My insurance company agreed to have White Eagle RE-FIX my car because the first time they fixed it, one part was flapping in the wind, another part overlapped another part, and the gas cap wouldn't open. When I dropped my car off there, all parts were supposedly ordered and in-house in advance, HOWEVER, after 2 weeks, my car is still sitting in their shop UNTOUCHED. Both the 1st and 2nd time my car was in this shop, after having parts ordered in advance, a repair that should have taken 5 days took over 14 days with no communication whatsoever from the body shop. Choose a different body shop. White Eagle employees Ron and Laura agreed to do repairs on my car for an itemized estimate and specific amount approved by my insurance company; I would have gone elsewhere if this agreement had not been in place. After repairs were complete, Ron at White Eagle sent supplements containing additional charges to my insurance, which the company did not fully approve; multiple White Eagle employees including Laura shared with me that there were problems with the initial estimate and approved amount for repairs from my insurance company. When I asked White Eagle employees including Laura why they had agreed to perform the work for my insurance company's original estimate if there were problems with it, I received no response. White Eagle held me responsible for part of what my insurance would not pay of the supplemental charges and refused to release my car to me unless I paid an amount beyond my deductible. The shop held my car for two weeks total. The repairs took one week, and the second week was when the shop nickel and dimed my insurance company and me while holding my car. White Eagle also did not respect my wish to communicate with me when charging my insurance company anything behind the insurance's approved amount. I found out after the fact due to my calling both White Eagle and my insurance company and asking questions. For transparency, my insurance company is an AllState company, not some questionable second- or third-rate insurance. If you take your car here, you may end up having to pay more than your deductible just to get your car back, as I did. This review should come as no surprise to White Eagle since I clearly expressed my concerns and dissatisfaction to multiple employees, and the shop made no attempt to remedy the situation. In fact, when Ron explained to me as I was picking up my car that a paint job came with a warranty, I explained that I wouldn't be back; he shrugged and said, "That's fine." I'm in my late forties and have worked with multiple body shops throughout my life, and never have I had an experience like this one. Terribly dishonest and unethical business with no commitment to customer service. As a final note: if you didn't read reviews (as I didn't) and now find yourself working with this business, don't let White Eagle coach you into how to get your insurance company to pay for extra charges. Instead, see this action as a red flag, and talk with your insurance company about what's happening from their perspective. read more

I wish I had seen the negative reviews. I would give Zero stars if I could. This was the WORST customer experience I have ever had from any business anywhere. I was never updated on the status of my vehicle (unless I called). They could call, text, or email, and I got NOTHING. My car took almost 3 weeks to repair, when I was told it would be 5 days (honestly, the time doesn't concern me as much as the lack of communication about the status). When I finally picked up my car, I was "gifted" a screw in my tire and non-functioning reverse tail lights. They were immediately aware of the situation (I told them right away) and on the phone they said they'd take care of it. They never did. They refused to cover the tire because they denied it occurred on their property (but the car was with them for 3 weeks and the pressure in that tire was not an issue going in...). They told me they'd line up a rental car and fix the light malfunction; however, they never did. I called, they made promised, and that cycle repeated until I finally just did the repair on my own because they were not timely (I'm talking weeks!). Dealt with both Todd & Ron. They were both very nice and thorough. I was sent over to them by a local car dealership due to some scratches on my new truck. I had to leave my truck there for a few hours because they were booked up already and squeezing me in, and they got it all done within the day. They were successful in buffing out all of the scratches so it looks perfect. I was skeptical that they'd get it to look as good as it does. The scratches looked a bit deep. They also checked out the entire truck and found another scratch that I missed and took care of that one too. I appreciate them accommodating me with little notice and doing a very good job. I'd highly recommend them and will take any of my other vehicles to them if the need ever arises. Thanks! read more

I wanted to share my recent incredibly frustrating experience with White Eagle Auto Body to hopefully prevent anyone else from going through the same situation. Here are the facts: I dropped off my car on Feb. 4, 2023 for what I was told would be a 7-10 day repair. On Feb. 17 (day 10) we called to see how it was going and when we could pick it up. We were told everything was in, the car was disassembled and that it would be put together Monday (2/20) or no later than Tuesday (2/21). OK, fine. We called on Tuesday 2/21 and were told it would be ready Friday 2/24. We called on Friday 2/24 and were told that not only was it not ready, but they actually had no idea when it would be ready. On Wednesday 3/1, they told us it would be ready on Friday 3/3. On Saturday, 3/4 we called and were told it would be ready Monday. Then later that morning they called and said it would actually be done Saturday morning (they close at noon). When we went, we discover they had not fully completed the repair. On Monday, 3/6, we were told it would be ready Wednesday 3/8. On 3/8 we were told Friday 3/10. On Saturday, we called and were told it would be done that day. We finally were able to get our car back on Saturday, March 11. Additional notes: Note that every step of the way, we had to call them. They almost never communicated with us. We involved our insurance agency and they were made multiple promises as well on when it would be done, with every promise being broken. They wanted our insurance agency to pay more money for that final corrective repair, even though it had been in the original scope of work. I left MULTIPLE messages for both the manager of the shop and the owner of the shop to call me back. Neither individual bothered to call me. read more

This place is in business to just be certified scam artist, they won't update ( and I called daily 2 or 3 times a day) always the same From Ron in Montgomery/ Oswego location, everything is fine we are working with your insurance but nothing got done an all they did was keep my car 5 days well technically 4 and I paid for personal tow truck thank god because just to keep my car and " talk to my insurance " and NO WORK DONE, I paid them $1,190 dollars to get my car out . They will scam you and waste your time. Have an appointment and they don't fix it and say well sorry. What don't you go to a junk yard and replace the damaged part. Someone hit my brand new Lexus and their insurance was covering the repair. I could not get into any reputable body shops for 8-12 weeks. Ron and Todd worked with me to get me in the following week. Other body shops told me that the insurance company would only pay for repairing my bumper but White Eagle was able to get them to approve a brand new bumper! The work was done timely and communication was excellent. I was even able to return the rental car at their shop. We will use them again if anything like this happens in the future! This has got to be the absolute worst auto shop I've ever seen. The employees here were totally unprofessional and one of them was trying to hit on my wife. I was absolutely disgusted with what I was seeing. Everybody, this place literally makes you want to nail the employees with an uppercut to the jaw. The customer service is terrible as well. Fantastic. My vehicle was done in short order, for a reasonable price. The staff and body men are courteous, very knowledgeable and accurate with their explanations of required work. Very clean facility. Staff friendly. Also one of few certified Ford F150 repair shops. They did a great job repairing my truck and had the inside completely cleaned up upon completion which was a wonderful surprise. Thank you!!! These guys did a great job on our body repair and got the job done early. The damage was restored so well it looks like it just rolled off the lot. We've not had body work done before, so I'm not sure of how fair the cost was but it seemed to be fair. Well done White Eagle team. read more
