Desiree, Colton, and Julius have all provided exceptional customer service.  They were very patient with me, and with my husband who called after I called the office twice.  I took a star off because the first car they gave me was somewhat dirty inside. No one ever picks up the phone. The store employees can never do anything right. They never have any vehicles. Having a reservation for a certain vehicle class means absolutely nothing as there is always an excuse as to why they don't have that vehicle class in inventory when you get there. It's the same runaround at all 3 of these Enterprise locations in Leander and Cedar Park. I hope that another rental company opens up shop nearby because these local Enterprises are enough to make someone lose their mind and ruin their week. read more

If I could do no stars, I would, this is one of those situations. While one guy was nice about how much they screwed us over, the problem still stands that they screwed us over and have no intention of resolving it, even for our remaining reservations. We booked a reservation back in December (DECEMBER MIND YOU) for several June/July times because we know how difficult getting 15 passenger vans can be. We checked on it multiple times thru spring, calling the local number, which unbeknownst to us, kicked over the the national # because the never NEVER answer their phones. Each time we were assured we had a reservation and were set. Come the Saturday before the local branch does call and let us know there is no van. We run over right away to try to solve and there is no solution. As far as they're concerned the national/online was never supposed to book it, they don't have it, and good luck finding one. Go try a different enterprise. We were sent from location to location of Enterprise as they were closing desperately trying to get a vehicle and told each time we weren't their problem and they had the own people they had to get vans to even though other reservations came months after ours. It was always kicked back on us, that we should've called sooner, or you did? You should have called directly? Oh you did? Well you didn't come in person and do it and you should have never booked with us in the first place. After 3 hrs we gave up on working with Enterprise for that week and just tried to resolve the remaining reservations. No go. They threw out all the notes we gave them with our remaining confirmation #s and reservations and told us to call around. When we told them the national # told us that was their job to arrange it, the response from the manager was to sigh, roll her eyes and say I guess I could try but no one has any. So why then would you tell us to do it??!!!?? There's been no follow up. Even from that cute little auto-response asking for more info email that'll get posted in response to this (I see you Enterprise bot). We've followed up on our own, gone through the complaint process were told people would be in contact. Nothing. At one point, when we had worked up as high as we could on the phone chain, we were told pretty openly that the complaint was going to do nothing and to just give up on working with Enterprise. The whole energy from bottom to top ( again except for the one dude suuuuuper apologetic about screwing us over and muttering about how the system is broken) is if we just keep kicking them around they'll go away and stop being our problem. This whole situation was a shit show. I would sooner walk across broken glass in hell then work with Enterprise again. read more

I must admit service and staff very friendly. I explained to them about the rock coming off a quarry truck. The communicatio between them and my insurance was slow and tedious. So of course they kept my $500 deposit. But to replace the winshield..$765 Utterly ridiculous. read more

After having been rear-ended, my insurance company contracted with Enterprise to provide me with a vehicle while my car is in the body shop. I was disappointed with my experience with this Enterprise location for three reasons. The first reason is that I was told I would get a shuttle ride from my home to Enterprise, which I believe is a fundamental aspect of their business model. But I was told that they are understaffed and cannot do that. So I had to shell out money for an Uber to get there. The second reason is that when I showed up to get my car, I was told that the car size that I had requested was no longer available and all that was available was a tiny little tin can of a Mitsubishi Mirage. The reason was given to me that I had, arrived late. I informed the woman that I had called their number and changed the appointment to the appropriate time. She told me that the appointment change was not in her system and that I had made the mistake of calling the national number. But I told her that I indeed called their local number to make the change. There was no apology and kind of a smugness in her attitude like whatever dude. The third reason is that I have spent time today calling their office to get a hold of someone over there to switch out the car since I'll probably need this car for a month or more while my car gets repaired. Very hard to get a hold of them and I keep getting the runaround. Extremely unpleasant experience. If it were not for the contract with my insurance company, I would blow this Taco Stand in to go to a totally different rental car company. My advice to you if you have a choice is to use a different location or better yet a different company altogether. It takes about 2 seconds to try to act like you care just a little bit about somebody's situation and you would like to try to help them out within the limits of your abilities. This review is specifically for their team member Ived, who went above and beyond to help me with my issue at the Missouri City location. I rented a car from Cedar Park location and returned it in Missouri City TX Highway 6 Location. I returned it within 24 hours at Missouri City, and the team member there told me they will release the charge so that the Cedar Park can complete the entire charge. I had a weird gut intuition after leaving back home that I didn't get any full confirmation. So I ended up calling the Cedar Park location to confirm it went through. Turns out, the Missouri City team member didn't even do it. So then she said she'll call that location to see what's going on. Typically the procedure should be they do it right away after the car is dropped off but they didn't! So she said still no answer from them. So she went above and beyond to think out of the box and called another enterprise to find someone else who works there to get a hold of them. She even had me stay on the line with her to make sure it was processed. At the same time, I was so nervous I'd be charged because the time is already after 24 HRS. But she reassured me it wouldn't be charged. The Missouri Team member didn't follow the correct protocol. I so appreciate Ived, because she really thought through how to best help me. Honestly, such amazing customer service and if you have any one help you at the Cedar Park location, I highly recommend Ived! She's outstanding and such an amazing team member and asset to their team! read more

