My experiences have all been good at this location, but my last visit was exceptional. When I arrived at the Emerald aisle, I was immediately helped by Mr. Jadon. He was kind, and quick to help. When I asked for a specific vehicle, I wasn't very hopeful. I usually do a quick search of the Emerald aisle and if there's no vehicle that I specifically want, I tend to just grab whatever. This time I required a four-wheel-drive.. Jaden did not have to go out of his way to help me find what I was looking for, but he did so anyway, and he did it with a good attitude. Maybe the bar is on the floor for most of my experiences with employees, but Jadon went above and beyond to assist me, I was happy to get the vehicle that I wanted, but I travel enough that that's not enough to qualify going out of my way to spend the time too right a review. His customer service was exceptional. I wish more people had his work ethic. It's rare these days. Jadon, if you're reading this, I appreciate you dude.

Well on Saturdays they close early, and my pick up time was right before the close. I emailed the manager back multiple times and tried calling multiple times (called ~7x) crickets... no pick up or response back by email. This Enterprise location did not promise to deliver the car as booked, and didn't provide any alternatives (eg another car of another class) to address my concern. Guess it's Lyft and Uber to get me around then... Don't rent from here. I should have read the negative reviews more closely. They're true. I was hoping to be pleasantly surprised and rent a car here successfully, but instead I was unpleasantly disappointed by this Enterprise location's failure to provide a car as reserved. Honestly, if they always have a shortage of cars here (based on previous reviews and from my current experience), why doesn't Enterprise's system get updated so that it prevents customers from booking a car rental if there's a predicted unavailability? Their prices are comparable to other rental companies in the area, and Robb went out of his way to get me into a car when he heard my situation. He stayed late to get me my rental, helped with any problems along the way, and has been nothing but pleasant the entire time. Apparently they're a new company, and you can definitely tell they'll jump through more hoops than other places to help you out, and they seem like genuinely good people. If that's something you consider when choosing where to spend your money, well this place has got it. They do charge $25 for being under 25, but that's a lot better than being denied.

Its a freaking LONG drive!! But I called Longhorn and told them about my concerns and their pricing was much better than U-Haul or Penske or even one way trips from Vegas to Austin. I have to say they did great with customer service in every way...I told them I had one hell of a trip coming up with 20hrs there and back and over 40hrs driving and here's what I rented and what they did to the truck before I rented it to make sure by trip was safe and without problems. - 15 ft, 2019 Box Truck with only 40,000 miles - New front tires - New brakes - Oil change - Diesel fuel and diesel exhaust fuels both full And they gave me their repair tech's cell number to call anytime on the road in case of problems or concerns. Seriously I got treated very well and I just finished my grueling three day drive and dropped the truck off. Also went through a snow storm in AZ around Flagstaff and this truck handled just fine thanks to the new front tires they put on for me. The miles I paid were 15 cents a miles compared to way over 70-90 cents a mile charged by U-Haul or Penske and the rental was very affordable and also my Geico Insurance covered the truck no problem at no extra charge. This is my 5 STAR review for Longhorn Rentals since I have read so many bad reviews on here and I had a really quality experience renting from them! My advice, make sure you know that the truck you are renting has good tires, oil change, good care and give Longhorn a try since they are priced way better than other truck rentals and their customer service rocked!

I needed to add another driver onto my rental agreement so popped into this Avis location to get this done. The reviews were not mistaken, as the lady that helped us provided great customer service. Unfortunately she was not able to add the second driver for just two out of the six days that I requested, and I had to pay an additional $65 to have an additional driver for the duration of the rental (other places will do this free of charge), but this is more of a corporate thing and not due to lack of service by the rep. We were in and out within 5 minutes - she made everything very easy and convenient.
