Our vehicle was in great condition, clean and comfortable. Return was easy. We even got a phone call from AJ closing out our agreement and ensuring our service was good. It was excellent. We highly recommend this Enterprise office!

Two stars reflects the fault associated with this location. We rented a car and returned it at this location. The car was then rented out to another customer, but Enterprise kept charging is $100/day. They claimed we never returned the car, this location claimed they never received the car or the keys we dropped off. This went on for eight days. We called enterprise corporate 5+ times and each time we spoke with them it was as if we'd never spoken to us before. They told us to wait and that it would get sorted out, but kept charging us. We chose to call the location where we dropped off the car, and they couldn't help us, but they had a theory - they might have rented out the car to someone else. But they could only confirm this by calling the customer. They had no idea what car they had rented to who! Eventually it resolved. They determined they had rented out the car to someone else, they reversed the charges, but it was stressful having the possibility of being on-hook for the car and with charges coming in against us every day. Two stars because the drop off location (who enterprise never told us to call) did eventually figure it out. I appreciate the help. Clearly there are massive issues with how enterprise tracks its cars, and this isn't the fault of the people who work at this location, but still it was a poor experience. I won't be renting from enterprise again, be sure to take a video of your car if you drop it off at this location, because they won't be able to tell you if you did or not!

Now I feel like a jerk, because he was super nice and helpful to me on a Thursday evening a couple weeks ago. They were the third place I'd called needing a car immediately so I wouldn't miss manicures and sushi with Nathan I. I got him on the phone and asked if he had any cars available. He said yes and asked when I would come by. "Fifteen minutes" I said. He said, "OK". Then I asked him he he had any "damsel in distress" discounts. He laughed and said he could work something out. I took a cab over and walked in. The lobby is a little worse for wear but the cars they have given me have always been clean and new and usually better than the ones from the Hertz down the street. I got a bright red Mazda 2 for $26.99 a day. I asked if there was anything else, but all he had was an SUV so I settled for the little speeding ticket waiting to happen (I mean, red, really?). In fact, I totally did cut off an undercover cop who was totally taking the piss and driving 36 mph in a 40. I'm sure he knew he was and that's why he only flashed his lights at me instead of pulling me over for aggressive driving. Anywho. I told Tim I would only need the car for two days. Which turned into three, which turned into four. Every time I'd call, he say no problem and I'd ask if the rate would be the same and he said yes. I think in the end, they charged me a $10 fee for keeping the car longer than originally planned but there was some other thing that was discounted so the final bill was pretty much what I'd expected. And they gave me the option to drop it at any Budget Rental in town which turned out to be a real blessing when I ultimately needed to drop it at one on the north side of town. Next time I need a temporary whip, I'm calling them first.

We got to the front of the line and were told - there weren't any cars. Finally one became available. We feel we were very unconvinced and are now being told the car must be returned at 1 pm - the time of the reservation NOT the time we actually received the car. Customer service has been no help at all. Surely someone at Budget in the Austin airport desk has a time stamp for the actual " handing over the keys ". This has been unduly frustrating from the pick up process to trying to get an actual/fair time stamp on returning the vehicle.
