DO NOT RENT AT THIS LOCATION. The most horrible customer service…read more The Manager Associate Liam Loubser has NO answers to any of your questions. I was promised a shuttle service drop off after returning the car but when I got to the rental location, neither Liam nor the shuttle driver was present. Finally I had to Uber home without any charges coverage by Hertz. It doesn't seem like the manager Matthew cares much about what goes on with the employees either as both Liam and shuttle driver left early even though the location is supposed to be open until 5. A third guy was the only person was present when I dropped off the car who called Liam to say "I got a really mad customer here" right in front of me. As if I was being unreasonable. Is this the way to talk to people???!These guys all need a lesson in customer service 101. They even charged me for additional authorized driver even though it is free for Gold members. Nowhere on the website does it mention that a minimum of 3 rentals with the Gold membership is required. So scammy. Now about the car, they had very basic models without the common features found in any 2022 car. No CarPlay or Android auto which is built in feature for most rentals from other companies like National. Save yourself the trouble and get a rental with another company.

The manager claims this is the policy of Enterprise Rental car company and despite me being a prior customer I was left stranded at their location after they picked me up from the repair shop my car is at. Progressive insurance said I had to us this shitty location and made the reservation. The staff were unprofessional and asked if I had a "valid" ID aside from my valid TX License with a tiny chip out of one corner. The manager Robert was unwilling to give me his bosses phone number and I was left stranded at their location until I contacted another car rental company who couldn't believe the incompetence of this place. I will NEVER rent another junker from this abysmal company again. This was probably the most asinine rental experience of my entire adult life and Enterprise has lost me as a customer for life. I do plan to write a very positive review for a local rental company who picked me up and immediately arranged a super nice vehicle and had zero issues with my license having a chip off one corner. If you go here beware that you may encounter the same horrendous experience I did . I want to also ad I waited until 3pm because they said they didn't have a vehicle until then and went out of my way to accommodate their unprofessional schedule only to be left with no vehicle and their Bullshit policy. I've rented vehicles all over the world and this was by far the most outrageous experience I have ever had in my life.

Everything about my rental process, from reserving to picking up to dropping off was quite easy. I rented my car through Costco Travel, which is one of the best-kept secrets if you're a frequent traveler. You can find amazing rates through them if you have a Costco membership, and their system automatically applies the best coupon to your reservation! Use it if you have a membership! My plane landed in Austin early, and it was no problem getting my car. I took the long walk over to the car rental desk and got my car. It was clean, had very few miles, and was in good condition. Even the tank was legitimately full, which I appreciated. I had zero issues with the car during my week-long rental period. Drop-off was an absolute breeze too. Nobody really likes car rental companies and there are very few positive reviews (probably because people don't bother writing a review unless something goes wrong), but Budget is a-okay in my book! I wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again when I'm in the Austin area.

I was staying in marble falls which I explained. No fast chargers. Wasted a day trying to charge it to get it back to Austin. Able to exchange it on Sunday.
