    Now when working on a budget, this is an option. After arriving at the airport I expected my car rental to be on property. I was surprised that you have to walk across the parking deck, wait for a shuttle and sit on the concrete bench. Since I was traveling solo, white vans in Texas made me uncomfortable. The driver was pleasant. The office is about 10-15 minutes from the airport. There was only one person working and it was 2 people ahead of me. I finally received my vehicle. Be mindful, the shuttle only runs during their business hours so plan returning your vehicle accordingly.

    If you enjoy chaos, frustration, and a complete lack of customer service, then congratulations--you've found your perfect rental company! We showed up expecting the SUV we had reserved for six days. Silly us for thinking "Easirent" meant things would be easy. Turns out, they had exactly one SUV available, featuring a cracked windshield--because who doesn't love a little extra risk on their road trip? After an hour and a half of waiting, they finally found another SUV for us, but only because someone randomly returned one. A solid business model if I've ever seen one! Then came the driver policy circus. Initially, we were told that only the person who reserved the car could drive it--unless, of course, we were willing to pay $14 per day to add another driver. That's right, their "system" magically couldn't process a simple driver switch, but it could absolutely accept additional charges! But after enough complaining and escalation, suddenly--like a miracle--they were able to do it for free! Funny how that works. And let's talk about their manager, who truly embodied the "we don't care" spirit of this company. When I asked to speak with him, the agent assured me he'd be "right with us." Fifteen minutes later, I asked again--only to find out the guy had been sitting right there the whole time, silently listening and doing nothing. A true leader in customer service! As for the car itself? Absolute perfection (sarcasm). Filthy interior, oil change light on, tires barely hanging on for dear life, and brakes squeaking like they were crying for help. Nothing like spending six days wondering if your rental will make it through the trip! And to end on a high note, we arrived at 7 AM as instructed to return the car, only to find... drumroll... NO ONE THERE. No employees, no shuttle, just an empty lot. We waited until 7:25 AM before finally getting a ride back to the airport. If our flight to SF hadn't been delayed, we would've missed it entirely. Easirent should really consider a name change--Difficultrent, NightmareRent, or Maybe-You'll-Get-a-Car-Rent would all be more accurate. If you value your time, money, and sanity, rent from literally anywhere else.

    You get what you pay for! A discount rental car with okay service... if you're lucky you'll get a shuttle ride from the airport, but don't count on it! You get what you pay for.

    WORST CAR RENTAL COMPANY....DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM. Once again -- STILL no response. I will continue to post this every single day until someone at Easirent actually acknowledges the complete failure of service and customer care I experienced. I had a reservation from July 3-6 through Easirent at the Austin airport, booked WEEKS in advance. Upon arriving, I boarded the Easirent shuttle to the rental location, only to receive a call from "Andrew" while en route informing me that Easirent had no cars available. His exact words were: "It's first come, first serve," essentially saying my reservation meant nothing -- completely invalid and pointless despite being made weeks beforehand. To make matters worse, Andrew didn't even bother to offer an apology or any kind of solution -- nothing. Instead, he coldly stated I was the first of many customers he was calling that day to tell they didn't have cars for them either. He even went the extra mile to say "Bad customer service would be you arriving here and being told we didn't have a car for you". Again, a coward response for the WORST rental car company I have ever dealt with. They take no accountability for their actions. A scam of a business refusing to refund after MULTIPLE request have been attempted. The shuttle driver turned right back around and dumped us back at the airport. No apology, no alternative, no help. I was left stranded with no vehicle during a holiday weekend, forced to scramble and pay even more to book with Fox Rental Car at the last minute. I then did exactly as I was told and contacted Expedia for a refund. Expedia tried to contact Easirent and was told I had to contact Easirent directly. So I did -- and your representative today not only refused to resolve the issue but actually HUNG UP on me. It's now been OVER 7 days, and I'm still chasing down a refund for a car you never even delivered. The audacity of Andrew to tell me I was the first of many customers he was calling that day to tell they were out of cars -- without even pretending to care or help -- proves that you knowingly took reservations you couldn't fulfill. That's fraud. That's theft. And the utter disrespect your company has shown me since is appalling. I demand my money back immediately. Your company failed to deliver what was promised, and the fact that you're hiding from accountability while blaming everyone else is unacceptable. Easirent is hands down the worst car rental company I've ever dealt with, and I'll be sure everyone I know hears about it. Do better -- or I'll make sure this story keeps spreading. Let the emails to Expedia speak for themselves that PROVE Easirent is the one at fault here. REFUND ME NOW!

    If "Spishak" had a car rental company. Um, no just no! All 3 of the women working had attitudes that were unwarranted. Awkward environment to have adults talking to you rudely when all you're trying to do is pick up a car? Like, we don't have to be friends, I wont want to hang out if you crack a smile or give a little cheerful customer service. I'd like to bet the majority of their customer base is made up of new and NOT returning customers. Here's a tip: if someone has a question, answer it, don't take it personally and create an argument. We just want to rent a car, that's it...

I was promised a shuttle service drop off after returning the car but when I got to the rental location, neither Liam nor the shuttle driver was present. Finally I had to Uber home without any charges coverage by Hertz. It doesn't seem like the manager Matthew cares much about what goes on with the employees either as both Liam and shuttle driver left early even though the location is supposed to be open until 5. A third guy was the only person was present when I dropped off the car who called Liam to say "I got a really mad customer here" right in front of me. As if I was being unreasonable. Is this the way to talk to people???!These guys all need a lesson in customer service 101. They even charged me for additional authorized driver even though it is free for Gold members. Nowhere on the website does it mention that a minimum of 3 rentals with the Gold membership is required. So scammy. Now about the car, they had very basic models without the common features found in any 2022 car. No CarPlay or Android auto which is built in feature for most rentals from other companies like National. Save yourself the trouble and get a rental with another company.