Update: Received a reply that this location does not add fuel to any vehicles. Customers are the only ones who are responsible for fuel levels. Be prepared to pickup a vehicle with 1/4, 1/8 or 1/2 tank of fuel. They can't be bothered to fill it up across the street. However, they will charge you $ for bringing it back with less fuel than you started with. Still not sure where that $ goes though. .... read more

Excuses and no apologies made worse by a rude attitude = horrible customer service. Would NOT recommend. First, if you don't have cars available don't accept online reservations. Second, if you accept online reservations for cars you don't have CONTACT THE CUSTOMER BEFORE THEY SHOW UP expecting to pick up a car. Third, when they show up expecting to pick up their reserved car don't be rude to them about it and act like you're bothered by their very existence in your office! I completely understand there is a shortage on rental cars due to the recent hail storm but this does not excuse horrible customer service - one quick, polite, apologetic phone call is all it would have taken to change this experience. read more

As like everyone processing through insurance, I needed a rental. I was never told at time of picking up my rental about how toll usage would be operated until after I returned the car. I've now been charged 3x, unsure why they can't compile it in one receipt. Feels like I am getting milked for my toll usage - mind you do NOT use tolls. It's about 3x the price normally. Obnoxious bill I'm dealing with a month later. To top it off, the car was given to me slightly dirty on the inside. I'm not expecting brand new, but come on, there was grime I cleaned out of the cup holders. Disgusting. read more

My insurance company set up a car rental so I contacted Enterprise to meet me at the auto shop so I could drop off my car and get the rental car. I confirmed with Enterprise again the next morning before I went to the auto shop. Nobody from Enterprise showed up and I waited over 30 minutes from agreed upon time. As a result, I had to reschedule. What I wasn't told on either of my phone calls with Enterprise is the auto shop was supposed to contact them when I got there to let them know I had arrived. That would have been important information for me to know. They did a good job of dropping the rental car off at my home the next day. The gentleman who dropped it off was very professional and polite. However, the washer fluid is low and the remote battery is almost dead. The allotted time for a car rental on my insurance policy expired because the auto shop was having a difficult time getting parts. Therefore, I'm now paying out of pocket for my rental car . I had a phone call from someone at Enterprise last week @ Wednesday asking for payment toward my balance. I made a small payment and was told they would call me on Friday for another payment since I would be getting a check that day. Nobody contacted me on Friday but I noticed today (Wednesday) that $400 had been charged to my bank account by Enterprise using my debit card without my authorization. When I spoke to the Manager at the South Bell Blvd location in Cedar Park, TX, I was told the contract states Enterprise needs a card for charges. I asked why I wasn't told that last week when I made my initial payment. She said she tried calling me multiple times but when I checked my call log there was only one call made to me on Monday and I had no voicemails. My voicemail specifically asks callers to text me and I will call right back. The Manager told me she is not paid to use her cell phone for work and can't text from the office phone. Way to go the extra mile for customer retention and set an example for your team (that's sarcasm)! Not happy! I won't be using Enterprise and will relay my experience to my insurance company. read more

Called to set up a rental at the 1904 N. Bell location for the time it takes for my truck to be repaired. I was told last Thursday the 12th of Oct that there was nothing available until the following Tuesday, Oct 18th, so I made a reservation and was told to come a 2 p.m. with proof of insurance and my TDL. The repair shop guy Ubered there to meet me and I showed up a few minutes early to be told they had no vehicles available and that I didn't even have a reservation. The manager said that they called me several times. but there was no answer. I wasn't happy with that and I expressed my disappointment in a completely appropriate manner but was essentially dismissed by the manager with no offer of appeasement of any kind. I stated that I understood why they were rated at two stars, which she questioned (please look it up yourself) and she accused me of yelling, which was untrue, as well as the claims that I was called several times. No proof of any calls on my phone and I answer even those numbers I don't know. read more

Overall, great & smooth experience. I called yesterday to ensure my insurance company sent the reservation over. The lady I spoke to was very nice & helpful. This morning I went in to pickup a rental car. The lady who helped me was very nice & efficient. Unsure why there are so many bad reviews. The staff here are the RUDEST!! I called two days in a row before my reservation to make sure my son would have all he needed to get his insurance rental, then upon his arrival he was told he had to have all kinds of paperwork in order to get the rental. When I called while he was there and was very upset the entire staff snickered at my anger and said numerous unprofessional things about me to my son! They lied to me then treated my son and I like we were IDIOTS! I will NEVER use this Enterprise location again. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, and their branch manager should be ASAHMED! read more

Had a reservation for 10am. Wasn't going to make it on time so I tried calling. Spent over an hour trying to call to make sure my car would still be there if I was late with no luck or no voicemail. Called corporate and they said the office was having phone issues so I asked to change my reservation to another location. The lady on corporate said the original location has lots of cars available all the way through the next day and that if I was late passed my reservation time, they wouldn't give away my car. Well that was a lie. They gave away my reservation, had no cars to offer me, even as an upgrade and wouldn't refund my deposit. They were zero help. Couldn't even call other stores in the area to see if they had anything available for rent. I understand things happen, phones were down for the day but they wouldn't even offer to call other stores to check availability. I was told "I'm sorry there's nothing I can do to help you." And ushered me out of the store. Been waiting over a week now to hear back about a refund for my deposit. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous. read more
