Dylan, while working with another woman in-line ahead of me, greeted me as soon as I walked through the doors even though he was the only one working. There were 4 other customers in that lobby waiting! I saw Dylan treating ALL the clients who came in with respect! Oh, and you know how you can tell when people don't want to help you? That wasn't the case with Dylan. He gave his 100% in making sure all the clients in the lobby were attended to, he made sure they knew they were acknowledged, and that they were satisfied with their rental. Dylan gave me available vehicle options and walked me through the entire rental process, not missing a step! I chose a car that was not yet prepped and he promised a clean time of 10 minutes or less--he delivered on his promise as the car came out clean and ready to go. Dylan is why I continue to trust and use Enterprise's services and he is what EVERY Enterprise should strive to be and provide to their customer. I figured purchasing a car here would be a great idea lol they sold me a car and exactly 5 days later after a diagnostic I found that my sensor was torn, car had been in a wreck and my back brakes were Bent out of frame..did enterprise try to make it right? this was going to be a 5 star review, but i'm here to explain why. i got my new car through mike, he was phenomenal! he got me everything i needed and wanted. i've had such horrible luck in the past with cars. the reason why it's 2 stars, is the "manager", brandon cuta. i got an email the other day stating i needed another signature from my father for my old car. i don't have a relationship with my father, and mike mentioned that as long as he's aware of the trade in, and that my father and step mom sent over the bank information agreeing to the trade in, we were all good. mike also told me that within a week or so someone would call me and get a chase account set up since my loan was through them. it has now been a month and i haven't gotten a call, but after sending an email to brandon, he said "call chase about it". i am just barely an adult doing adult things, i went to him for help but instead this so called manager told me to basically fuck off. i'm thankful for mike helping me get the car, but this brandon person was rude as hell. i haven't met him and he keeps accusing me of meeting him the night i got my car. if i knew the management i wouldn't have gotten my car through you guys. get better management. but thank you again mike for helping me get the car of my dreams read more

I could have sworn I left a review? I've been a fan of Enterprise as long as I've been with State Farm... a decade. I've been a fan of this location and this location is also a used sales lot. My experiences have always been pleasant. Unfortunately my visits are always due to my vehicle going into the body shop. I'll be visiting them again this week. They generally put me into a Lincoln MKX or Ford Edge. Everyone's friendly and accommodating, I returned the favor. Last time I even stopped and had air put in the tire that needed it, and I paid for a $3 car wash and returned it nicer than I got it, since it was raining on the day I got picked up. That's the best part... "We'll pick you up." They also work with GEICO, who have been the insured for the last 2 people who struck me. I hope I don't have to come back here any more... read more

Marc and the crew were very nice. They came and picked me up from the collision repair facility and dropped me off (week and a half later) after the repairs were complete. The Mitsubishi Outlander I was provided was practically new and great on gas. I use Enterprise occasionally when my own vehicle is being repaired or for long road trips. So glad they moved to new digs because the Trade Street location was WAY too small. Keep up the good work! read more

We call them about a truck we are interested in made an appointment to go Purchased the truck had to pick up a cashiers check drop our child off at the babysitters drive two hours go through tolls to get there they show us the car then the . . Manager comes out and said you can't buy it it's already sold that was 4 1/2 hours of driving a child at the babysitters. . I really cannot believe the way my situation was handled. Enterprise needs to take better care of their customers otherwise I can't imagine that they will be in business much longer. I rented a car because my car was in the shop. When I got the car the windows were rolled down and I didn't notice the smell. The next day after getting into the car I noticed that the car absolutely reeked of Marijuana. I called and spoke to someone named Cody about the issue and he said he will work on getting me another car, but because of the low supply of vehicles. They couldn't offer me a replacement at the time. Needless to say, that never happened. When I dropped the car off after having to deal with this problem for 24 days. I told them again and they ignored the problem. I can understand that perhaps the branch needs some training. So I reached out to cooperate to tell them about the issue. Then that's when I could see the real problem. Jenny the district manager. She called me and cross examined me basically saying that I didn't tell anyone when I did. She then went on to say that it doesn't make sense why her people would say something different (like really) I really can't believe that this is who is running the district but now it all makes sense why they didn't care. I then asked for her boss which she finally told me would call me after multiple attempts of me asking for them. The problem with this branch is obviously the district manager and I can't believe this is how they treat people. Car windows were dirty inside and outside. My biggest frustration is windows that are dirty on the inside (I do not carry Windex on business trips!). Gas tank 1/4 full. I noted three scratches on the car at the beginning of the rental, the employee wrote up one scratch and called the rest "wear and tear". The class of car I reserved was not available. I was asked if I wanted to pay more for a better class. Other rental companies give the better class at no charge if they are out of the reserved vehicle. Each of these has happened multiple times at Enterprise. I expect one location to have the occasional mistake, but these things seem to be the policy across all locations. The cost savings for Enterprise is not worth it! read more

