If I could give the location on Austin Avenue negative stars I would. Hayden is unprofessional, condescending, and needs extensive customer service training. Please choose a location other than this one. I had a confirmed appointment and reservation, Hayden called the morning of and said it's not his fault he doesn't have any cars. I tried to reach a resolution and Hayden was beyond unhelpful. How Hayden is in a position of management is surprising. Enterprise must not offer training or customer service expectations, Hayden has zero of these characteristics. read more

They very efficient, friendly and provide several good services. I like they will come to you and drive you back to their facility on Leander road. The Quailty of cars at $50 a day are not consistent. One time you can get a new hybrid with low miles or a 2 year old Chevy with over 53K. Some staff are unfriendly. read more

I was charged for a day. I didn't even have the vehicle. I called and the Manager at the Leander Road location in Georgetown is horrible. Refused to help and laughed at me. Pay the extra money and go somewhere else. Manager is not professional should not be in this position is on some kind of ego trip and does not know how to provide customer service. While my car was being repaired, I rented a vehicle from the Georgetown, TX Enterprise branch. During the rental I traveled to SE Texas, using toll roads. I called to ask how the toll was handled and was told they'd pay it using my credit card and the service fee would be $4. When I returned the car, I was told that I would receive an email from Enterprise stating what the toll charge was and I could opt to go online and pay it directly and avoid the service charge. This morning I got an email with the toll information AND the service charge of $9.90, and it was already charged to my credit card. I called the branch and was told there is no way to avoid the service charge, but no explanation was given for the increase in service charge. This will be my last rental from Enterprise!!! read more

I'm a Platinum Member and I reserved a rental from this location. Hayden wasn't satisfied with my rate for$225.00. He told me I couldn't extend for that rate and had to return the vehicle. It's amazing that Enterprise offers discounts but the branch manager Hayden wouldn't honor it. He blew my phone up as if I wasn't under a contract. Hayden told me I had to come in and rewrite the contract for $50 a day. Hunter told me $80.00 a day. Horrendous! read more

This place is absolutely ridiculous. We made an online reservation for a one-way rental car. When we received our email back, stating our details of the reservation and noting that an acceptable form of payment is a debit card. Upon arrival, the manager, Adam, informed us that we could not make a one-way rental without a credit card. We don't use credit. I asked where is says that, and they could show me no proof that a credit card is required for this type of rental. The manager could find no policy to reference that a customer might have seen to be informed about this. Their "solution" for us was that I had to ask a friend who lived in town (who was at work) with a credit card to come over, rent the car on our behalf and add me as an additional driver. Which is wild, as this person who now has financial responsibility for this is not even driving with us to our next location. This same location has before informed us that my husband, who is in the military and therefore has an expired drivers license but does have an active duty military ID, could not be added as a second driver to our trip "because of their policy." Mind you, their emails to their customers contradict this information. We will never use Enterprise again. read more

Hayden is rude and tries to rip off customers. He has no Customer Service skills whatsoever and he supposed to be the branch manager? Do not use this location or any other enterprise location. It is not worth it as they will only try to rip you off. They make commission off of fuel sales, vehicle upgrades, and trying to sell you their insurance. They only look out for themselves and how much money they can make off of you because it's commission based. The last thing they care about is Customer Service and taking care of the customer. They have no idea what doing the right thing means because doing the right thing in their eyes which is doing what's right for their pocket. Doing what's right is what's going to make that individual commission. They can care less about Customer Service. Avoid this place and ask your insurance to use Hertz instead. read more

The last 3 times that I have booked with Enterprise they have not had our vehicle. The first time we did not receive any notice until we got to the location to pick up the vehicle. They were not able to get the vehicle that we had rented but did get a vehicle that worked. The second time we were called 45 minutes before pick up while we were on our way to pick up the vehicle. They said sorry but our vehicle was not available. We were told to call corporate. We did call corporate and they said that they would call us back. I never received a call back. We ended up renting with another company. There was no follow up from corporate at all. Third time we decided to call the day before the rental was to be picked up and was told that they would not have a vehicle for us, and to call corporate. Corporate changed our reservation to another location, so we called that location to confirm, and again were told that they would not have a vehicle for us. If we were booking the vehicle a day before pick up then I would be more understanding about not having the vehicle, but we the second reservation was booked 23 days out and the third was booked 10 days out. Very frustrated with the business practices. I asked to talk to a regional manager this last time and was told that they would not take a customer call. You need to get your act together! read more

Anderson Mill Austin Texas branch is the absolute WORST Drew and Macy are so rude and are thieves. I rented a vehicle for around 6 weeks. Drew refused to give me back my deposit stating it's because I kept extending my agreement. However, every time I extended the agreement I paid them. Not to mention they charged me for and additional 2 days when the car was in their possession. Now to make things worst I've been calling their 855 number to get ahold of an area manager and still haven't received a call back. I will NEVER rent from them Shaun and trust believe I'll let all my family and friends know NOT to rent from them too. read more

I was with my friend who was trying to get a rental car. I had recommended Enterprise as I have rented from them for 20+ years. Her car was totaled from an accident on Jan 24th. The insurance co sent her to this branch. She called this morning to find out when she could get the car. The phone tree sent her to a reservation line in a different area. Then was told they would call her with info on when they could pick her up. They never called. 3 hours later she called and got a live person. They didn't have the order. But straightened that out. She was then told that she lived to far away from them so they would not pick her up. She lives next door to me and I've been picked up by the other Georgetown office many times. She called me at work and I came and got her and drove her out there. MADE sure before I left that they had a car for her. 2 hours later, she showed up at my work. They got the car but then said they needed a credit card, which I understand. She doesn't have one, so that became an issue. She told them again that she would need a ride because she had been dropped off. They argued about that! The girl who did eventually take her complained the whole way! I have been involved in Customer Service as a manager for more than 30 yrs. I am appalled at the lack of service of this office. I will NEVER use this office! Stopped at this location on Austin Ave in Georgetown to see if we could switch out the vehicle we got in San Antonio. The girl was not helpful at all. We explained the car we had has extreme wobble after 45mph in need of an alignment or other work. She just shrugged her shoulders and said we are out of vehicles but if you head south you might find some. We just came from the south and are headed north. We asked her to please call the next location north and see if they had vehicles available, she said she couldn't because she has too many customers. Complete silence as we look around and we are the only ones there. She was too busy to help us, but she wasn't doing anything. We couldn't call as our cell phones were dead because the vehicle only had one USB port that didn't work. We explained we weren't able to call could we use the phone to call next location, again she told us she was to busy to help us. And once again she said we should drive south to check availability, not sure what part about we just came from the south and are driving north, that she didn't understand. Terrible customer service.
