I have made my payments as agreed and contacted them before my payment was due because I was trying to change my payment schedule after being told by the finance team that after six months I could make one payment per month instead of bi-weekly. When I tried to do that, I was given a completely different answer. I was told the first month "does not count," that I would have to rewrite my contract, and that my payment would be around $780/month. None of this was explained to me when I purchased the vehicle or provided to me in writing. Instead of taking responsibility and helping resolve the issue, I was passed between departments while I was at work trying to get answers. My vehicle was even disabled while I was actively trying to communicate and resolve the situation. Customers should not have to chase down important financing information after the fact. Clear communication and accountability matter. I hope management takes this seriously and improves how they handle customers. please do NOT Waste your time there I had issues as of day one request to take it back the next day.
