They did a phenomenal job from top to bottom. They did the 5-year Opti-Coat, Wheel coating, glass-coat detailing which made my heart jump for joy when I saw the finished product. It was not cheap but I am totally satisfied with the way my car looks. You get more bang for your buck with this company! I highly recommend Sean and his team at Taurus Auto Detailing. Thank you, Sean and your entire team. May your business grow so much that it forces you to open more stores. Hopefully, closer to where I live. With much gratitude, Jenny in Austin.

I had a great experience with Joe and the team at Quality Auto Body. I went in for a quote to…read morereplace my door handle, and they ordered the parts the same afternoon. By the next morning, they called me to let me know the parts were in and had my car fixed in under 2 hours after I dropped it off. As an added bonus, they washed and vacuumed my car as a courtesy, which I really appreciated. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. The shop itself was also very clean and comfortable, with drinks and snacks available if you needed to wait. I truly could not recommend Quality Auto Body enough. Fast, professional, friendly service, and excellent attention to detail. I'll definitely be returning for any future auto body needs!

I brought my luxury vehicle in after a collision and left being told I might be "hyper-fixating"…read moreand that what I was seeing could be "mental." I chose this shop because of its relationship with my insurance company. Before work started, I requested OEM parts. The shop submitted the estimate without specific OEM justification, and my insurance company later explained that additional justification could have been submitted. I ultimately paid hundreds of dollars out of pocket because quality mattered to me. When we discussed it by phone, I felt talked at, not listened to, by management with a second person on speaker. To give credit where it's due, after receiving the car back, the passenger side looked great. The driver's side did not. The driver's-side bumper looked misaligned and didn't feel securely attached, and the driver-side headlamp washer cover was pushed inward and not sitting flush. More importantly, it did not look like that before the collision. The vehicle had also been appraised by the dealership only weeks before the accident, and throughout my ownership it had only gone to that same dealership for service and work. I have photos from before the accident, after the accident, and after the repair showing the difference. I brought it back specifically for those concerns. They took it around back, popped the bumper area into place, and returned it with additional paint chips. The driver-side headlamp washer cover was still pushed inward. When I said it still didn't look right, I was told there was essentially nothing more they could do without another estimate. My insurance company told me it's the shop's responsibility to inspect, identify accident-related damage, and prepare the estimate. Insurance has now asked the shop to re-estimate the driver's side, which in my opinion should have been properly assessed from the very beginning. If more damage needs an estimate, estimate it. If you believe it isn't accident-related, explain why. If it needs another inspection, inspect it. Half of a good repair does not make the whole repair complete. Then, while I was describing what I could physically see, I was told I might be "hyper-fixating" and that some of it could be "mental." I did not curse, threaten, or yell. I was a woman expressing frustration about her car, and I walked away feeling dismissed, as if my frustration was being treated as irrationality. There is a difference between a woman being frustrated and a woman being irrational. I came in with a collision-repair concern, not for a psychological evaluation. Address the car. Don't diagnose the customer. That moment made me uncomfortable advocating for myself. I couldn't stop wondering whether the conversation would have sounded the same if a man had been standing beside me. This is not about bashing men. It's about how women are still treated in 2026 especially when we walk into automotive spaces alone and try to handle our own business. Yes, I have a husband. He was away for work. But that should not stop me from being able to handle this without feeling like I need a man beside me to be taken seriously or having my legitimate frustration framed as something being wrong with my mental state by someone who, to my knowledge, was not medically trained or qualified. I left feeling like the most important accessory for a woman at a repair shop isn't OEM. It's a man. To other women: document everything, trust what you see, and don't let anyone talk you out of your own eyes. I'm having the remaining concerns independently evaluated elsewhere and will update this review with the outcome and photos. Since I was told there was essentially "NOTHING more they could do" and that what I was seeing might be "MENTAL." The photos can speak for themselves. "This review reflects my personal experience, recollection, and records."

