    Does not deliver on their promise or guarantee. Skip the line service is a joke. They send you to cars that don't exist and when you finally get a car it's filthy.

    Don't rent from them. They pulled an illegal bait and switch move. Worst Customer Experience. Somehow, not one person was available to speak to. I reserved Tesla model 3 for $150 includes free EV charge fill up at return and I have the photos to prove it. I've only owned this car and has camp mode which is what I needed for my trip. We were one of the first flights that landed and nobody was in line. They didn't have the vehicle in stock. Then, why is it on your website? Why wasn't I contacted about this? Why wasn't I worked with towards compensation? I would have chosen a much cheaper option from a different company. I chose the first car that had Bluetooth. We have 1 hour to get to the funeral and have formal wear we have to put in the trunk. The trunk smells of body odor and now our clothes smell. When we return the car, there are two lanes, one for eReceipt and one for Printed Receipt. We park in the eReceipt lane. Didn't see any associates present. As we walk to our gate at 4am, someone with a backpack on in street wear yells at us to move our vehicle. I'm not sure why this was an issue when we followed the signage. As you can see from the photo I posted. I only used half the tank. They charged $10 per gallon which should be under $4 per gallon. It makes no sense to be charged more, for a nissan. I see a charge for $220. Fair compensation should be at least $100 for not having the car, promising free fill up at return and not fulfilling your promise, maybe a free day or something. I tried calling, and emailing and the only response I get is shown below: " Thank you for completing the survey regarding your recent rental with Hertz. On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you gave us to implement improvements to ensure we offer a better rental experience for our customers in the future.     This particular review is not regarding a vehicle but a rude employee. I was sitting on a bench outside of the Hertz office, enjoying some sun. There are non-smoking signs all over the place and I guarantee this employee knew the rules. She came out, sat on the bench and started smoking, which completely ruined my experience. Not only is it disgusting but extremely rude.

    The line takes forever, six stations only two people working  It's worse than the DMV. They are extremely slow

    Hertz has fraudulently charged our card and multiple calls have not resolved - over $600 charge for a rental that we didn't even book!

Zak was extremely helpful, professional, and communicated everything clearly from start to finish. The checkout process was quick and timely, and he went above and beyond to explain things I didn't fully understand without ever making me feel rushed. Because of Zak's outstanding customer service, I'm officially a customer for life. I'm a co-parent and travel to Austin every other month, and Fox will continue to be my go-to rental company because of experiences like this. Please keep Zak around give him a raise, recognition, whatever you need to do because he is awesome and will absolutely continue bringing in repeat business. Employees like him make all the difference. Goodbye Budget Rental and hello Fox!

It took us more than 30 minutes to get our car from the fox rent a car. First off, we reserved a Kia Sportage online and paid for it. However, when we got to the booth, the representative kept telling us we booked a Nissan Kick. And then, he said that car wasn't available either and that we can only rent us the Dodge charger which was a sedan. It newly saying is roomy and it would have plenty of space for our things. Which was bull! When we asked for a SUV, he said he had a grand Cherokee but it would cost us$20 more per day. It was so frustrating. He wasn't trying to work with us. I thought he was being rude and took advantage of us. We ended up taking the dodge because we didn't want to pay more. By the way, it wasn't roomy at all. It was cramped inside the car with the car seat, diaper bag, and me in the back with the baby. We were so mad. We complained to wisecars.com about our situation and they said they would email fox rent a car. They got back to us and said that fox rent a car actually upgraded us to that sedan. How was that an upgrade from an SUV? I wish I read the reviews for this rental car company before we went there. Don't rent from these guys. They don't care about you.

Felt like signing a blank check, but I thought, "It'll be okay." However, it's been a complete fiasco to deal with them regarding being rear-ended, with the exception of their Roadside Assistance line; that guy was excellent. But apart from that, I've experienced a Hertz.com website that won't recognize the car contract or tags, the customer service line is "no longer in service", and the "contact us" form leads to a blank web page. Calling leads to a "call us again on a business day" message. I finally got a foreign call center who told me there was an accident report form in the glove box (nope!). I finally wrote up a statement and told the attendant when I turned in the car but got an "YOU HAVE DAMAGE! YOU MUST REPORT THIS!" email/text. Called the CS rep again and was told everything should be fine, since they have all the claim numbers, etc. But again today, I got the same email, demanding I account for the accident on your non-functional website. This is astonishingly bad customer service, which has taken hours of my time, day after day, and the fact that it's ongoing is even worse. It's clear that there are pervasive problems behind the scenes, particularly when they are things that should be easily addressed. :( Also, if you do book with them, look the car over and take photos--the seams were ripped in 3 places in the back seat. Lastly, be aware that if you use the toll roads, that will cost you big-time through Dollar, but you can set your GPS to "avoid toll roads" and it will prompt you to easily hop on and off the freeway at the appropriate times to avoid them entirely. :)
