They decided to be "nice" and give us a "deal" of $900, but we had 2 hours to come up with the money and come get the car. The deal wouldn't stand past end of business that day. We could not do this. Once complete, I had to bring it back to address a minor issue that should have been noticed before they gave me the vehicle. They were professional about it and didn't try to dismiss anything. Hopefully no other surprises are waiting to show themselves. Dan and the other gentleman up front are nice enough but only speak when spoken to. If you don't ask, they say nothing. The communication throughout the repair process was just okay with me having to call to get updates when the delivery date slipped. I would not characterize them as friendly, just professional. That's okay but I think a few smiles could go a long way given the dollars involved. I can recommend them but I would be prepared to fully inspect the vehicle at pickup.
