle for just one day, exceeded all my expectations. My last Rental experience about a week ago with a competitor my companion kept reminding me or trying to educate me that I should have gone with Enterprise. She kept saying Enterprise will treat you right and not like this... She was right If you're looking for a short-term a long-term rental, I highly recommend Enterprise I know this location does a lot of insurance rentals, and there may be issues associated with that type of transaction, but for the traditional Rental experience, short or long I think you'll be very happy with this location of Enterprise,k. give them a try. The attendant and I pre inspected the car for any damage, was given the keys and off I go. The only negative here was the smell of the cleaner they used. It as a very strong Lysol smell that remained with the car throughout the rental no matter how many times I rolled all the windows down. The employees were very nice and the key return drawer is very well fortified.

    Warning - Lemons Sold Here!…read more This is a repost. Somehow my post was taken down. This is what happend to me at this dealer. I purchased a car from this dealership for my son, who was heading off to college. The Cars4uTX sticker is still on the back of what is now a broken car. At the time, it seemed like a great deal--low mileage (61,000), no accidents, everything looked clean. But after just 6,000 easy highway miles, the transmission completely failed. In my opinion, the chances that the dealer didn't know the car was on the verge of a major failure are XZERO. Just Google "Nissan transmission problems" or ask any AI platform for an overview. AI Summary on Nissan CVT Transmission: Nissan's CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) has a well-documented history of issues: premature failure, overheating, whining or shuddering noises, and more. These problems often result in delayed acceleration, power loss, or total failure--sometimes even leading to accidents. Selling the car as-is is an option, but I'd be lucky to get a few thousand dollars for it. Fixing it and then selling it is another possibility--but honestly, unlike a dealer like Cars4UTX, I'd feel guilty passing a car with known transmission issues on to another person or family just looking for reliable transportation. All I can say is this: buyer beware with this dealership. Ask every question. Do your research. Don't expect the dealer to be upfront--they just want to move inventory. This has been a very expensive lesson for us. There are plenty of other dealerships out there. Choose wisely.