So it definitely needed more TLC than just taking it to a normal car wash and waiting around/risking it due to the circumstances. Kirk's Car Wash is the perfect alternative for those wanting to practice social distancing. The whole process was contactless. Logan texted me when he arrived and got to work on my car for 2 hours. I got an exterior detail only since I keep my interior pretty clean. When he left, i received an invoice to pay. When I finally went out to check on my car, I was really impressed and so happy to see my car restored to its former glory. I will definitely be using Kirk's Car Wash again. Also very helpful when my warranty company needed additional invoices. The price was also a good value. Will definitely use their services again if needed!

In regard to your response Frank I'll expose again why no one should use you. To start I used you…read moreafter the break issue we resolved to give you a shot. I bring up that brake issue because it eventually became a pattern of dropping the ball, and repeated issues 1. My car had to be towed because basic logic well known issue for GMC/Chevy 6.2 liter V8 engines have a lifter issue which requires engine replacement. The car wasn't in bad shape as you say. Cadillac dealership said I should have it towed due to the knocking sound. My car has always been kept immaculate. Yes you quoted a fair price, it was Lambs in Lakeway that was ridiculous and most people know they are. The engine took long because they sent the wrong engine and in regards to my finances it wasn't I couldn't pay . I was at the mercy of you and I was nothing but polite every single interaction with you. Your dropped the ball so many times and you actually asked me for advance payment at one point because you needed to pay your taxes . I didn't want to pay you UPFRONT Frank. You fix then pay, that's most every way it's done . You didn't have the money to cover costs which is a concern regarding running a business. I had also just spent money on another car repair and boat repairs . The car sat as I decided what I wanted to do. As far as stating you could have charged me storage you never once mentioned that and I have every phone call that proves that. Pretty shady of you to pull that out on your reply here. Again not on single time did you ever mention storage fees. So please don't act as if it was some favor you did. The car went in for an engine replacement. As you confirmed the day you put the engine in to test drive you call me telling me I need steering column replacement. Yes I have you on recording Frank stating that indeed the lift and big tires were the culprit. The steering was completely fine and it had not been driven once per you as we waited for the engine issue and replacement to be resolved. You now understand why I recorded you. You can't remember what you told me. I didn't struggle to pay you. I had a boat in repair and another car a Range Rover in repair. I communicated to you very professionally. By the way let's remember you had me pay up front on everything. It was the engine that was ordered that was delayed. 2. Regarding the transmission line. Let the public see this post. I pick up my car from Frank and I make it about a quarter to half a mile or so down road and what becomes the problem is the transmission line. Frank I have that call to you recorded as well and your claim that I accelerated or false and blew the line is total BS. It had nothing to do with big tires. I'm saving all my facts, statements from GM certified techs , and video of your guy coming over to "fix" it. Within a day or 2 it went out again and I made you tow it for free. It was your guy that you sent and had him do what he did and sent me on my way and that all was fine only to have it sent back to you. By the way on our recorded call you tried to lead me to believe with certainty it was one thing when in fact you were wrong and called me with another reason. Again grateful I recorded both those conversations. The reputable mechanics I discussed were my brothers out of Houston. My brother owns a professional garage and luxury and collector car biz for 22 years. The other reputable people was a connection I had out of A Cadillac dealer in Dallas. I mentioned this to you and so logically my car stayed locally with you. 3. The whole issue about you spending 200 for the detail I will just say to anyone reading this look at the pics of my Escalade left in his care. Never should have happened Frank. By the way I took a time stamp video of my car before it went back to you. I didn't spill the oil. That's a regular engine oil. Why would I need engine oil to leave in my backseat after you just repaired and did an engine replacement. Again shady of you to blame that on me. And by the way I had to waste 3 hours of my work day sitting there waiting on a detail. Completely unprofessional. 4. I asked you you fix my windshield wiper motor while you had it. You never did. I kept asking you very time you had the car and I have your texts alone that show you forgot several times. same thing Frank regarding the transmission thermostat. I asked you several times, you came out to fix my running board and forgot to get the transmission thermostat and windshield motor. Again pretty crazy you fixed my transmission yet our texts show you dropping the ball on the thermostat. I have lost count on the amount of texts I have that show you never show up on time. I'm done with my response. I'll update this post after claims court.