This was a terrible experience. I was told that they would be happy to charge a different card once I returned the car. When I returned the car they informed me that they already charged the card, even though the person I spoke directly with said I just had to talk with them Monday morning and they would be happy to do that. When I called 10 minutes after they opened I was told they already charged the card and would not change the charges. The manager was a rude A-hole and hung up on me after I asked why he lied to me. He could not give me a good answer. Stay away from this place. I rented through Costco which i have also filed a complaint with. What kind of crappy service that they are not willing to honor their word. Management is terrible and they will lie to your face. If you can get your car somewhere else I suggest you do. read more

Steven was great. Got the right car for us twice recently. Extremely polite, friendly and courteous. A joy to work with. Since there was not a car we needed available on site, he ordered one for us. Car was clean but could have been cleaner. Steven offered to wash it again but I rejected his offer. We had to use this enterprise because they have a contract with the place that was fixing our car. First and foremost this is a rental car place with literally no cars to chose from. A rental car agency with no cars who should have thought? We were given a car that we found out the hard way had no windshield wiper fluid. They never bothered to look. The car smelled of cigarette smoke and it was a frozen day out and they gave us the car with literally ice covering the mirrors and no scraper. We rent from enterprise at other Locations here and abroad but I would never rent from this place. There are better branches. read more

Mr. Tobias King completely exceeded my expectations! After months of searching, running from dealership to dealership and becoming more and more deflated by doing so, I took the advice of my credit union (NorthStar in Naperville- ask for Angelica Paredes... another AMAZING person to deal with!) and contacted Enterprise Car Sales. I spoke to Tobias around 12:30 yesterday, found my dream car 12 hours later and emailed him and by morning, he had already ORDERED THE CAR!!! He LISTENED to my needs, asked QUALIFYING questions, explained Enterprise's process and what to expect and guess what? I was signing papers (easy peasy by the way) in less than 24 hours from the first time we spoke. I'm still on cloud 9. As a sales professional, I respect Tobias' work ethic and customer service. He's real, he's personalable, and he is willing to work diligently for your business. No cocky car salesman attitude like I've seen at three other dealerships. Just, good all around... I have been to many dealerships in the past, but my experience at Enterprise Car Sales on Ogden in Aurora has by far been the best. I had the pleasure to work with Blake in Finance and Donovan in Sales. I have never received such hospitality and treatment from a sales representative before. I was not impressed with this place in the least. They weren't very accommodating when trying to get a vehicle while mine was being repaired. I ended up having to go on my lunch break and asked to have a car ready when I got there so I wasn't gone from work too long. When I arrived I found that my car had been given to someone else, but they had another car that would be available and was clean. I then proceeded to wait for while he "checked" on the car and then drove it to the front, soaking wet (guess it wasn't so clean). I finally was able to get out of there after about 45 minutes. The office was dirty and gross and didn't look like it had EVER been cleaned. I have to say I will not being using this place again. read more

