Unfortunately I had to be very picky about my vehicle choice as I use it regularly for work. These guys made the whole car rental process incredibly easy from start to finish, and even gave me a few different options to choose from! Abigail and Mario were also both super helpful, friendly, and professional. They answered all my questions, got everything squared away fast, and made the whole thing completely stress-free. The car was clean, in great shape, and the return process was just as simple. I really appreciated how seamless the whole experience was, during a time that could've been a lot more complicated. The boat arrived perfectly on time where we were told it would be. The boat was pristine, gorgeous. I have rented pontoons before and this was a very different experience. It was also a tritoon. It cut through the water like butter. At one point everyone on the boat braced ourselves as we went through another boat's wake and all exclaimed how impressed we were that we barely moved. The anchor was crap and gave us some issues in the first cove we wanted to swim in, so we ended up moving to a less windy cove and anchored up on the rocks on the shore so we could all enjoy the water without fear of the boat drifting away. All in all, this was a wonderful experience and I will use Lake Travis Boat Rentals for all my future boat rental needs!