I am writing to warn customers about the experience I had renting a car with Enterprise. My car was hit in a parking lot and I took it in for repair. The repair company was excellent and coordinated my rental car. The Enterprise employee came to the repair shop on time and made it very easy. She reviewed the contract while standing by the car and inspecting it in the dark and rainy weather making it difficult for me to review the paperwork. She asked if I wanted insurance and I declined since I already have excellent auto insurance. Then she questioned me and said most people get it since it's a great deal at a total of $16. I asked if it was a total of $16. I assumed because of the volume the price was so inexpensive. She responded yes and we marveled at what a great deal that was. So I agreed and signed the contract. My car was supposed to be in the shop approximately a week and I thought a little extra insurance would be a good idea at only $16. Then a customer service rep called after approximately 10 days since there was a delay in my repairs and reviewed my expenses with me. I asked what expenses and he said $16 for the insurance. I verified again that the total was $16 and he confirmed it. At the end of the month I got a $363 charge on my credit card bill. When I called to complain the representative told me it was $16 a day. I argued that I asked two employees and they both verified it was a $16 one time fee. They refused to remove this from my credit card bill. I don't understand why they record phone calls if they don't use those recordings when there is a dispute. I will never use Enterprise again. What a scam! I already had complete coverage with my insurance company so why would I pay double? SCAM, SCAM, SCAM...BEWARE! I would give zero stars if possible. read more

I am a regular enterprise customer and for the most part have always had a good experience. My last two experiences, however were not up to the standards I expect. I usually deal with the local Enterprise in north Chicago or another in Evanston. On the last two occasions I have had to work with one in north Aurora with a completely different encounter. I had an emergency and I needed a car. I made the reservation online. I called the site to confirm the receipt of my reservation and they confirmed that they received it and that a car would available.I had to leave my car at the shop for maintenance. The folks at Enterprise promoted their pick-up service which I had never tried before but needed on this occasion. I gave them the time and location for the pick-up. They confirmed the pick-up but when it came the Enterprise representative was not at the location we discussed I called the Aurora site to find out where the driver was and again confirm the time. They informed me that they had the correct time but they had just sent out the driver. The branch was only blocks away the first time and about 2miles from my pick-up site the second time. I expected that driver to show up quickly since they had the correct pick-up time and because I called multiple times to confirm or remind them. I waited 45min without my pick-up and called again and I told them I was so near to the location. They told me the driver was on his way. I waited another 30min without getting picked up. I was on the phone to call them back when the driver showed up. No one offered me any apology. The car was clean and in good condition but I was still 1 hour and half late to work. I had to use the service a second time and it unfolded in the same manner. I called to confirmed in advance. The pick-up was late by 40min again so I called them and selected the immediate pick-up option over the phone. I let the representative know about my reservation and that they were late.They told me they just sent the driver out then. I waited again and after another 40 minutes no one had arrived so I called them back. That is when they told me that they had switched my reservation to another location because it was closer to me and that it was the other site's responsibility to send a driver for me. The second site was approximately the same distance from me and no one told me they changed my reservation when it happened. They volunteered to call the other site to find out if they had sent out a driver for me. I agreed and waited on hold for them to do so. Once they got back on the line they told me the other site had been attempting to call my cellphone. I was furious at this point since I had spent all the wait time pacing at small strip mall watching my phone waiting to be contacted by them. I was additionally irritated because they weren't truthful and continued to make excuses. Then they told me that a driver was being sent out just then, again. I let them know again that I was very near to the branch and was extremely frustrated. The person on the phone had an attitude too. The car showed up 25 minutes after that. The driver was friendly and asked how I was doing. I mentioned I was upset because of how difficult it was to get picked up. He let me know that he had been driving in the area earlier near where I was waiting but no one told him the there was a pick-up. He was the only person that distracted me from my dissatisfaction. When we arrived at the branch no one else offered me any apology or acknowledged what had happened. Again, the car was clean and what I had reserved but I was very unhappy with the way it played out. I normally don't even submit these reviews but I was shocked to get the same terrible service twice. I blame the branch. If Enterprise is going to emphasize the pick-up service they offer they should make sure they are able to deliver the service they hype. read more
